本发明公开了一种搅拌效果好的PU树脂反应釜,包括:罐体,在罐体的上端设置有进料口,在罐体的下端设置有出料口,在罐体的外侧均匀设置有调节水管,在罐体的内部转动设置有搅拌轴,搅拌轴的下端通过下轴承座支撑在罐体底部,搅拌轴的上端与驱动装置相连接,在所述搅拌轴上均匀设置有若干个固定套,在固定套上均匀设置有三个倾斜搅拌叶片,在所述搅拌轴的下端设置有三角形下搅拌叶片和搅拌小叶片,在所述搅拌轴的上端设置有三角形上搅拌叶片。优点是:物料搅拌更加均匀,搅拌时物料流动性好,不会在罐体内壁形成隔热层,冷却效果好。

本发明涉及一种反应釜,尤其涉及一种PU树脂反应釜。
背景技术
在皮革的加工过程中需要使用反应釜对皮革原料(PU树脂)进行搅拌混合,现有反应釜的结构包括:罐体,在罐体的上端设置有进料口,在罐体的下端设置有出料口,在罐体的外侧设置有调节水管,在罐体的内部转动设置有搅拌轴,搅拌轴的下端通过下轴承座支撑在罐体底部,搅拌轴的上端与驱动装置相连接。现有反应釜在搅拌过程中,搅拌不均匀,物料流动不畅,高粘度时罐体内壁的物料不流动,容易形成隔热层,加水冷却时,内层物料无法进行冷却。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种搅拌效果好的PU树脂反应釜。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:PU树脂反应釜,包括:罐体,在罐体的上端设置有进料口,在罐体的下端设置有出料口,在罐体的外侧均匀设置有调节水管,在罐体的内部转动设置有搅拌轴,搅拌轴的下端通过下轴承座支撑在罐体底部,搅拌轴的上端与驱动装置相连接,在所述搅拌轴上均匀设置有若干个固定套,在固定套上均匀设置有三个倾斜搅拌叶片,在所述搅拌轴的下端设置有三角形下搅拌叶片和搅拌小叶片,在所述搅拌轴的上端设置有三角形上搅拌叶片。
本发明的优点是:上述PU树脂反应釜,物料搅拌更加均匀,搅拌时物料流动性好,不会在罐体内壁形成隔热层,冷却效果好。

下面结合附图和具体实施例详细描述一下本发明的具体内容。
如图1、图2所示,PU树脂反应釜,包括:罐体1,在罐体1的上端设置有进料口2,在罐体1的下端设置有出料口3,在罐体1的外侧均匀设置有调节水管4,在罐体1的内部转动设置有搅拌轴5,搅拌轴5的下端通过下轴承座6支撑在罐体1底部,搅拌轴5的上端与驱动装置相连接,在所述搅拌轴5上均匀设置有若干个固定套7,在固定套7上均匀设置有三个倾斜搅拌叶片8,在所述搅拌轴5的下端设置有三角形下搅拌叶片9和搅拌小叶片10,在所述搅拌轴5的上端设置有三角形上搅拌叶片11。
上述PU树脂反应釜使用时,通过驱动装置驱动搅拌轴5,搅拌轴5带动设置在其上面的倾斜搅拌叶片8、三角形下搅拌叶片9、搅拌小叶片10和三角形上搅拌叶片11转动对罐体1内的皮革原料进行搅拌,倾斜搅拌叶片8、三角形下搅拌叶片9、搅拌小叶片10和三角形上搅拌叶片11相互配合对对罐体1内的皮革物料进行搅拌,使物料搅拌更加均匀,搅拌时物料流动性好,不会在罐体内1壁形成隔热层,冷却效果好。

1.PU树脂反应釜,包括:罐体(1),在罐体(1)的上端设置有进料口(2),在罐体(1)的下端设置有出料口(3),在罐体(1)的外侧均匀设置有调节水管(4),在罐体(1)的内部转动设置有搅拌轴(5),搅拌轴(5)的下端通过下轴承座(6)支撑在罐体(1)底部,搅拌轴(5)的上端与驱动装置相连接,其特征在于:在所述搅拌轴(5)上均匀设置有若干个固定套(7),在固定套(7)上均匀设置有三个倾斜搅拌叶片(8),在所述搅拌轴(5)的下端设置有三角形下搅拌叶片(9)和搅拌小叶片(10),在所述搅拌轴(5)的上端设置有三角形上搅拌叶片(11)。
