Abstract

本发明公开了一种装配管夹，包括相对设置的锁紧板和基板，锁紧板和基板同一端通过管路夹紧部相连，锁紧板和基板另一端上设有相对应的固定孔，所述基板上设有凸起的弹性锁钩，锁紧板上对应弹性锁钩设有避让孔；或者所述锁紧板上设有凸起的弹性锁钩，基板上对应弹性锁钩设有避让孔；所述弹性锁钩穿过避让孔时弹性锁钩端部卡在避让孔的边缘。该装配管夹结构设计合理，管夹通过中部弹性锁钩自动锁紧，无需繁琐的装配工序，表面亦不会带来损伤，同时两侧的翻边结构增强了管夹强度，保证上下孔位不会左右偏差，极大地提升了装配效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车管路技术领域，尤其是涉及一种装配管夹。
背景技术
现有的装配管夹多是采用冷轧钢板冲压制作而成，强度相对较低，通过两侧的凸耳进行上下锁紧，装配繁琐、效率低，并且在使用过程中会因表面镀层在装配时受到不同程度的损伤而带来的锈蚀，影响管路固定质量。
发明内容
针对现有技术不足，本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种装配管夹，以达到装配锁紧简便的目的。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明所采用的技术方案为：
该装配管夹，包括相对设置的锁紧板和基板，锁紧板和基板同一端通过管路夹紧部相连，锁紧板和基板另一端上设有相对应的固定孔，所述基板上设有凸起的弹性锁钩，锁紧板上对应弹性锁钩设有避让孔；或者所述锁紧板上设有凸起的弹性锁钩，基板上对应弹性锁钩设有避让孔；所述弹性锁钩穿过避让孔时弹性锁钩端部卡在避让孔的边缘。
进一步的，所述锁紧板和基板以及管路夹紧部为一体结构。
所述锁紧板的两侧设有用于对基板两侧限位的翻边；或者基板的两侧设有用于对锁紧板两侧限位的翻边。
所述弹性锁钩与基板或锁紧板为一体结构。
所述弹性锁钩设在基板或锁紧板宽度方向的中部。
所述弹性锁钩为弧形的弹片结构。
本发明与现有技术相比，具有以下优点：
该装配管夹结构设计合理，管夹通过中部弹性锁钩自动锁紧，无需繁琐的装配工序，表面亦不会带来损伤，同时两侧的翻边结构增强了管夹强度，保证上下孔位不会左右偏差，极大地提升了装配效率。

具体实施方式
下面对照附图，通过对实施例的描述，对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的说明。
如图1和图2所示，该装配管夹，包括相对设置的锁紧板1和基板3，锁紧板1和基板3同一端通过管路夹紧部2相连，锁紧板1和基板2以及管路夹紧部3为一体结构，通过一块钢板冲压成型。
锁紧板1和基板3另一端上设有相对应的固定孔101，锁紧板1和基板3两者贴合后两固定孔要对齐，可通过螺栓穿过固定孔将管夹固定在汽车车身上。
基板3上设有凸起的弹性锁钩301，锁紧板上对应弹性锁钩设有避让孔102；或者锁紧板上设有凸起的弹性锁钩，基板上对应弹性锁钩设有避让孔；弹性锁钩穿过避让孔时弹性锁钩端部卡在避让孔的边缘。
弹性锁钩301为弧形的弹片结构。弹性锁钩与基板或锁紧板为一体结构。弹性锁钩设在基板或锁紧板宽度方向的中部，受力均匀。
优选的，弹性锁钩301设下基板上，没有装配时锁紧板相对基板是翘起的，管路夹紧部处于松开状态，便于将装配管夹套在管路上。
管路夹紧部的中部设有孔，孔可以为腰型孔。通过装配管夹对管路夹紧时，管路夹紧部与管路之间设有橡胶套，橡胶套套在管路的夹紧部位，夹紧时对应腰型孔的橡胶套会背挤入到孔中，管路夹紧部上的孔的设置可提高对管路的夹紧效果。
锁紧板1的两侧设有用于对基板两侧限位的翻边103；或者基板的两侧设有用于对锁紧板两侧限位的翻边。翻边的设置，保证强度和两固定孔对齐以及弹性锁钩与避免孔相对齐，从而保证装配效率。
上面结合附图对本发明进行了示例性描述，显然本发明具体实现并不受上述方式的限制，只要采用了本发明的构思和技术方案进行的各种非实质性的改进，或未经改进将本发明的构思和技术方案直接应用于其它场合的，均在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种装配管夹，包括相对设置的锁紧板和基板，锁紧板和基板同一端通过管路夹紧部相连，锁紧板和基板另一端上设有相对应的固定孔，其特征在于：所述基板上设有凸起的弹性锁钩，锁紧板上对应弹性锁钩设有避让孔；或者所述锁紧板上设有凸起的弹性锁钩，基板上对应弹性锁钩设有避让孔；所述弹性锁钩穿过避让孔时弹性锁钩端部卡在避让孔的边缘。
2.如权利要求1所述装配管夹，其特征在于：所述锁紧板和基板以及管路夹紧部为一体结构。
3.如权利要求1所述装配管夹，其特征在于：所述锁紧板的两侧设有用于对基板两侧限位的翻边；或者基板的两侧设有用于对锁紧板两侧限位的翻边。
4.如权利要求1所述装配管夹，其特征在于：所述弹性锁钩与基板或锁紧板为一体结构。
5.如权利要求1所述装配管夹，其特征在于：所述弹性锁钩设在基板或锁紧板宽度方向的中部。
6.如权利要求1所述装配管夹，其特征在于：所述弹性锁钩为弧形的弹片结构。
