Abstract
本发明涉及搅拌器,其罐盖中央的圆孔上方固定有支架,支架内设置有密封球面轴承,密封球面轴承的球体连接搅拌轴,圆孔与球体之间固定有密封膜,密封膜与支架之间形成密封腔,密封腔内注水,搅拌器还包括气体加热装置和从底部插入的进气管,以及带辅助加热的水循环系统。由于密封膜上方的密封腔内注有水,因此当罐内压力变化时,密封腔能够对密封膜起到良好的支撑作用,密封膜不会鼓起或塌陷,也就不会受到额外的张力,因此不易破损,使用寿命更长。进气管输入的气体快速向上运动的特性,加上带辅助加热的水循环系统,有助于将物料产生对流,使电加热管的热量更快更均匀的传递给物料。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种搅拌器。
背景技术
现在市面上大多数用于制备印染助剂的搅拌器没有设置搅拌装置,使得反应的物料搅拌不充分和不均匀,这就直接导致反应速度慢,且反应不完全,浪费了资源,提高了生产成本,且反应后罐内残留下的一些反应介质容易腐蚀,影响了反应设备,不能提高经济效益。
为了解决上述问题,中国实用新型专利CN203123964U,公开了一种用于制备印染助剂的搅拌器,其在罐盖上安装有伸入于罐身内的搅拌轴,搅拌轴底端安装有锚形桨叶,实现对物料的搅拌,加快反应速度。
然而某些印染助剂在制备过程中有有害物质挥发出,因此需要在密闭环境中进行搅拌。传统带搅拌搅拌器大多采用填料密封或机械密封,填料密封的密封性能差且阻力大、易损耗;而机械密封则价格高,使用一段时间后密封性能下降,维护更换成本高昂。
此外,有时反应需要一定的加热环境,传统只能通过对罐体加热来实现对物料的加热,加热速度缓慢且罐内物料温度不均匀,不利于反应的顺利进行。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:克服上述现有技术的缺陷,提出一种搅拌器。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提出的搅拌器,组成包括罐身、罐盖、搅拌电机、搅拌轴、搅拌桨,所述罐身上设有投料口、出料口,其特征在于:所述罐盖中央开设圆孔,圆孔上方固定有支架,所述支架内设置有密封球面轴承,所述密封球面轴承的球体连接搅拌轴,密封球面轴承的轴承箱与支架固定,所述圆孔与球体之间固定有柔性密封膜,所述柔性密封膜与支架之间形成密封腔,该密封腔内注满纯水;所述罐身底部安装有主电加热管,所述主电加热管上方的罐身内壁固定有朝斜下方向喷射的喷嘴,所述主电加热管下方的罐身底部固定有抽水口,所述罐身外设置有将抽水口与喷嘴连接的管路,管路上安装有水泵,管路内设置有辅助电加热管;搅拌器还包括气体加热装置和从底部插入罐身的数根进气管,所述进气管与气体加热装置的出气端相连,所述气体加热装置的进气端通过管道连接惰性气体气源,插入罐身的进气管端部安装有散气盘,所述散气盘位于主电加热管下方,所述罐盖上安装有排气管,所述排气管上装有泄压阀。
本发明搅拌器,进一步的改进在于:
1、所述罐身外壁设有冷却腔,冷却腔的上部具有冷却水入口,冷却腔的下部具有冷却水出口。
2、所述罐盖上安装有观察口和插入罐身内的温度计。
3、所述柔性密封膜呈环形,内外侧分别通过法兰与球体、罐盖圆孔密封连接。
4、所述罐盖与罐身的接口处卡装接合。
5、所述喷嘴的喷射方向与搅拌轴转动方向相反。
本发明搅拌器使用球轴承实现搅拌桨全方位的搅动,不留死角;选用柔性密封膜密封,使得内部罐内气体不泄露,有效保护操作人员且不会对环境造成污染;由于密封膜上方的密封腔内注有水,因此当罐内压力变化时,特别是压力大幅增加时或压力急剧降低时,密封腔能够对密封膜起到良好的支撑作用,这是因为当外界压力变化时液体的体积随几乎不发生变化,因此密封膜不会鼓起或塌陷,也就不会受到额外的张力,因此不易破损,使用寿命更长。
故,本发明所用的密封结构成本低廉,且能够承受罐内不同的压力变化,具有更强的适应性。
本发明设备的罐身内设置有主电加热管,并且在水循环的管道内设置辅助电加热管,能够对物料进行加热。水循环促进了物料的混合,提高搅拌效果,通过电加热管可以对物料进行加热,实现对物料加热的目的。电加热设置于循环管道内可以使被加热物料更均匀与罐内物料混合,使物料更均匀的被加热,提高物料的反应速度和平稳性,进一步提高生产效率。并且罐身底部通入有进气管,利用该进气管向罐身内部输送经过加热的惰性气体,能够迅速将热量传递给罐身内的物料;由于进气管输入的气体快速向上运动的特性,有助于将物料产生对流,使电加热管的热量更快更均匀的传递给物料。气流与水流共同作用,互相促进,使物料能够充分混合,能够平稳均匀的提高物料温度,提高反映效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
如图1所示,为本发明搅拌器,组成包括罐身1和设置于罐身1上方的罐盖1',罐盖1'与罐身1的接口处卡装接合,罐盖1'上安装有排气管18,排气管18上装有泄压阀19,罐盖1'上还安装有观察口7、插入罐身1内的温度计15,罐身1上设有投料口5、出料口6,所述罐盖1'安装有伸入于罐身1内由电机2驱动的搅拌轴3,搅拌轴3底部固定有搅拌桨4,罐盖1'中央开设圆孔,圆孔上方固定有支架8,支架8内设置有密封球面轴承(由轴承箱9和球体10),密封球面轴承的球体10连接搅拌轴3,密封球面轴承的轴承箱9与支架8固定,圆孔与球体10之间固定有环形柔性密封膜11,环形柔性密封膜11内外侧分别通过法兰与球体10、罐盖圆孔密封连接;柔性密封膜11与支架8之间形成密封腔12,该密封腔12内注满纯水;罐身1底部安装有螺旋形主电加热管14,主电加热管14上方的罐身1内壁固定有朝斜下方向喷射的喷嘴13,主电加热管14下方的罐身底部固定有抽水口20,罐身外设置有将抽水口20与喷嘴13连接的管路17,管路17上安装有水泵16,管路内设置有辅助电加热管(图中未画出)。可利用水泵将物料从罐身底部抽出,并从喷嘴喷出,一方面提高搅拌效果,另一方便可提高加热均匀性。
如图1所示,本例的搅拌器还具有气体加热装置24和从底部插入罐身一根进气管21,进气管21与气体加热装置24的出气端相连,气体加热装置24的进气端通过管道23连接惰性气体气源,插入罐身1的进气管21端部安装有散气盘22,散气盘22位于主电加热管14下方。
本例中罐身1外壁设有冷却腔25,冷却腔25的上部具有冷却水入口26,冷却腔25的下部具有冷却水出口27。
本设备一方面利用进气管向罐身内部输送经过加热的惰性气体,能够迅速将热量传递给罐身内的物料,实现对物料加热的目的,同时进气管喷出的气体向上运动,有助于将物料产生对流,提高电加热管的加热效率;另一方面,本设备可利用水泵将物料从罐身底部抽出,并从喷嘴喷出,并进行辅助加热,提高搅拌效果、加热均匀性的同时,更快的对物料进行加热。
如图2所示,本例中,喷嘴13的喷射方向C与搅拌轴转动方向A相反。本例中,搅拌桨除了进行公转外,还进行自传,图中,B为搅拌桨自转转动方向。图中,1为罐身。
除上述实施例外,本发明还可以有其他实施方式。凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求的保护范围。

1.一种搅拌器,组成包括罐身、罐盖、搅拌电机、搅拌轴、搅拌桨,所述罐身上设有投料口、出料口,其特征在于:所述罐盖中央开设圆孔,圆孔上方固定有支架,所述支架内设置有密封球面轴承,所述密封球面轴承由轴承箱和球体构成,所述密封球面轴承的球体连接搅拌轴,密封球面轴承的轴承箱与支架固定,所述圆孔与球体之间固定有柔性密封膜,所述柔性密封膜与支架之间形成密封腔,该密封腔内注满纯水;所述罐身底部安装有主电加热管,所述主电加热管上方的罐身内壁固定有朝斜下方向喷射的喷嘴,所述主电加热管下方的罐身底部固定有抽水口,所述罐身外设置有将抽水口与喷嘴连接的管路,管路上安装有水泵,管路内设置有辅助电加热管;搅拌器还包括气体加热装置和从底部插入罐身的数根进气管,所述进气管与气体加热装置的出气端相连,所述气体加热装置的进气端通过管道连接惰性气体气源,插入罐身的进气管端部安装有散气盘,所述散气盘位于主电加热管下方,所述罐盖上安装有排气管,所述排气管上装有泄压阀;所述罐身外壁设有冷却腔,冷却腔的上部具有冷却水入口,冷却腔的下部具有冷却水出口;所述罐盖上安装有观察口和插入罐身内的温度计;所述罐盖与罐身的接口处卡装接合。
