一种真丝数码印花墨水,包括以下主要成分:活性染料、海藻酸钠、尿素、纯碱、聚乙二醇改性β‑环糊精、分散剂和去离子水,通过在传统的印花墨水中加入聚乙二醇改性β‑环糊精,提高了β‑环糊精与丝绸中蛋白质的结合性能,活性染料的染色效果大大提高,对真丝表面印花,色彩鲜艳,色牢度高。

技术领域
本发明涉及数码印花技术领域,尤其涉及一种真丝数码印花墨水及其制备方法。
背景技术
数码喷墨印花技术是喷墨打印在工业应用领域的一大拓展。现代计算机喷墨打印技术用于纺织品印花时,可以用各种输入手段如扫描仪、数字摄像机、数字照相机等,把需要的图案以数字式输入计算机,经过各种作图软件印花分色系统处理后,再经过计算机控制的数字喷墨印花机,直接将印花墨水喷射到各种纤维织物上,印制出所需的各种图案,这种印花技术被称为数字喷墨印花。
近年来,数码印花技术得到了迅速的发展。与传统印花相比,数码印花工艺清洁,生产过程灵活,可以进行远程定货,纳入供应链网络,是未来纺织品印花技术发展的方向。
目前,数码印花品种包括棉、毛、化纤等类型的织物,也有少量设计丝绸等织物,由于真丝的特性,其表面较为光滑,因此不论采用数码直喷印花,还是数码转移印花,都会存在色彩鲜艳度不够、逼真度不够,印出来的产品质量低;产品色牢度低,不能满足水洗要求的问题。
发明内容
为了解决背景技术中的问题,本发明提供一种真丝数码印花墨水及其制备方法。
一种真丝数码印花墨水,包括以下重量百分比的成分:
活性染料 8-15%
海藻酸钠 1-2%
尿素 2-5%
纯碱 0.5-2%
聚乙二醇改性β-环糊精 1-3%
分散剂 0.2-0.5%
去离子水 余量。
优选的,所述的分散剂为TRITON®X-405润湿剂。
一种真丝数码印花墨水的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、60-80℃条件下,将β-环糊精溶于去离子水中,加入聚乙二醇,搅拌3-5小时后,降至室温,静置、过滤,烘干,得到改性β-环糊精;
B、将改性β-环糊精、分散剂和去离子水混合后,搅拌均匀;
C、加入剩余原料,继续搅拌,搅拌均匀即可。
优选的,所述的步骤A中,乙二醇和β-环糊精的摩尔比为1:(5-7)。
优选的,所述的步骤A中,β-环糊精与去离子水的质量比为1:(20-30)。
优选的,所述的聚乙二醇的分子量为3500-5000。
环糊精(Cyclodextrin,简称CD)是直链淀粉在由芽孢杆菌产生的环糊精葡萄糖基转移酶作用下生成的一系列环状低聚糖的总称,通常含有6~12个D-吡喃葡萄糖单元。其中研究得较多并且具有重要实际意义的是含有6、7、8个葡萄糖单元的分子,分别称为alpha-、beta -和gama -环糊精(图1)。根据X-线晶体衍射、红外光谱和核磁共振波谱分析的结果,确定构成环糊精分子的每个D(+)- 吡喃葡萄糖都是椅式构象。各葡萄糖单元均以1,4-糖苷键结合成环。由于连接葡萄糖单元的糖苷键不能自由旋转,环糊精不是圆筒状分子而是略呈锥形的圆环。
由于环糊精的外缘(Rim)亲水而内腔(Cavity)疏水,因而它能够像酶一样提供一个疏水的结合部位,作为主体(Host)包络各种适当的客体(Guest),如有机分子、无机离子以及气体分子等。其内腔疏水而外部亲水的特性使其可依据范德华力、疏水相互作用力、主客体分子间的匹配作用等与许多有机和无机分子形成包合物及分子组装体系,成为化学和化工研究者感兴趣的研究对象。这种选择性的包络作用即通常所说的分子识别,其结果是形成主客体包络物(Host-Guest Complex)。环糊精是迄今所发现的类似于酶的理想宿主分子,并且其本身就有酶模型的特性。因此,在催化、分离、食品以及药物等领域中,环糊精受到了极大的重视和广泛应用。由于环糊精在水中的溶解度和包结能力,改变环糊精的理化特性已成为化学修饰环糊精的重要目的之一。
环糊精的复合物存在于天然,也可以人工合成。工业上,不少染料都是以环糊精作基体;而不少有医疗功效的药用植物,如芦荟,都含有环糊精复合物。例如芦荟的凝胶当中的环糊精复合物,有消炎、消肿、止痛、止痒及抑制细菌生长的效用,可作天然的治伤药用。此外,利用环糊精的环糊精法是生产双氧水的最佳方法。
本发明中将β-环糊精用聚乙二醇改性,不但可以提高β-环糊精在水中的溶解度和分散性能,提高β-环糊精与丝绸的接触面,而且还提高了β-环糊精与丝绸中蛋白质的结合性能,有利于提高活性染料的染色效果。
本发明的真丝数码印花墨水,包括以下主要成分:活性染料、海藻酸钠、尿素、纯碱、聚乙二醇改性β-环糊精、分散剂和去离子水,通过在传统的印花墨水中加入聚乙二醇改性β-环糊精,提高了β-环糊精与丝绸中蛋白质的结合性能,活性染料的染色效果大大提高,对真丝表面印花,色彩鲜艳,色牢度高。
具体实施方法
实施例1
一种真丝数码印花墨水,包括以下重量百分比的成分:
活性染料 12%
海藻酸钠 1.5%
尿素 3%
纯碱 1.2%
聚乙二醇改性β-环糊精 1.5%
分散剂 0.3%
去离子水 余量;
所述的分散剂为TRITON®X-405润湿剂;
一种真丝数码印花墨水的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、75℃条件下,将β-环糊精溶于去离子水中,加入聚乙二醇,搅拌3.5小时后,降至室温,静置、过滤,烘干,得到改性β-环糊精;
B、将改性β-环糊精、分散剂和去离子水混合后,搅拌均匀;
C、加入剩余原料,继续搅拌,搅拌均匀即可;
所述的步骤A中,乙二醇和β-环糊精的摩尔比为1:6;
所述的步骤A中,β-环糊精与去离子水的质量比为1:25;
所述的聚乙二醇的分子量为3500-5000。
实施例2
一种真丝数码印花墨水,包括以下重量百分比的成分:
活性染料 15%
海藻酸钠 1%
尿素 5%
纯碱 0.5%
聚乙二醇改性β-环糊精 3%
分散剂 0.2%
去离子水 余量;
所述的分散剂为TRITON®X-405润湿剂;
一种真丝数码印花墨水的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、80℃条件下,将β-环糊精溶于去离子水中,加入聚乙二醇,搅拌3小时后,降至室温,静置、过滤,烘干,得到改性β-环糊精;
B、将改性β-环糊精、分散剂和去离子水混合后,搅拌均匀;
C、加入剩余原料,继续搅拌,搅拌均匀即可;
所述的步骤A中,乙二醇和β-环糊精的摩尔比为1:7;
所述的步骤A中,β-环糊精与去离子水的质量比为1:20;
所述的聚乙二醇的分子量为3500-5000。
实施例3
一种真丝数码印花墨水,包括以下重量百分比的成分:
活性染料 8%
海藻酸钠 2%
尿素 2%
纯碱 2%
聚乙二醇改性β-环糊精 1%
分散剂0.5%
去离子水 余量;
所述的分散剂为TRITON®X-405润湿剂;
一种真丝数码印花墨水的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、60℃条件下,将β-环糊精溶于去离子水中,加入聚乙二醇,搅拌5小时后,降至室温,静置、过滤,烘干,得到改性β-环糊精;
B、将改性β-环糊精、分散剂和去离子水混合后,搅拌均匀;
C、加入剩余原料,继续搅拌,搅拌均匀即可;
所述的步骤A中,乙二醇和β-环糊精的摩尔比为1:5;
所述的步骤A中,β-环糊精与去离子水的质量比为1:30;
所述的聚乙二醇的分子量为3500-5000。
对实施例1-3的真丝数码印花墨水进行真丝喷印,测试织物的耐皂洗色牢度、耐摩擦色牢度、耐光牢度进行测试,结果见表1。

由测试数据可以知道,本发明制成的印花墨水,色牢度高,即使经过多次清洗,仍能不褪色、掉色,保持原有的色彩和鲜艳度。

1.一种真丝数码印花墨水的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的真丝数码印花墨水,包括以下重量百分比的成分:
活性染料 8-15%
海藻酸钠 1-2%
尿素 2-5%
纯碱 0.5-2%
聚乙二醇改性β-环糊精 1-3%
分散剂 0.2-0.5%
去离子水 余量;
所述的真丝数码印花墨水的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、60-80℃条件下,将β-环糊精溶于去离子水中,加入聚乙二醇,搅拌3-5小时后,降至室温,静置、过滤,烘干,得到聚乙二醇改性β-环糊精;
B、将聚乙二醇改性β-环糊精、分散剂和去离子水混合后,搅拌均匀;
C、加入剩余原料,继续搅拌,搅拌均匀即可。
2.如权利要求1所述的真丝数码印花墨水的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的分散剂为TRITON®X-405润湿剂。
3.如权利要求1所述的真丝数码印花墨水的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤A中,聚乙二醇和β-环糊精的摩尔比为1:(5-7)。
4.如权利要求1所述的真丝数码印花墨水的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤A中,β-环糊精与去离子水的质量比为1:(20-30)。
