Abstract
【解決手段】エンジン1および第1モータ2と駆動輪6との間でトルクを伝達する伝動機構4と、固定部材23aに回転部材23bを係合させることによりエンジン1の出力軸1aの回転をロックするロック機構23と、第1モータ2、第2モータ3、伝動機構4、および、ロック機構23を内部に収納するトランスミッションケース25と、エンジン1とロック機構23との間に設けられ、駆動輪6とエンジン1との間で伝達されるトルクを制限する第1トルクリミッタ13と、を備えた車両の動力伝達装置において、トランスミッションケース25内に収納され、駆動輪6とロック機構23との間で伝達されるトルクを制限する第2トルクリミッタ24を設けた。

Claims (7)
- 主原動機ならびに第1モータおよび第2モータを駆動力源とし、前記主原動機および前記第1モータと駆動輪との間でトルクを伝達する伝動機構と、回転不可能な固定部材に回転部材を係合させることにより前記主原動機の出力軸の回転を選択的に止めて固定するロック機構と、前記第1モータ、前記第2モータ、前記伝動機構、および、前記ロック機構を内部に収納するトランスミッションケースと、前記主原動機と前記ロック機構との間に設けられ、前記駆動輪と前記主原動機との間で伝達されるトルクを制限する第1トルクリミッタと、を備えた車両の動力伝達装置において、
前記トランスミッションケース内に収納され、前記駆動輪と前記ロック機構との間で伝達されるトルクを制限する第2トルクリミッタを備えていることを特徴とする車両の動力伝達装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車両の動力伝達装置において、
前記ロック機構は、前記第2トルクリミッタとして機能する係合機構によって構成されていることを特徴とする車両の動力伝達装置。 - 請求項2に記載の車両の動力伝達装置において、
前記トランスミッションケースは、少なくとも、前記主原動機と反対側の後端が開口するケーシングと、前記後端の開口部を塞ぐリアカバーとから構成され、
前記ロック機構は、前記リアカバーに固定されている
ことを特徴とする車両の動力伝達装置。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の車両の動力伝達装置において、
前記伝動機構は、サンギヤと、リングギヤと、キャリアとを有するシングルプラネタリ型の遊星歯車機構から構成され、
前記サンギヤは、前記第1モータに連結され、
前記リングギヤは、前記第2モータと共に出力ギヤ列を介して前記駆動輪に連結され、
前記キャリアは、前記出力軸および前記回転部材に連結され、
前記ロック機構は、前記出力軸と共に前記キャリアの回転を止めて固定するように構成されている
ことを特徴とする車両の動力伝達装置。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の車両の動力伝達装置において、
前記伝動機構は、前記出力軸と連結される入力軸を備え、
前記第1モータは、中空軸として形成されて前記第1モータのロータと一体に回転するロータ軸を備え、
前記ロータ軸の中空部に配置されると共に、前記中空部に設けられた軸受により支持されて前記ロータ軸と相対回転する中間軸を更に備え、
前記出力軸は、前記入力軸および前記中間軸を介して前記回転部材に連結され、
前記ロック機構は、前記第1モータを挟んで前記主原動機の反対側に配置されている
ことを特徴とする車両の動力伝達装置。 - 請求項5に記載の車両の動力伝達装置において、
前記主原動機の出力により駆動されて油圧を発生するオイルポンプを更に備え、
前記オイルポンプは、前記中間軸および前記入力軸を介して前記出力軸と連結されている
ことを特徴とする車両の動力伝達装置。 - 請求項6に記載の車両の動力伝達装置において、
前記ロック機構は、前記オイルポンプの外周側で、前記出力軸、前記入力軸、および、前記中間軸の径方向において前記オイルポンプとオーバーラップする位置に配置されていることを特徴とする車両の動力伝達装置。
