本发明涉及一种吸管,提供一种抗菌吸管,解决现有技术中的吸管抗菌性能不佳、无指示温度高低的缺陷,包括吸管本体,所述吸管本体的顶端涂有感温变色剂层,所述吸管本体包括以下重量份的各原料:钛白粉20~30份、纳米银颗粒10~15份、钛酸四丁酯5~10份、异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚1~2份、偶联剂10~15份、甲基丙二醇5~10份、共聚聚酯100~120份,所述感温变色剂层包含以下重量份的各原料:棕榈醇30~40份、双酚A5~10份、载体100~110份。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种吸管,尤其涉及一种抗菌吸管。
背景技术
聚乙烯树脂是乙烯经聚合制得的一种热塑性树脂,已广泛被应用到塑料行业,尤其是用作管材方面时具有良好的性能,同时用来做吸管的聚乙烯管(PE管)是传统的钢铁管材、聚氯乙烯饮用水管的换代产品,由于其强度高、耐高温、抗腐蚀、无毒、耐磨等特点,被广泛应用在吸管领域,但是现在市场上的PE管的抗菌性能并不是很好。且现有技术中的吸管其并不能指示温度的高低,在引用水时有时候会因为温度太高而烫伤嘴巴。
发明内容
因此,针对以上内容,本发明提供一种抗菌吸管,解决现有技术中的吸管抗菌性能不佳、无指示温度高低的缺陷。
为达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种抗菌吸管,包括吸管本体,所述吸管本体的顶端涂有感温变色剂层,所述吸管本体包括以下重量份的各原料:钛白粉20~30份、纳米银颗粒10~15份、钛酸四丁酯5~10份、异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚1~2份、偶联剂10~15份、甲基丙二醇5~10份、共聚聚酯100~120份,所述感温变色剂层包含以下重量份的各原料:棕榈醇30~40份、双酚A5~10份、载体100~110份。
进一步的:所述吸管本体包括以下重量份的各原料:钛白粉25~30份、纳米银颗粒13~15份、钛酸四丁酯7~10份、异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚1~2份、偶联剂12~15份、甲基丙二醇7~10份、共聚聚酯110~120份。
进一步的:所述感温变色剂层包含以下重量份的各原料:棕榈醇35~40份、双酚A7~10份、载体105~110份。
进一步的:所述吸管本体的顶端涂有感温变色剂层,所述吸管本体包括以下重量份的各原料:钛白粉20份、纳米银颗粒14份、钛酸四丁酯9份、异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚2份、偶联剂11份、甲基丙二醇10份、共聚聚酯100份。
进一步的:所述感温变色剂层包含以下重量份的各原料:棕榈醇36份、双酚A10份、载体100份。
进一步的:所述载体为顺-1,4-聚异戊二烯。
通过采用前述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:本发明的抗菌吸管,包括吸管本体,所述吸管本体的顶端涂有感温变色剂层,所述吸管本体包括以下重量份的各原料:钛白粉20~30份、纳米银颗粒10~15份、钛酸四丁酯5~10份、异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚1~2份、偶联剂10~15份、甲基丙二醇5~10份、共聚聚酯100~120份;采用上述整体配方,制得的吸管本体抗菌性能较佳,且环保无毒,性能稳定;所述感温变色剂层包含以下重量份的各原料:棕榈醇30~40份、双酚A5~10份、载体100~110份。通过在载体上附棕榈醇、双酚A,通过观察吸管本体顶端颜色的变化判断水温的变化。本发明的抗菌吸管抗菌效果好且可用于指示水温的变化,可与水杯结合使用,使用时,通过挤压杯子,水往吸管顶端流,进而可以观察吸管顶端颜色变化判断水温变化,使用方便。

一种抗菌吸管,包括吸管本体,所述吸管本体的顶端涂有感温变色剂层,所述吸管本体包括以下重量份的各原料:钛白粉20份、纳米银颗粒10份、钛酸四丁酯5份、异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚1份、偶联剂10份、甲基丙二醇5份、共聚聚酯100份,所述感温变色剂层包含以下重量份的各原料:棕榈醇30份、双酚A5份、顺-1,4-聚异戊二烯100份。
实施例二
一种抗菌吸管,包括吸管本体,所述吸管本体的顶端涂有感温变色剂层,所述吸管本体包括以下重量份的各原料:钛白粉25份、纳米银颗粒13份、钛酸四丁酯7份、异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚1、偶联剂12份、甲基丙二醇7份、共聚聚酯110,所述感温变色剂层包含以下重量份的各原料:棕榈醇35份、双酚A7份、顺-1,4-聚异戊二烯105份。
实施例三
一种抗菌吸管,包括吸管本体,所述吸管本体的顶端涂有感温变色剂层,所述吸管本体的顶端涂有感温变色剂层,所述吸管本体包括以下重量份的各原料:钛白粉20份、纳米银颗粒14份、钛酸四丁酯9份、异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚2份、偶联剂11份、甲基丙二醇10份、共聚聚酯100份。所述感温变色剂层包含以下重量份的各原料:棕榈醇36份、双酚A10份、载体100份。
实施例四
一种抗菌吸管,包括吸管本体,所述吸管本体的顶端涂有感温变色剂层,所述吸管本体包括以下重量份的各原料:钛白粉30份、纳米银颗粒15份、钛酸四丁酯10份、异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚2份、偶联剂15份、甲基丙二醇10份、共聚聚酯120份,所述感温变色剂层包含以下重量份的各原料:棕榈醇40份、双酚A10份、顺-1,4-聚异戊二烯110份。
其中,本发明中,所述吸管本体的各组分组分含量在以下参数范围内均可实现本发明的目的:钛白粉20~30份、纳米银颗粒10~15份、钛酸四丁酯5~10份、异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚1~2份、偶联剂10~15份、甲基丙二醇5~10份、共聚聚酯100~120份,所述感温变色剂层的各原料在以下参数范围内均可实现本发明的目的:棕榈醇30~40份、双酚A5~10份、载体100~110份。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌吸管,其特征在于:所述吸管本体包括以下重量份的各原料:钛白粉25~30份、纳米银颗粒13~15份、钛酸四丁酯7~10份、异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚1~2份、偶联剂12~15份、甲基丙二醇7~10份、共聚聚酯110~120份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌吸管,其特征在于:所述感温变色剂层包含以下重量份的各原料:棕榈醇35~40份、双酚A7~10份、载体105~110份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌吸管,其特征在于:所述吸管本体的顶端涂有感温变色剂层,所述吸管本体包括以下重量份的各原料:钛白粉20份、纳米银颗粒14份、钛酸四丁酯9份、异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚2份、偶联剂11份、甲基丙二醇10份、共聚聚酯100份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌吸管,其特征在于:所述感温变色剂层包含以下重量份的各原料:棕榈醇36份、双酚A10份、载体100份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌吸管,其特征在于:所述载体为顺-1,4-聚异戊二烯。
