背景技术
随着科学技术的发展,人们生活水平的提高,人们的审美观也发生了变化,在衣、食、住、行等各个方面都表现出不同于传统的需求。变色纺织品的出现满足了人们个性化的需求,它借助于现代高新技术,使纺织品的颜色或者花型随着光照的变化、温度的变化、干湿的变化而表现出由常规的“静态”变为若隐若现的“动态”效果。由于这种颜色的变化是织物受到外界的刺激而“自动”变色的,因此,称之为智能变色纺织品。变色材料的制造技术主要包括变色纤维和变色染料两种。变色纤维的制造技术制成的织物具有手感好、耐洗涤性好,且变色效果较持久等特点。按生产工艺不同,变色纤维的制造技术主要包括溶液纺丝法、熔融纺丝法、后整理法以及接枝聚合法。
在热及其他物理或化学因素的作用下,能可逆地改变颜色的染料称为变色染料。热致变色材料应用于纺织品的染色、印花在上世纪70年代就有研究报道,但由于热致变色染料的光稳定性一般较差,并易受温度、光照、pH值和氧等环境因素影响,使分子结构发生裂变,失去可逆性变色能力,使得耐气候性和耐疲劳性下降;而且纺织品所需的变色材料需要具有明显的颜色变化,并且价格贵,所以一直进展缓慢。直到最近几年变色材料性能的优化和微胶囊技术在纺织品上的应用,使得变色纺织品的发展很快,形成了从纤维、纱线到织物的各种变色纺织材料。
CN103556492A公开了一种变色纤维、变色色纺纱线和面料及其加工方法,该专利中纤维和面料的加工过程耗时长,步骤复杂,提高了生产成本,很难实现产业化。针对现有技术缺陷,本发明旨在开发一种高稳定性的用于纺织面料的变色剂,用于制备变色的纺织面料,以满足人们的日常生活需要

针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种可逆热致变色面料,该可逆热致变色面料在不同温度下能显示不同的颜色,不仅美观时尚,而且用作传感器,能帮助人们及时感知环境的变化,且它制备方法简单,性能稳定,使用寿命长。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种可逆热致变色面料,由基层面料和功能涂层组成,其中功能涂层由以下重量份的物质组成:高分子聚合物乳液50~60份、结晶紫内酯微胶囊30~40份、变色添加剂10~15份、氟碳表面活性剂5~8份、交联剂3~8份、渗透剂3~5份、二氧化硅3~8份。
优选的,所述功能涂层由以下重量份的物质组成:高分子聚合物乳液50份、结晶紫内酯微胶囊30份、变色添加剂15份、氟碳表面活性剂5份、交联剂5份、渗透剂3份、二氧化硅5份。
优选的,所述基层布料由为棉、麻、毛、涤纶、锦纶、丝绸的中的一种或多种制成。
优选的,所述高分子聚合物为聚乙烯、聚四氟乙烯、聚丙烯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、聚偏二氯乙烯、乙烯/乙烯醇共聚物、聚己内酯多元醇、聚乳酸-羟基乙酸共聚物、聚乙烯乙酸、聚乳酸中的一种或多种组合物。
优选的,所述变色添加剂为双酚A、月硅酸、磷酸二氢钾、二水合氯化钡、十八醇、十六醇、α-萘酚、β-萘酚、硬脂酸、麝香草酚酞中的一种或两种。

(1)制备基层面料;
(2)高分子聚合物升温至50~80℃,在搅拌条件下保温10~15min,然后加入氟碳表面活性剂、二氧化硅、交联剂渗透剂,混合均匀后,备用;
(3)将结晶紫内酯微胶囊在变色添加剂中浸泡15~60min,加入步骤(2)的混合体系中,超声分散均匀;
(4)将步骤(3)的混合体系均匀的涂在面料上,然后在有张力的条件下放入进行热定型处理,其中热定型工艺为首先在温度90~100℃,热定型3~5in,然后在40~60℃下风干。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)结晶紫内酯微胶囊具有发色快、无升华性等特点,其与不同的变色添加剂作用后,可以不同的温度范围内发生颜色突变,具有极强的辨识度;
(2)将变色材料与高分子聚合物充分的接触,这样高聚物能均匀有效的将变色因子包裹,使得变色因子与外界环境隔绝,避免了外界环境对其产生的影响,既能提高变色因子的灵敏度,还提高其使用寿命。
(3)氟碳表面活性剂具有异乎寻常的稳定性,耐高温、耐强酸强碱,既憎水又憎油,使面料具有一定的自清洁作用;
(4)本发明的变色面料能根据温度而变色,不仅美观时尚,而且用作传感器,能帮助人们及时感知环境的变化,且它制备方法简单,性能稳定,使用寿命长,具有广泛的应用前景。

一种可逆热致变色面料,由基层面料和功能涂层组成,其中基层面料由25%棉、50%麻、25%涤纶混纺制成;
所述功能涂层由以下重量份的物质组成:乙烯/乙烯醇共聚物乳液50份、结晶紫内酯微胶囊30份、变色添加剂15份、氟碳表面活性剂5份、交联剂5份、渗透剂3份、直径为100nm二氧化硅5份,其中变色添加剂为双酚A和月硅酸按质量比1:100混合而成。
所述可逆热致变色面料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)制备基层面料;
(2)乙烯/乙烯醇共聚物乳液升温至50~80℃,在搅拌条件下保温10~15min,然后加入氟碳表面活性剂、光稳定剂、交联剂渗透剂,混合均匀后,备用;
(3)将结晶紫内酯微胶囊在变色添加剂中浸泡15~60min,加入步骤(2)的混合体系中,超声分散均匀;

所述功能涂层由以下重量份的物质组成:聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯乳液50份、结晶紫内酯微胶囊32份、变色添加剂12份、氟碳表面活性剂8份、交联剂3份、渗透剂5份、直径为200nm二氧化硅二氧化硅3份,其中变色添加剂为麝香草酚酞和十八醇按质量比1:50混合而成。
所述可逆热致变色面料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)制备基层面料;
(2)聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯乳液升温至50~80℃,在搅拌条件下保温10~15min,然后加入氟碳表面活性剂、光稳定剂、交联剂渗透剂,混合均匀后,备用;

一种可逆热致变色面料,由基层面料和功能涂层组成,其中基层面料由30%棉、20%麻、50%锦纶混纺制成;
所述功能涂层由以下重量份的物质组成:聚己内酯多元醇乳液60份、结晶紫内酯微胶囊40份、硬酯醇10份、氟碳表面活性剂5份、交联剂8份、渗透剂3份、直径为300nm二氧化硅二氧化硅8份,其中变色添加剂为二水合氯化钡和十八醇按质量比1:50混合而成。
所述可逆热致变色面料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)制备基层面料;
(2)聚己内酯多元醇乳液升温至50~80℃,在搅拌条件下保温10~15min,然后加入氟碳表面活性剂、光稳定剂、交联剂渗透剂,混合均匀后,备用;
(3)将结晶紫内酯微胶囊在硬酯醇中浸泡15~60min,加入步骤(2)的混合体系中,超声分散均匀;
(4)将步骤(3)的混合体系均匀的涂在面料上,然后在有张力的条件下放入进行热定型处理,其中热定型工艺为首先在温度90~100℃,热定型3~5in,然后在40~60℃下风干。
本实施例中的面料在55~57℃时,颜色由草绿色突变为无色。

Claims (7)

1.一种可逆热致变色面料,其特征在于,由基层面料和功能涂层组成,其中功能涂层由以下重量份的物质组成:高分子聚合物乳液50~60份、结晶紫内酯微胶囊30~40份、变色添加剂10~15份、氟碳表面活性剂5~8份、交联剂3~8份、渗透剂3~5份、二氧化硅3~8份。
2.如权利要求1所述的可逆热致变色面料,其特征在于,所述功能涂层由以下重量份的物质组成:高分子聚合物乳液50份、结晶紫内酯微胶囊30份、变色添加剂15份、氟碳表面活性剂5份、交联剂5份、渗透剂3份、二氧化硅5份。
3.如权利要求2所述的可逆热致变色面料,其特征在于,所述基层布料由为棉、麻、毛、涤纶、锦纶、丝绸的中的一种或多种制成。
4.如权利要求3所述的可逆热致变色面料,其特征在于,所述高分子聚合物为聚乙烯、聚四氟乙烯、聚丙烯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、聚偏二氯乙烯、乙烯/乙烯醇共聚物、聚己内酯多元醇、聚乳酸-羟基乙酸共聚物、聚乙烯乙酸、聚乳酸中的一种或多种组合物。
5.如权利要求4所述的可逆热致变色面料,其特征在于,所述变色添加剂为双酚A、月硅酸、磷酸二氢钾、二水合氯化钡、十八醇、十六醇、α-萘酚、β-萘酚、硬脂酸、麝香草酚酞中的一种或两种。
6.如权利要求5所述的可逆热致变色面料,其特征在于,所述二氧化硅的直径为100~300nm。
7.如权利要求6所述的可逆热致变色面料,其特征在于,所述可逆热致变色面料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)制备基层面料;
(2)高分子聚合物升温至50~80℃,在搅拌条件下保温10~15min,然后加入氟碳表面活性剂、二氧化硅、交联剂渗透剂,混合均匀后,备用;
(3)将结晶紫内酯微胶囊在变色添加剂中浸泡15~60min,加入步骤(2)的混合体系中,超声分散均匀;
(4)将步骤(3)的混合体系均匀的涂在面料上,然后在有张力的条件下放入进行热定型处理,其中热定型工艺为首先在温度90~100℃,热定型3~5in,然后在40~60℃下风干。
