本发明公开了一种焊接工装,包括半自动埋弧焊机,在底板的前、后两端各设一个竖向的胎架,在所述底板的一侧设有与所述竖向的胎架相平行的轨道,所述半自动埋弧焊机的行走轮与所述轨道相配,本发明与现有技术比较具有焊接质量可控,焊接效率高的显著优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及工装,特别用于钢结构桥梁腹板与底板焊接的工装。
背景技术
钢结构桥梁与底板的连接为焊接连接,由于钢结构桥梁的腹板与底板的长度较长,一般有数十米,现行的焊接工艺为手工CO2气体保护焊接,但采用手工焊接,质量控制受操作工人的技能高低决定。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种具有采用半自动埋弧焊焊接量可控的焊接工装。
本发明的技术方案是,一种焊接工装,包括半自动埋弧焊机,其特征在于:在底板的前、后两端各设一个竖向的胎架,在所述底板的一侧设有与所述竖向的胎架相平行的轨道,所述半自动埋弧焊机的行走轮与所述轨道相配。
本发明与现有技术比较具有焊接质量可控,焊接效率高的显著优点。

具体实施方式
为了采用半自动埋弧焊机进行自动焊,本发明采用如图1—2所示的焊接工装结构,在地面的前后两端各设置一个横向放置的胎架1,在所述胎架的左、右两端各设有一个竖向的支撑件2,当钢结构桥梁腹板和底板的长度较短时,所述胎架设在水平的板上,当钢结构桥梁3腹板与底板较长(如数十米)时,为了节约底板的材料成本,将胎架设在地面上,此时,应对地面进行处理。在所述两个胎架的一侧(如左侧)铺设与所述两个胎架左端头相平行的轨道5,半自动埋弧焊焊机4的行走轮子置于轨道上,将钢结构桥梁腹板与底板点焊固定后,将待焊钢结构腹板与底板置于所述两个胎架上,使底板与腹板形成的90度角朝上,使半自动埋弧焊机的焊枪与所述腹板与底板之间的角相对后,便可进行焊接,焊完一端后,反转腹板与底板焊接另一端。
采用此焊接工装,便可采用半自动埋弧焊机进行自动埋弧焊,焊接质量可靠,焊缝美观和焊接效率高。

1.一种焊接工装,包括半自动埋弧焊机,其特征在于:在底板的前、后两端各设一个竖向的胎架,在所述底板的一侧设有与所述竖向的胎架相平行的轨道,所述半自动埋弧焊机的行走轮与所述轨道相配。
