Description

车辆的动力传递装置
技术领域
本发明涉及将驱动力源所输出的转矩向驱动轮传递的车辆的动力传递装置,尤其是涉及具备用于防止对于驱动力源或动力传递装置的过负载的转矩限制器的车辆的动力传递装置。
背景技术
专利文献1记载了以发动机以及第一电动机及第二电动机为驱动力源的混合动力车辆的驱动装置。该专利文献1记载的混合动力车辆的驱动装置具备将发动机及第一电动机的输出转矩向驱动轮侧传递的动力分配机构。动力分配机构由单小齿轮型的行星齿轮机构构成。在该行星齿轮机构的齿轮架上连结有发动机,在太阳轮上连结有第一电动机,在齿圈上连结有向驱动轮传递动力的输出构件。并且,能够选择性地设定如下的模式来行驶,这些模式包括:在发动机停止的状态下将从第一电动机及第二电动机中的至少一方输出的动力向驱动轮传递的电行驶模式;使第一电动机及第二电动机中的至少一方作为发电机发挥功能的再生行驶模式;将从发动机输出的动力向驱动轮传递的发动机行驶模式。而且,该专利文献1记载的混合动力车辆的驱动装置具备在上述的电行驶模式下用于将发动机的旋转停止而予以固定的啮合式离合器(锁止机构)。啮合式离合器配置在对第一电动机及第二电动机以及动力分配机构等进行收纳的壳体的内部。
此外,在专利文献2中记载了一种车辆用变速器,具备经由变速器输入轴而被输入发动机转矩的变速机构、及配置在变速器输入轴与发动机之间的转矩限制器。该转矩限制器能够进行变速器输入轴与发动机输出轴之间的转矩传递,并且抑制在上述变速器输入轴与发动机输出轴之间被输入比规定的转矩大的过大转矩。该专利文献2记载的车辆用变速器与上述的专利文献1同样搭载于以发动机以及第一电动机及第二电动机为驱动力源的混合动力车辆。并且,设有容许发动机输出轴的正转并禁止发动机输出轴的反转的单向离合器(锁止机构)。单向离合器在发动机与变速机构之间,固定于与发动机输出轴连结的飞轮。而且,上述的转矩限制器及减振机构也安装于飞轮。上述转矩限制器及减振机构与飞轮一起配置在变速器壳体的外部。

发明内容
【发明要解决的问题】
根据上述的专利文献1记载的混合动力车辆的驱动装置,在以电行驶模式进行电动机行驶时,使锁止机构工作而固定(锁止)成停止发动机的旋转的状态,由此能够减少电动机行驶时的发动机的拖曳损失。另外,在通过第一电动机及第二电动机这两方的输出转矩以高输出进行电动机行驶的情况下,经由连同发动机一起将齿轮架的旋转锁止的动力分配机构,能够将第一电动机的输出转矩高效率地向输出构件传递。通过在该专利文献1记载的混合动力车辆的驱动装置中应用上述的专利文献2记载那样的转矩限制器,能够抑制驱动轮与发动机之间的动力传递路径上的过大的转矩的输入。另一方面,在如上所述以电行驶模式进行电动机行驶时使锁止机构工作的情况下,成为在驱动轮与锁止机构之间的动力传递路径内实质上不存在转矩限制器的状态。因此,在使锁止机构工作的状态下从驱动轮存在过大的扰动转矩的输入时,在驱动轮与锁止机构之间的动力传递路径内的齿轮或轴等上可能会作用过大的负载。
本发明是着眼于上述的技术问题而考虑出的发明,目的在于提供一种即使在将发动机、电动机等原动机的旋转锁止的锁止机构工作的情况下,也能够适当地抑制向动力传递路径的过大转矩的输入的车辆的动力传递装置。
【用于解决问题的手段】
为了实现上述的目的,本发明涉及一种车辆的动力传递装置,具备:传动机构,以主原动机以及第一电动机及第二电动机为驱动力源,并在所述主原动机及所述第一电动机与驱动轮之间传递转矩;锁止机构,通过使旋转构件接合于不能旋转的固定构件而选择性地将所述主原动机的输出轴的旋转停止而予以固定;以及第一转矩限制器,设置在所述主原动机与所述锁止机构之间,并对在所述驱动轮与所述主原动机之间传递的转矩进行限制,所述车辆的动力传递装置的特征在于,所述车辆的动力传递装置具备第二转矩限制器,该第二转矩限制器对在所述驱动轮与所述锁止机构之间传递的转矩进行限制。
而且,本发明的特征在于,所述车辆的动力传递装置还具备变速器壳体,所述变速器壳体将所述第一电动机、所述第二电动机、所述传动机构、所述锁止机构以及所述第二转矩限制器收纳在内部。
而且,本发明的特征在于,所述锁止机构由作为所述第二转矩限制器发挥功能的接合机构构成。
而且,本发明的特征在于,所述变速器壳体至少由与所述主原动机相反一侧的后端开口的壳体和将所述后端的开口部闭塞的后盖构成,所述锁止机构固定于所述后盖。
而且,本发明的特征在于,所述传动机构由具有太阳轮、齿圈以及齿轮架的单行星型的行星齿轮机构构成,所述太阳轮连结于所述第一电动机,所述齿圈与所述第二电动机一起经由输出齿轮系而连结于所述驱动轮,所述齿轮架连结于所述输出轴及所述旋转构件,所述锁止机构连同所述输出轴一起将所述齿轮架的旋转停止而予以固定。
而且,本发明的特征在于,所述传动机构具备与所述输出轴连结的输入轴,所述第一电动机具备形成为中空轴并与所述第一电动机的转子一体旋转的转子轴,所述车辆的动力传递装置还具备中间轴,该中间轴配置在所述转子轴的中空部,并且由设于所述中空部的轴承支承而与所述转子轴进行相对旋转,所述输出轴经由所述输入轴及所述中间轴而连结于所述旋转构件,所述锁止机构隔着所述第一电动机而配置在所述主原动机的相反侧。
而且,本发明的特征在于,所述车辆的动力传递装置还具备由所述主原动机的输出来驱动而产生液压的液压泵,所述液压泵经由所述中间轴及所述输入轴而与所述输出轴连结。
本发明的特征在于,所述锁止机构在所述液压泵的外周侧,配置于在所述输出轴、所述输入轴及所述中间轴的径向上与所述液压泵重叠的位置。
而且,本发明的特征在于,所述锁止机构包含固定构件和旋转构件,所述固定构件经由所述第二转矩限制器而固定于所述变速器壳体,所述旋转构件以与所述传动机构的输入轴一体旋转的方式安装于所述输入轴。
而且,本发明的特征在于,所述锁止机构包含固定构件和旋转构件,所述固定构件直接固定于所述变速器壳体,所述旋转构件经由所述第二转矩限制器而连结于所述传动机构的输入轴。
【发明效果】
根据本发明,在驱动力源与驱动轮之间的动力传递路径内设有锁止机构,该锁止机构将主原动机的输出轴的旋转锁止,即,将主原动机的输出轴的旋转停止而予以固定。并且,在主原动机与锁止机构之间、及驱动轮与锁止机构之间分别设有限制传递的转矩的第一转矩限制器及第二转矩限制器。在使上述的锁止机构工作的情况下,从驱动轮侧向动力传递装置内输入的转矩的传递被锁止机构阻止,因此设置在锁止机构与主原动机之间的第一转矩限制器成为对于从驱动轮侧输入的转矩无法发挥功能的状态。相对于此,在该车辆的动力传递装置中,由于在驱动轮与锁止机构之间设置第二转矩限制器,因此即便在使锁止机构工作的状态下从驱动轮输入了过大的转矩的情况下,也能够通过第二转矩限制器使过大的转矩向动力传递路径外逃散。因此,相对于来自驱动轮的过大的转矩的输入能够适当地保护动力传递装置。而且,能够适当地抑制对于动力传递装置的过负载,因此相应地,能够降低动力传递装置的齿轮、轴的强度。而且,锁止机构及第二转矩限制器收纳在变速器壳体的内部。因此,例如与锁止机构及第二转矩限制器和飞轮等一起配置在变速器壳体的外部的情况相比,能够抑制这些锁止机构及第二转矩限制器暴露于水、泥或尘埃等异物的情况。因此,能够提高锁止机构及第二转矩限制器的可靠性及耐久性。
而且,根据本发明,通过接合机构构成锁止机构,该接合机构具备在接合状态下存在用于由第二转矩限制器限制的规定值以上的过大的转矩的输入的情况下、解除该接合状态的功能。例如,由调整了摩擦紧固力的多片离合器、通过转矩作用于啮合的接触面而产生旋转轴线方向上的分力的啮合离合器(齿式离合器)等接合机构,来构成锁止机构。因此,能够使锁止机构兼具本来的作为锁止机构的功能和作为第二转矩限制器的功能。因此,与分别单独设置锁止机构和第二转矩限制器的情况相比,能够实现动力传递装置的小型化。而且,能够削减部件个数而实现动力传递装置的成本降低。
而且,根据本发明,如上所述也作为第二转矩限制器发挥功能的锁止机构固定于变速器壳体的后盖。并且,通过将后盖安装于壳体的后端的开口部,而将锁止机构收纳在变速器壳体内。因此,能够将锁止机构和后盖作为1个单元而制作,能够减少动力传递装置的组装工序、工时。而且,在也制造不使用锁止机构的类型的动力传递装置的情况下,在如本发明那样使用锁止机构的类型和不使用锁止机构的类型中,能够共用壳体。因此,能够实现共通部件的扩大带来的成本降低。而且,能够抑制部件个数的增加引起的组装工序的复杂化。
而且,根据本发明,锁止机构的旋转构件与主原动机的输出轴一起连结于行星齿轮机构的齿轮架。因此,通过使锁止机构工作而连同主原动机的输出轴一起将齿轮架的旋转锁止,由此齿轮架成为反力要素而能够将输入到太阳轮的第一电动机的输出转矩从齿圈向输出齿轮系输出。例如,能够提高由第一电动机及第二电动机这两方的输出转矩实现的高输出的电动机行驶时的能量效率。
而且,根据本发明,第一电动机的转子轴形成为中空轴,经由穿过该转子轴的中空部的中间轴及传动机构的输入轴,将主原动机的输出轴与锁止机构的旋转构件连结。该中间轴被设置在转子轴的中空部内部的轴承以能够与转子轴相对旋转的方式支承。因此,与例如在壳体的内壁面、分隔壁等配置轴承的结构相比,能够使动力传递装置在旋转轴线方向上小型化。
而且,根据本发明,如上所述将主原动机的输出轴及传动机构的输入轴与锁止机构的旋转构件连结的中间轴连结于液压泵。即,中间轴兼具作为液压泵的旋转轴的功能,经由该中间轴,将液压泵与主原动机的输出轴连结。因此,可以不用另行设置液压泵的旋转轴,就能够削减部件个数而实现动力传递装置的成本降低。
并且,根据本发明,在锁止机构的内周部分配置液压泵,上述锁止机构和液压泵在动力传递装置的旋转轴的径向上配置于与液压泵重叠的位置。即,配置在旋转轴线方向上的相同位置或大致相同位置。因此,能够使动力传递装置在旋转轴线方向上小型化。

参照附图,具体地对本发明进行说明。首先,图1示出能够应用本发明的动力传递装置的车辆的一例。图1所示的车辆Ve具备主原动机1以及第一电动机(MG1)2及第二电动机(MG2)3这多个驱动力源。在图1所示的例子中,车辆Ve搭载发动机(ENG)作为主原动机1。车辆Ve将主原动机1输出的动力通过动力分配机构4向第一电动机2侧和驱动轴5侧分配而传递。而且,能够将由第一电动机2产生的电力向第二电动机3供给,并能够将第二电动机3输出的动力向驱动轴5及驱动轮6附加。
动力分配机构4是在主原动机1及第一电动机2与驱动轮6之间传递转矩的传动机构,由具有太阳轮7、齿圈8及齿轮架9的行星齿轮机构构成。在图1所示的例子中,使用单小齿轮型的行星齿轮机构。在相对于行星齿轮机构的太阳轮7的同心圆上配置有内齿齿轮的齿圈8。与上述太阳轮7和齿圈8啮合的小齿轮10由齿轮架9保持为能够自转及公转。
动力分配机构4配置在与主原动机1及第一电动机2相同的旋转轴线上。在构成动力分配机构4的行星齿轮机构的齿轮架9上连结有动力分配机构4的输入轴4a。在输入轴4a上连结有飞轮11、以及主原动机1的输出轴1a。具体而言,输出轴1a与输入轴4a经由安装于飞轮11的减振机构12及第一转矩限制器13而相互连结。因此,齿轮架9经由输入轴4a、第一转矩限制器13、减振机构12及飞轮11而与输出轴1a连结。
上述的飞轮11、减振机构12及第一转矩限制器13设置在输出轴1a与输入轴4a之间。飞轮11与输出轴1a连结。在飞轮11的与主原动机1相反的一侧(图1的左侧)安装有减振机构12。减振机构12构成为与以往通常使用的减振机构相同。例如,是与前述的专利文献2记载的减振机构相同的结构,通过减振弹簧12a的作用,能抑制以主原动机1的转矩变动、振动为起因的输出轴1a的扭转振动。
在减振机构12的外周部分设有第一转矩限制器13。第一转矩限制器13是用于限制在驱动轮6与主原动机1之间传递的转矩的大小的机构。第一转矩限制器13构成为与以往通常使用的转矩限制器相同。例如图2所示,输出轴1a侧的摩擦片13a和输入轴4a侧的摩擦片13b通过碟形弹簧13c的作用力而压紧。由此,使摩擦片13a与摩擦片13b相互摩擦接合。摩擦片13a经由飞轮11而连结于输出轴1a。摩擦片13b经由减振机构12而连结于输入轴4a。因此,输出轴1a侧的旋转构件和输入轴4a侧的旋转构件经由第一转矩限制器13而一体化。该第一转矩限制器13中的摩擦片13a与摩擦片13b之间的摩擦接合力根据碟形弹簧13c的作用力而决定。因此,例如通过调整碟形弹簧13c的弹簧常数,来设定通过该第一转矩限制器13限制的转矩的值,即,经由第一转矩限制器13能够传递的转矩的上限值。
在行星齿轮机构的太阳轮7上连结有第一电动机2。第一电动机2与动力分配机构4相邻而配置在主原动机1的相反侧(图1的左侧)。与该第一电动机2的转子2a成为一体而旋转的转子轴2b连结于太阳轮7。此外,转子轴2b及太阳轮7的旋转轴成为中空轴。在上述转子轴2b及太阳轮7的旋转轴的中空部配置有液压泵14的旋转轴14a。即,旋转轴14a穿过上述的中空部而与输入轴4a连结。
在行星齿轮机构的齿圈8的外周部分,外齿齿轮的第一驱动齿轮15与齿圈8一体地形成。而且,与动力分配机构4及第一电动机2的旋转轴线平行地配置有副轴16。与上述的第一驱动齿轮15啮合的副轴从动齿轮17以成为一体而进行旋转的方式安装在该副轴16的一方(图1中的右侧)的端部。副轴驱动齿轮(终级驱动齿轮)18以与副轴16成为一体而进行旋转的方式安装在副轴16的另一方(图1中的左侧)的端部。副轴驱动齿轮18与作为终减速器的差速齿轮19的差速齿圈(终级从动齿轮)20啮合。因此,动力分配机构4的齿圈8经由由上述的第一驱动齿轮15、副轴16、副轴从动齿轮17、副轴驱动齿轮18及差速齿圈20构成的输出齿轮系21,以能够进行动力传递的方式与驱动轴5及驱动轮6连结。
该车辆Ve的动力传递装置构成为能够将第二电动机3输出的转矩向从上述的动力分配机构4传递给驱动轴5及驱动轮6的转矩附加。具体而言,与第二电动机3的转子3a成为一体而进行旋转的转子轴3b平行于上述的副轴16地配置。与上述的副轴从动齿轮17啮合的第二驱动齿轮22以成为一体而进行旋转的方式安装在该转子轴3b的前端(图1中的右端)。因此,第二电动机3经由上述那样的输出齿轮系21及第二驱动齿轮22以能够进行动力传递的方式与动力分配机构4的齿圈8连结。即,齿圈8与第二电动机3一起经由输出齿轮系21以能够进行动力传递的方式与驱动轴5及驱动轮6连结。
此外,在该车辆Ve的动力传递装置设有锁止机构23及第二转矩限制器24。锁止机构23为了将主原动机1的输出轴1a锁止而设置。第二转矩限制器24为了即使在锁止机构23工作的情况下也能抑制该动力传递装置中的过负载而设置。
锁止机构23是将输出轴1a的旋转停止而予以固定(锁止)的机构。在图1所示的例子中,锁止机构23设置在将第一电动机2、第二电动机3、动力分配机构4及该锁止机构23等收纳于内部的变速器壳体25与输入轴4a及齿轮架9之间。锁止机构23由接合机构构成,该接合机构使连结于输出轴1a的输入轴4a选择性地与不能旋转的固定构件23a连结。具体而言,固定构件23a以不能旋转的方式安装于变速器壳体25。在该图1所示的例子中,固定构件23a经由后述的第二转矩限制器24而固定于变速器壳体25。另一方面,旋转构件23b以与输入轴4a一体旋转的方式安装于输入轴4a。并且,上述固定构件23a和旋转构件23b构成为例如通过摩擦离合器或啮合离合器等而选择性地接合。因此,通过使该锁止机构23工作而使旋转构件23b与固定构件23a接合,从而输入轴4a以及与输入轴4a连结的输出轴1a及齿轮架9的旋转被锁止。
如前所述,通过使锁止机构23工作而将输入轴4a、输出轴1a及齿轮架9的旋转锁止,能够高效率地执行基于第一电动机2及第二电动机3这两方的输出转矩的高输出的电动机行驶。另一方面,通过使锁止机构23工作,从驱动轮6侧向动力传递装置内输入的转矩在锁止机构23的固定构件23a被停止,不再向设置在比锁止机构23靠主原动机1侧处的第一转矩限制器13传递。因此,在使锁止机构23工作的情况下,第一转矩限制器13对于从驱动轮6侧输入的转矩不再发挥功能。因此,在该车辆Ve的动力传递装置中,为了即便在使锁止机构23工作的情况下也能抑制来自驱动轮6侧的过大的转矩的输入而适当地保护动力传递装置,而设置有第二转矩限制器24。
第二转矩限制器24是用于在使上述的锁止机构23工作而固定构件23a与旋转构件23b接合的状态下限制在驱动轮6与锁止机构23之间传递的转矩的大小的机构。第二转矩限制器24例如前述的图2所示那样构成为与以往通常使用的转矩限制器相同。因此,与前述的第一转矩限制器13同样,通过调整碟形弹簧等弹性构件的弹簧常数,来设定通过该第二转矩限制器24限制的转矩的值,即,经由第二转矩限制器24能够传递的转矩的上限值。在图1所示的例子中,第二转矩限制器24设置在固定构件23a与变速器壳体25之间。即,上述的锁止机构23中的固定构件23a经由该第二转矩限制器24而固定于变速器壳体25。该第二转矩限制器24收纳在变速器壳体25的内部。
例如图3所示,第二转矩限制器24也可以配置在锁止机构23的旋转构件23b与输入轴4a及齿轮架9之间。在图3所示的例子中,锁止机构23的固定构件23a直接固定于变速器壳体25。旋转构件23b经由第二转矩限制器24而与输入轴4a及齿轮架9连结。第二转矩限制器24构成为与输入轴4a及旋转构件23b一体旋转。
在图1、图3所示的例子中,锁止机构23及第二转矩限制器24在与输出轴1a、输入轴4a及转子轴2b相同的旋转轴线上,配置在第一电动机2的与主原动机1相反的一侧(图1、图3中的左侧)。相对于此,在该车辆Ve的动力传递装置中,例如图4至图8等所示,也可以在动力传递装置内的其他位置配置锁止机构23及第二转矩限制器24。
在图4所示的例子中,锁止机构23及第二转矩限制器24在与输出轴1a、输入轴4a及转子轴2b相同的旋转轴线上,配置于第一电动机2与动力分配机构4之间。具体而言,锁止机构23的旋转构件23b以与齿轮架9一体旋转的方式连结在动力分配机构4的与主原动机1相反的一侧(图1、图3中的左侧)。固定构件23a经由第二转矩限制器24而固定于变速器壳体25。
在图5所示的例子中,锁止机构23及第二转矩限制器24在与输出轴1a、输入轴4a及转子轴2b相同的旋转轴线上,配置于动力分配机构4与减振机构12之间。具体而言,在动力分配机构4的主原动机1侧(图1、图3中的右侧),锁止机构23的旋转构件23b以一体旋转的方式连结于输入轴4a。固定构件23a经由第二转矩限制器24而固定于变速器壳体25。
在图6所示的例子中,锁止机构23及第二转矩限制器24在与输出轴1a、输入轴4a及转子轴2b相同的旋转轴线上,配置于动力分配机构4与减振机构12之间。具体而言,在动力分配机构4的主原动机1侧(图1、图3中的右侧),锁止机构23的旋转构件23b以一体旋转的方式与齿轮架9连结。固定构件23a经由第二转矩限制器24而固定于变速器壳体25。
如前所述,该车辆Ve的动力传递装置中的第二转矩限制器24是在使锁止机构23工作而固定构件23a与旋转构件23b接合的状态下,限制在驱动轮6与锁止机构23之间传递的转矩的大小的机构。因此,第二转矩限制器24只要是能够在上述那样的状态下限制在驱动轮6与锁止机构23之间传递的转矩的大小的位置即可,也可以是其他的结构。例如图7、图8所示,也可以与锁止机构23分离配置。
在图7所示的例子中,锁止机构23在与输出轴1a、输入轴4a及转子轴2b相同的旋转轴线上,配置在第一电动机2的与主原动机1相反的一侧(图1、图3中的左侧)。具体而言,在第一电动机2的与主原动机1相反的一侧,锁止机构23的旋转构件23b以一体旋转的方式与输入轴4a连结。固定构件23a直接固定于变速器壳体25。并且,在该图7所示的例子中,第二转矩限制器24配置在副轴16的中途。即,第二转矩限制器24在副轴16的旋转轴线上,配置于副轴从动齿轮17与副轴驱动齿轮18之间。
在图8所示的例子中,锁止机构23在与输出轴1a、输入轴4a及转子轴2b相同的旋转轴线上,配置在第一电动机2的与主原动机1相反的一侧(图1、图3中的左侧)。具体而言,在第一电动机2的与主原动机1相反的一侧,锁止机构23的旋转构件23b以一体旋转的方式与输入轴4a连结。固定构件23a直接固定于变速器壳体25。并且,在该图8所示的例子中,第二转矩限制器24在与输出轴1a、输入轴4a及转子轴2b相同的旋转轴线上,配置于动力分配机构4的齿圈8与第一驱动齿轮15之间。
图9示出该车辆Ve的动力传递装置中的锁止机构及第二转矩限制器的具体的构成例。在图9所示的例子中,锁止机构26由啮合离合器构成。锁止机构26由与输入轴4a一体旋转的旋转齿26a、不能旋转的固定齿26b以及致动器26c构成。旋转齿26a构成为经由后述的中间轴29而与输入轴4a一体旋转。固定齿26b通过花键以不能旋转且能够沿旋转轴线方向滑动的方式安装于后述的第二转矩限制器27的固定构件27a。即,小固定齿26b通过后述的第二转矩限制器27的功能而以不能旋转的方式固定于变速器壳体25。致动器26c构成为使旋转齿26a或固定齿26b动作,而使上述旋转齿26a与固定齿26b啮合。在该图9所示的例子中,构成为使固定齿26b动作而与旋转齿26a啮合。因此,通过使该锁止机构26工作而使旋转齿26a与固定齿26b接合,从而将输入轴4a、以及与输入轴4a连结的输出轴1a及齿轮架9的旋转锁止。
在图9所示的例子中,第二转矩限制器27是用于在使上述的锁止机构26工作而旋转齿26a与固定齿26b接合的状态下限制在驱动轮6与锁止机构26之间传递的转矩的大小的机构。第二转矩限制器27由使固定构件27a与可动构件27b接合的摩擦式的多片离合器构成。具体而言,安装于固定构件27a的摩擦片27c与安装于可动构件27b的摩擦片27d通过碟形弹簧27e的作用力而被压紧。由此,摩擦片27c与摩擦片27d相互摩擦接合。即,固定构件27a与可动构件27b一体化。该第二转矩限制器27中的摩擦片27c与摩擦片27d之间的摩擦接合力根据碟形弹簧27e的作用力而决定。因此,例如通过调整碟形弹簧27e的弹簧常数,来设定通过该第二转矩限制器27限制的转矩的值,即,经由第二转矩限制器27能够传递的转矩的上限值。
该车辆Ve的动力传递装置中的锁止机构除了上述那样的摩擦式的多片离合器以外,例如,也可以由图10、图11所示那样的啮合离合器构成。而且,这种情况下的锁止机构构成为在使锁止机构工作的状态下也作为转矩限制器发挥功能。在图10、图11所示的例子中,锁止机构28由具有固定构件28a和旋转构件28b的啮合离合器(齿式离合器)构成。固定构件28a以不能旋转且能够沿旋转轴线方向(图10、图11中的上下方向)移动的方式安装于变速器壳体25。固定构件28a例如通过花键而安装于变速器壳体25。而且,固定构件28a构成为通过致动器28c而沿旋转轴线方向移动。而且,固定构件28a构成为通过规定的按压力(F1)而被向旋转构件28b侧(图10、图11中的下侧)按压。并且,锁止机构27通过转矩作用在固定构件28a与旋转构件28b啮合的接触面上而产生旋转轴线方向上的分力(F2)。
因此,如图10所示,锁止机构28构成为,在使致动器28c工作而使固定构件28a与旋转构件28b接合的状态下,在通过向旋转构件28b传递的转矩而产生的旋转轴线方向的分力F2小于按压力F1的情况下,维持该接合的状态。另一方面,如图11所示,在使致动器28c工作而使固定构件28a与旋转构件28b接合的状态下,在通过向旋转构件28b传递的转矩而产生的旋转轴线方向的分力F2大于弹性构件28d的按压力F1的情况下,解除该接合的状态。即,在向旋转构件28b传递过大的转矩的情况下,使固定构件28a和旋转构件28b释放,作为转矩限制器发挥功能。
该车辆Ve的动力传递装置中的变速器壳体25如前述的图9所示那样包括:与主原动机1相反的一侧(图9中的左侧)的后端25b开口的壳体25a;以将该后端25b的开口部闭塞的方式安装的后盖25c;以及在壳体25a的主原动机1侧(图9中的右侧)的前端25d安装的外壳25e。并且,锁止机构26及第二转矩限制器27固定于后盖25c。锁止机构26的旋转齿26b例如通过花键而与中间轴29连结。中间轴29以与转子轴2b能够相对旋转的方式配置于在第一电动机2的转子轴2b形成的中空部2c。因此,通过将作为一体的单元而固定有锁止机构26及第二转矩限制器27的后盖25c安装于壳体25a,从而锁止机构26及第二转矩限制器27与中间轴29以及输入轴4a及输出轴1a连结。
此外,应用图10、图11所示那样的具备作为转矩限制器的功能的锁止机构28的情况也与上述的锁止机构26及第二转矩限制器27同样,能够将锁止机构28作为一体的单元而固定于后盖25c。并且,通过将后盖25c安装于壳体25a,能够将锁止机构28收纳在变速器壳体25内。
在图9所示的例子中,锁止机构26隔着第一电动机2而配置在主原动机1的相反侧(左侧)。主原动机1的输出轴1a经由与齿轮架9一体旋转的动力分配机构4的输入轴4a及上述那样的中间轴29而与锁止机构26的旋转齿26a连结。中间轴29由设于中空部2c的轴承30支承。因此,通过使锁止机构26工作,而将中间轴29、输入轴4、齿轮架9及输出轴1a的旋转锁止。
如图9所示,该车辆Ve的动力传递装置中的液压泵14经由中间轴29及输入轴4a而与输出轴1a连结。即,上述那样的中间轴29兼作为对液压泵14的转子进行驱动的旋转轴14a。而且,液压泵14配置在锁止机构26的内周部分。上述液压泵14与锁止机构26在液压泵14的外周侧,在输入轴4a及中间轴29的径向上配置于与液压泵14重叠的位置。即,液压泵14和锁止机构26配置在旋转轴线方向上的大致相同的位置。
此外,在上述的各具体例中,都示出第一电动机2的转子轴2b与第二电动机3的转子轴3b平行配置的车辆Ve的结构。相对于此,例如图12所示,该车辆Ve中的动力传递装置也可以应用于配置在与第一电动机2的转子轴2b和第二电动机3的转子轴3b相同的旋转轴线上那样的混合动力车辆。在该图12所示的例子中,第二电动机3的转子轴3b经由由行星齿轮机构构成的减速机构31及第一驱动齿轮15,以能够进行动力传递的方式与输出齿轮系21连结。
而且,在上述的各具体例中,都示出搭载有发动机作为车辆Ve的主原动机1的结构。即,示出车辆Ve是与第一电动机2及第二电动机3一起地具备发动机作为驱动力源的混合动力车辆的例子。相对于此,例如图13所示,该车辆Ve中的动力传递装置也可以应用于搭载电动机32作为主原动机1的车辆Ve。即,也可以应用于与第一电动机2及第二电动机3一起地具备3台电动机作为驱动力源的电动车。

Claims (11)

1.一种车辆的动力传递装置,具备:
传动机构,以主原动机以及第一电动机及第二电动机为驱动力源,并在所述主原动机及所述第一电动机与驱动轮之间传递转矩;
锁止机构,通过使旋转构件接合于不能旋转的固定构件而选择性地将所述主原动机的输出轴的旋转停止而予以固定;以及
第一转矩限制器,设置在所述主原动机与所述锁止机构之间,并对在所述驱动轮与所述主原动机之间传递的转矩进行限制,
其特征在于,
所述车辆的动力传递装置具备第二转矩限制器,该第二转矩限制器对在所述驱动轮与所述锁止机构之间传递的转矩进行限制,
所述传动机构由具有太阳轮、齿圈以及齿轮架的单行星型的行星齿轮机构构成,
所述太阳轮连结于所述第一电动机,
所述齿圈与所述第二电动机一起经由输出齿轮系而连结于所述驱动轮,
所述齿轮架连结于所述输出轴及所述旋转构件,
所述锁止机构构成为连同所述输出轴一起将所述齿轮架的旋转停止而予以固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆的动力传递装置,其特征在于,
所述车辆的动力传递装置还具备变速器壳体,所述变速器壳体将所述第一电动机、所述第二电动机、所述传动机构、所述锁止机构以及所述第二转矩限制器收纳在内部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车辆的动力传递装置,其特征在于,
所述锁止机构由作为所述第二转矩限制器发挥功能的接合机构构成。
4.根据权利要求2所述的车辆的动力传递装置,其特征在于,
所述锁止机构由作为所述第二转矩限制器发挥功能的接合机构构成。
5.根据权利要求2所述的车辆的动力传递装置,其特征在于,
所述变速器壳体至少由与所述主原动机相反一侧的后端开口的壳体和将所述后端的开口部闭塞的后盖构成,
所述锁止机构固定于所述后盖。
6.根据权利要求4所述的车辆的动力传递装置,其特征在于,
所述变速器壳体至少由与所述主原动机相反一侧的后端开口的壳体和将所述后端的开口部闭塞的后盖构成,
所述锁止机构固定于所述后盖。
7.根据权利要求1~6中任一项所述的车辆的动力传递装置,其特征在于,
所述传动机构具备与所述输出轴连结的输入轴,
所述第一电动机具备形成为中空轴并与所述第一电动机的转子一体旋转的转子轴,
所述车辆的动力传递装置还具备中间轴,该中间轴配置在所述转子轴的中空部,并且由设于所述中空部的轴承支承而与所述转子轴进行相对旋转,
所述输出轴经由所述输入轴及所述中间轴而连结于所述旋转构件,
所述锁止机构隔着所述第一电动机而配置在所述主原动机的相反侧。
8.根据权利要求7所述的车辆的动力传递装置,其特征在于,
所述车辆的动力传递装置还具备由所述主原动机的输出来驱动而产生液压的液压泵,
所述液压泵经由所述中间轴及所述输入轴而与所述输出轴连结。
9.根据权利要求8所述的车辆的动力传递装置,其特征在于,
所述锁止机构在所述液压泵的外周侧,配置于在所述输出轴、所述输入轴及所述中间轴的径向上与所述液压泵重叠的位置。
10.根据权利要求2所述的车辆的动力传递装置,其特征在于,
所述锁止机构包含固定构件和旋转构件,
所述固定构件经由所述第二转矩限制器而固定于所述变速器壳体,
所述旋转构件以与所述传动机构的输入轴一体旋转的方式安装于所述输入轴。
11.根据权利要求2所述的车辆的动力传递装置,其特征在于,
所述锁止机构包含固定构件和旋转构件,
所述固定构件直接固定于所述变速器壳体,
所述旋转构件经由所述第二转矩限制器而连结于所述传动机构的输入轴。
