Abstract
本发明公开一种缓解疲劳的中药组合物,按重量份数计,该中药组合物由以下药材的药物活性成分组成:玫瑰花9‑12份、黄精9‑12份、当归3‑6份、黄芪6‑9份、干姜1‑3份。本发明基于皮毛“疏泄”与“润燥”微环境理论和“脏腑‑营卫‑脉络‑皮毛”功能轴研究基础,以玫瑰花和营通络,黄精补肾益精为君药,配以当归辛润通络,黄芪益气补络,再以干姜流气行滞,敷布气血津液为佐使,使得精血生,脉络通,脏腑枢机流利,皮毛肌肤百骸濡润,缓解疲劳。

技术领域
本发明属于中药领域,具体涉及一种缓解疲劳的中药组合物。
背景技术
疲劳是一个涉及许多生理生化因素的综合性的生理过程,是人体脑力或体力活动到一定阶段时必然出现的一种正常的生理现象,它既标志着机体原有工作能力的暂时下降,又可能是机体发展到伤病状态的一个先兆。人体感到疲劳,虽然不像癌症、心脏病等来势迅猛,直接而迅速地造成死亡,但它作为一种危害现代人健康的隐形杀手,已严重影响了人们的工作和生活,大大增加了亚健康人群数量。当人体长期处于疲劳状态下,可产生未老先衰和疲劳综合症,疲劳过度甚至可加速死亡。
中医学认为疲劳属于劳倦、虚损范畴。疲劳的发生是由于五劳七伤致气血虚弱、脏腑功能失调所致。各脏腑中脾主四肢肌肉,是后天之本。心主神明血脉。精血为体力产生的物质基础,营养物质的化生和运行与中医心、脾、肝、肾有密切的联系,人体的耐力亦由此而生,而尤以脾肾为产生体力的关键。尤其对于竞技类体育运动员,其抗体育训练疲劳和增强运动水平,储备体能,提高竞技水平与其补充的营养物质极为相关。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种缓解疲劳的中药组合物。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种缓解疲劳的中药组合物,按重量份数计,由以下药材的药物活性成分组成:玫瑰花9~12份、黄精9~12份、当归3~6份、黄芪6~9份、干姜1~3份。
上述中药组合物的制备方法,包括:
(1)黄精和当归用黄酒浸泡润胀;
(2)将玫瑰花、黄芪、干姜与经过步骤(1)处理的黄精和当归混合,用水煎煮,得到药液;
(3)药液浓缩。
优选地,步骤(1)的浸泡润胀时间为8~24小时。
优选地,步骤(2)煎煮时的料液比为1:5~10 g/g,时间0.5~2小时/次。
优选地,步骤(2)在煎煮前,先浸泡0.5~2小时。
方解:基于皮毛“疏泄”与“润燥”微环境理论和“脏腑-营卫-脉络-皮毛”功能轴研究基础。以玫瑰花和营通络,黄精补肾益精为君药,配以当归辛润通络,黄芪益气补络,再以干姜流气行滞,敷布气血津液为佐使,使得精血生,脉络通,脏腑枢机流利,皮毛肌肤百骸濡润。
功效:平补精血,益气通络,生发养颜。
主治:虚劳,失眠,肤燥失养。
缓解体力疲劳的动物实验
以成人每天食用玉荣膏12g/天计算,成人按70kg计算,成人每天吃玉荣膏为0.2 g/kg。
分别以成人剂量的5、10、15倍做为小鼠实验低、中、高剂量,即小鼠实验低、中、高剂量分别为1 g/kg、2 g/kg、3 g/kg,小鼠灌胃体积为20 ml/kg,玉荣膏低浓度:0.05 g/ml,玉荣膏中浓度:0.1 g/ml,玉荣膏高浓度:0.15 g/ml。
实验动物:ICR小鼠,雌雄对半,18-22克。新疆医科大学动物中心提供,许可证号:SCXK(新)2011-0004。
1.负重游泳实验:取ICR小鼠40只,雌雄各半,随机分为4组,每组10只。分别是阴性对照组(等体积蒸馏水),玉荣膏低浓度组、玉荣膏中浓度组和玉荣膏高浓度组。每组小鼠每天灌胃给药,持续30天。末次给药后30min后,将尾根部负荷5%体重铅皮的小鼠置于游泳箱中游泳。水深不少于30cm,水温25℃±1.0℃,记录小鼠自游泳开始至死亡的时间,即小鼠负重游泳时间。
实验结果见表:
注:**与空白组比较,P<0.01。
结果表明,玉荣膏低浓度和高浓度浓度组游泳时间与空白组相比,具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。玉荣膏中浓度组与空白组相比,游泳时间有延长的趋势,但无统计学意义。
2.血清尿素测定:取ICR小鼠40只,雌雄对半,随机分为4组,每组10只。分别是空白对照组(等体积蒸馏水),玉荣膏低浓度组、玉荣膏中浓度组和玉荣膏高浓度组。每组小鼠每天灌胃给药,持续30天。末次给药后30min后,在温度为30℃的水中不负重游泳90min,休息60min后采血。小鼠摘眼球采全血约0.5mL(不加抗凝剂)。置4℃冰箱约3h,血凝固后2000p/min离心15min,取血清备用。采用试剂盒测定血清尿素含量。
实验结果见表:
注:**与空白组比较,P<0.01。
结果表明,玉荣膏低浓度组与空白组相比,具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。
3.肝糖原测定:取ICR小鼠40只,雌雄对半,随机分为4组,每组10只。分别是空白对照组(等体积蒸馏水),玉荣膏低浓度组、玉荣膏中浓度组和玉荣膏高浓度组。每组小鼠每天灌胃给药,持续30天。末次给药后30min处死动物,取肝脏经生理盐水漂洗后用滤纸吸干,精确称取肝脏100mg,加入8mL生理盐水,每管匀浆1min,将匀浆液倒入离心管,以3000转/min离心15min,将上清液转移至另一试管内。采用试剂盒测定肝糖原含量。
实验结果见表:
注:**与空白组比较,P<0.01。
结果表明,玉荣膏低浓度组与空白组相比,具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
取黄精200克、当归100克,加入黄酒500mL,液面以盖过药材为度,浸泡12小时,以药材充分润胀吸收黄酒,体积膨胀为佳。
取玫瑰花200克,黄芪150克,干姜50克,与上述用黄酒润胀后的黄精和当归混合后,加水,使料液比为1:8 g/g,浸泡1小时,煎煮1小时,倒出药汁。然后煎煮2次,每次1小时,加水8倍量,将三次药液合并,浓缩至密度1.3左右,加入少量蜂蜜收膏,既得,命名为玉荣膏。
实施例2
取黄精180克、当归60克,加入黄酒500mL,液面以盖过药材为度,浸泡12小时,以药材充分润胀吸收黄酒,体积膨胀为佳。
取玫瑰花180克,黄芪120克,干姜20克,与上述用黄酒润胀后的黄精和当归混合后,加水,使料液比为1:5 g/g,浸泡0.5小时,煎煮2小时,倒出药汁。药渣然后再煎煮2次,每次2小时,加水8倍量。将三次药液合并,浓缩至密度1.3左右,加入少量蜂蜜收膏,既得,命名为玉荣膏。
实施例3
取黄精240克、当归120克,加入黄酒500mL,液面以盖过药材为度,浸泡12小时,以药材充分润胀吸收黄酒,体积膨胀为佳。
取玫瑰花240克,黄芪180克,干姜60克,与上述用黄酒润胀后的黄精和当归混合后,加水,使料液比为1:10 g/g,浸泡2小时,煎煮0.5小时,倒出药汁。药渣再煎煮2次,每次0.5小时,加水10倍量。将三次药液合并,浓缩至密度1.3左右,加入少量蜂蜜收膏,既得,命名为玉荣膏。

Claims (5)
1.一种缓解疲劳的中药组合物,按重量份数计,由以下药材的药物活性成分组成:玫瑰花9~12份、黄精9~12份、当归3~6份、黄芪6~9份、干姜1~3份。
2.权利要求1所述中药组合物的制备方法,包括:
(1)黄精和当归用黄酒浸泡润胀;
(2)将玫瑰花、黄芪、干姜与经过步骤(1)处理的黄精和当归混合,用水煎煮,得到药液;
(3)药液浓缩。
3.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)的浸泡润胀时间为8~24小时。
4.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)煎煮时的料液比为1:5~10,时间0.5~2小时/次。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)在煎煮前,先浸泡0.5~2小时。
