本发明公开了一种涂料生产用搅拌罐,属于涂料生产设备技术领域,包括罐体、罐体内搅拌轴和分散转轴、盘设于罐体外壁的冷却盘管、在冷却盘管外的加热夹套、在加热夹套外的冷却夹套,罐体具有进料口和出料口;搅拌轴的下端转动支承在罐体内的底部;搅拌轴的下端设有搅拌桨,搅拌轴的中部设有大分散盘;分散转轴的下端设有小分散盘,上端连接有在罐体外的转轴驱动电机;大分散盘与小分散盘均包括底盘和底盘上周向排布的弧形片;进料口处设有倾斜设置的进料筒,进料筒上设有进料斗,进料筒内设有进料螺杆。粉料得到充分的细化,在搅拌桨的作用下充分均匀的混合,使粉料和液态料溶解为一体。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料生产设备技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种涂料生产用搅拌罐。
背景技术
涂料是涂覆在物件的表面,形成牢固附着的连续薄膜的材料,涂料的搅拌质量非常重要。涂料的搅拌是在搅拌罐中进行的,目前的涂料搅拌罐大多是通过搅拌轴上设置的搅拌桨进行搅拌,但由于在生产工艺中,需加入一定量的粉料,仅靠搅拌桨的搅拌难以将粉料细化,有一些搅拌轴也会在搅拌轴上安装分散盘,但是仍存在粉料细化不完全的现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能较好的细化粉料的涂料生产用搅拌罐,以解决上述问题。
为实现本发明目的,采用的技术方案为:一种涂料生产用搅拌罐,包括罐体、罐体内搅拌轴和分散转轴、盘设于罐体外壁的冷却盘管、在冷却盘管外的加热夹套、在加热夹套外的冷却夹套,罐体具有进料口和出料口;搅拌轴的下端转动支承在罐体内的底部,上端连接有在罐体外的搅拌电机;搅拌轴的下端设有搅拌桨,搅拌轴的中部设有大分散盘;分散转轴的下端设有小分散盘,上端连接有在罐体外的转轴驱动电机;小分散盘对应在大分散盘与搅拌桨之间,大分散盘与小分散盘均包括底盘和底盘上周向排布的弧形片;进料口处设有倾斜设置的进料筒,进料筒上设有进料斗,进料筒内设有进料螺杆,进料螺杆连接有驱动其转动的进料电机。
进一步地,所述搅拌桨呈三角状。
进一步地,所述加热夹套的下端具有导热油进口、上端具有导热油出口。
进一步地,所述冷却盘管和冷却夹套的下端分别具有冷却水进口,冷却盘管和冷却夹套的上端分别具有冷却水出口。
进一步地,所述罐体上设有支撑进料筒的支架。
本发明的有益效果是,粉料通过进料螺杆连续送入罐体内,通过搅拌轴带动搅拌桨及大分散盘旋转,分散转轴带动小分散盘旋转,在粉料进入到罐体内时,落到两交错的分散盘上,在两分散盘的旋转作用下,粉料和液态料浆分散混合落到罐底,粉料得到充分的细化,在搅拌桨的作用下充分均匀的混合,从下端出料口排出,三角状的搅拌桨使物料形成涡流,使粉料和液态料溶解为一体。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体的实施例子并结合附图对本发明做进一步的详细描述。
图1、图2示出了本发明提供的涂料生产用搅拌罐,包括罐体1、罐体1内搅拌轴2和分散转轴3、盘设于罐体1外壁的冷却盘管4、在冷却盘管4外的加热夹套5、在加热夹套5外的冷却夹套6,罐体1具有进料口和出料口;搅拌轴2的下端转动支承在罐体1内的底部,上端连接有在罐体1外的搅拌电机7;搅拌轴2的下端设有搅拌桨8,搅拌轴2的中部设有大分散盘9;分散转轴3的下端设有小分散盘10,上端连接有在罐体1外的转轴驱动电机11;小分散盘10对应在大分散盘9与搅拌桨8之间,大分散盘9与小分散盘10均包括底盘12和底盘12上周向排布的弧形片13;进料口处设有倾斜设置的进料筒14,进料筒14上设有进料斗15,进料筒14内设有进料螺杆16,进料螺杆16连接有驱动其转动的进料电机。
罐体1内搅拌轴2的下端对应有支承架,搅拌轴2下端通过轴承转动支承于支承架,搅拌桨8呈三角状,保证了较好的剪切力,搅拌阻力也较小。加热夹套5的下端具有导热油进口17、上端具有导热油出口18,通入导热油加热。
冷却盘管4和冷却夹套6的下端分别具有冷却水进口19,冷却盘管4和冷却夹套6的上端分别具有冷却水出口20。均采用水冷却方式,形成了双重冷却,能够达到降温速度快、效果好的作用,也可以根据实际需要在使用过程中使用相应的冷却结构。
罐体1上设有支撑进料筒14的支架21,使进料筒14倾斜安装于支架21上,进料筒14的下端对应在罐体1的进料口处,粉料从进料斗15进入进料筒14内,经进料螺杆16送入罐体1内。

1.一种涂料生产用搅拌罐,其特征在于,包括罐体、罐体内搅拌轴和分散转轴、盘设于罐体外壁的冷却盘管、在冷却盘管外的加热夹套、在加热夹套外的冷却夹套,罐体具有进料口和出料口;搅拌轴的下端转动支承在罐体内的底部,上端连接有在罐体外的搅拌电机;搅拌轴的下端设有搅拌桨,搅拌轴的中部设有大分散盘;分散转轴的下端设有小分散盘,上端连接有在罐体外的转轴驱动电机;小分散盘对应在大分散盘与搅拌桨之间,大分散盘与小分散盘均包括底盘和底盘上周向排布的弧形片;进料口处设有倾斜设置的进料筒,进料筒上设有进料斗,进料筒内设有进料螺杆,进料螺杆连接有驱动其转动的进料电机。
2.根据权利要求1所述的涂料生产用搅拌罐,其特征在于,所述搅拌桨呈三角状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的涂料生产用搅拌罐,其特征在于,所述加热夹套的下端具有导热油进口、上端具有导热油出口。
4.根据权利要求1所述的涂料生产用搅拌罐,其特征在于,所述冷却盘管和冷却夹套的下端分别具有冷却水进口,冷却盘管和冷却夹套的上端分别具有冷却水出口。
5.根据权利要求1所述的涂料生产用搅拌罐,其特征在于,所述罐体上设有支撑进料筒的支架。
