本发明公开一种PVC地板革,属于建筑材料技术领域,按重量份数计是由以下组分制成的:PVC糊80~100重量份、增塑剂30~50重量份、蜜胺树脂泡沫粉20~25重量份、热稳定剂0.02~0.08重量份、着色剂0.006~0.009重量份、润滑剂3~8重量份。本发明在PVC地板革中添加蜜胺树脂泡沫粉,由于蜜胺树脂泡沫具有良好的阻燃性能,在PVC地板革添加蜜胺树脂泡沫粉一方面具有阻燃性能,使PVC地板革阻燃等级达到A级,且和现有的PVC地板革相比,燃烧时释放的有害气体大大的降低。另外,蜜胺树脂泡沫粉具有还具有填充剂的作用,使地板革重量变轻,并且回弹性、柔软性也进一步提高。

本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,特别涉及一种PVC地板革。
背景技术
地板革(又称卷材地板),一种新型的铺地材料,属于塑料制品,是现代居室装饰不可或缺的地面材料之一,厚度1.5毫米以上,耐磨层0.1以上,一般采用平整度好的玻璃丝或双涂底。塑料地板革属于软质地板,是以聚氯乙烯树脂为主要原料,加入适当助剂,在片状连续基材上经涂敷或压延等工艺生产的地板卷材。
现在的塑料地板革在原料中添加阻燃剂,一方面由于添加阻燃剂将带来成本的上升,又很难为材料制造商带来经济方面的效益,另一方面,地板革添加阻燃剂后虽然有较高的阻燃性能,但在燃烧时烟雾量大,并且释放出来的气体具有高度腐蚀性,往往发生二次污染。
发明内容
本发明提供一种PVC地板革,解决现有的PVC地板革由于添加阻燃剂带来生产成本的上升和二次污染的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:
一种PVC地板革,按重量份数计是由以下组分制成的:PVC糊80~100重量份、增塑剂30~50重量份、蜜胺树脂泡沫粉20~25重量份、热稳定剂0.02~0.08重量份、着色剂0.006~0.009重量份、润滑剂3~8重量份。
其中,优选地,所述蜜胺树脂泡棉粉是将废蜜胺树脂泡绵用粉碎机粉碎,使其粒度≤100目。
其中,优选地,所述蜜胺树脂泡绵是采用下述制备方法制成:
(1)取三聚氰胺和多聚甲醛,混合均匀;
(2)混合物料由物料泵输入第一螺杆机,在第一螺杆机进料口处加入碱液,使内部物料的pH值在8~10之间,反应体系在输送混合过程中进行反应,反应时间为5~10min,反应温度为80~160℃;
(3)在第一螺杆机进料端、中间位置或末端加入辅料溶液;
(4)从第一螺杆机出口挤出的透明树脂进入第二螺杆机,在第二螺杆机内继续进行聚合反应,反应时间为25~45min,反应温度为65~95℃,生成蜜胺树脂;
(5)从第二螺杆机尾部出来的透明树脂经过降温装置后进入第三螺杆机,第三螺杆机采用循环冷却水进行冷却,第三螺杆机的出料温度为30~40℃;
(6)将发泡剂、乳化剂、稳定剂和固化剂从第三螺杆机中部通入,与树脂混合均匀;
(7)将混合均匀的树脂通入微波发泡炉内发泡,形成高开孔率的蜜胺树脂泡沫海绵;
(8)链板将蜜胺树脂泡沫海绵从微波发泡炉中输送到喷淋腔体中,喷淋腔体的顶部设置有喷淋头,喷淋头将质量百分比浓度为0.1~0.3%的氨水或氯化铵溶液对泡沫进行喷淋,喷淋液与泡绵中的游离甲醛发生化学反应,去除蜜胺树脂泡沫海绵中残留的甲醛;
(9)将泡绵输送到微波烘干箱中,烘干,得蜜胺树脂泡绵。

本发明的有益效果:
本发明在PVC地板革中添加蜜胺树脂泡沫粉,由于蜜胺树脂泡沫具有良好的阻燃性能,在PVC地板革添加蜜胺树脂泡沫粉一方面具有阻燃性能,使PVC地板革阻燃等级达到A级,且和现有的PVC地板革相比,燃烧时释放的有害气体大大的降低。
另外,蜜胺树脂泡沫粉具有还具有填充剂的作用,使地板革重量变轻,并且回弹性、柔软性也进一步提高。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
下述实施例中,添加的蜜胺树脂泡绵粉是采用下述制备方法制成:
(1)取三聚氰胺和多聚甲醛,混合均匀;
(2)混合物料由物料泵输入第一螺杆机,在第一螺杆机进料口处加入碱液,使内部物料的pH值在9之间,反应体系在输送混合过程中进行反应,反应时间为8min,反应温度为120℃;
(3)在第一螺杆机进料端、中间位置或末端加入辅料溶液;
(4)从第一螺杆机出口挤出的透明树脂进入第二螺杆机,在第二螺杆机内继续进行聚合反应,反应时间为35min,反应温度为80℃,生成蜜胺树脂;
(5)从第二螺杆机尾部出来的透明树脂经过降温装置后进入第三螺杆机,第三螺杆机采用循环冷却水进行冷却,第三螺杆机的出料温度为35℃;
(6)将发泡剂、乳化剂、稳定剂和固化剂从第三螺杆机中部通入,与树脂混合均匀;
(7)将混合均匀的树脂通入微波发泡炉内发泡,形成高开孔率的蜜胺树脂泡沫海绵;
(8)链板将蜜胺树脂泡沫海绵从微波发泡炉中输送到喷淋腔体中,喷淋腔体的顶部设置有喷淋头,喷淋头将质量百分比浓度为0.2%的氨水或氯化铵溶液对泡沫进行喷淋,喷淋液与泡绵中的游离甲醛发生化学反应,去除蜜胺树脂泡沫海绵中残留的甲醛;
(9)将泡绵输送到微波烘干箱中,烘干,得蜜胺树脂泡绵。
(10)蜜胺树脂泡棉粉是将废蜜胺树脂泡绵用粉碎机粉碎,使其粒度≤100目。
下述的PVC地板革的制备方法,包括以下步骤为:
第一步:按照所述的重量份数比称取各种原料;
第二步:在第一涂料槽上料,涂层通过两个对辊直接涂覆在增强布基上;压力约为0.196-0.294MPa,糊黏度要求20-25MPa·s,涂料速度为2.5-3.0m/min,然后经加热器加热至糊料胶凝、塑化;
第三步:在版辊上涂覆糊料,经过版辊加热至160-170℃,在胶凝状态下与基材复合塑化、冷却定型成型地板革面层;糊黏度为35-45Pa·s;
第四步:在第三涂料槽上料,两辊之间压力约为0.25-0.35MPa,在版辊上经涂覆,加热至160-170℃左右,塑化,冷却定型成型地板底层,糊黏度35-45Pa·s。
实施例1
本实施例提供一种PVC地板革,按重量份数计是由以下组分制成的:PVC糊90重量份、DOP40重量份、蜜胺树脂泡沫粉22重量份、硬脂酸锌0.05重量份、着色剂0.08重量份、氯化石蜡5重量份。
上述实施例制得的PVC地板革,阻燃等级达到A级,断裂伸长率80%,静曲强度38Mpa,甲醛释放量达到E1级标准,且重量较轻。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种PVC地板革,按重量份数计是由以下组分制成的:PVC糊80重量份、环氧大豆油50重量份、蜜胺树脂泡沫粉20重量份、硬脂酸钡0.08重量份、着色剂0.006重量份、氯化石蜡8重量份。
上述实施例制得的PVC地板革,阻燃等级达到A级,断裂伸长率77%,静曲强度41Mpa,甲醛释放量达到E1级标准,且重量较轻。
实施例3
本实施例提供一种PVC地板革,按重量份数计是由以下组分制成的:PVC糊100重量份、环氧大豆油30重量份、蜜胺树脂泡沫粉25重量份、硬脂酸镉0.02重量份、着色剂0.009重量份、氯化石蜡3重量份。
上述实施例制得的PVC地板革,阻燃等级达到A级,断裂伸长率79%,静曲强度38Mpa,甲醛释放量达到E1级标准,且重量较轻。

本实施例提供一种PVC地板革,按重量份数计是由以下组分制成的:PVC糊90重量份、环氧大豆油35重量份、蜜胺树脂泡沫粉23重量份、硬脂酸锌0.03重量份、硬脂酸钡0.03重量份、着色剂0.07重量份、氯化石蜡6重量份。
上述实施例制得的PVC地板革,阻燃等级达到A级,断裂伸长率76%,静曲强度36Mpa,甲醛释放量达到E1级标准,且重量较轻。

本实施例提供一种PVC地板革,按重量份数计是由以下组分制成的:PVC糊95重量份、DOP45重量份、蜜胺树脂泡沫粉21重量份、硬脂酸钡0.02份和硬脂酸镉0.01重量份、着色剂0.008重量份、氯化石蜡7重量份。
上述实施例制得的PVC地板革,阻燃等级达到A级,断裂伸长率79%,静曲强度34Mpa,甲醛释放量达到E1级标准,且重量较轻。

1.一种PVC地板革,其特征在于按重量份数计是由以下组分制成的:PVC糊80~100重量份、增塑剂30~50重量份、蜜胺树脂泡绵粉20~25重量份、热稳定剂0.02~0.08重量份、着色剂0.006~0.009重量份、润滑剂3~8重量份;
所述蜜胺树脂泡绵粉是将废蜜胺树脂泡绵用粉碎机粉碎,使其粒度≤100目;
所述蜜胺树脂泡绵是采用下述制备方法制成:
(1)取三聚氰胺和多聚甲醛,混合均匀;
(2)混合物料由物料泵输入第一螺杆机,在第一螺杆机进料口处加入碱液,使内部物料的pH值在8~10之间,反应体系在输送混合过程中进行反应,反应时间为5~10min,反应温度为80~160℃;
(3)在第一螺杆机进料端、中间位置或末端加入辅料溶液;
(4)从第一螺杆机出口挤出的透明树脂进入第二螺杆机,在第二螺杆机内继续进行聚合反应,反应时间为25~45min,反应温度为65~95℃,生成蜜胺树脂;
(5)从第二螺杆机尾部出来的透明树脂经过降温装置后进入第三螺杆机,第三螺杆机采用循环冷却水进行冷却,第三螺杆机的出料温度为30~40℃;
(6)将发泡剂、乳化剂、稳定剂和固化剂从第三螺杆机中部通入,与树脂混合均匀;
(7)将混合均匀的树脂通入微波发泡炉内发泡,形成高开孔率的蜜胺树脂泡沫海绵;
(8)链板将蜜胺树脂泡沫海绵从微波发泡炉中输送到喷淋腔体中,喷淋腔体的顶部设置有喷淋头,喷淋头将质量百分比浓度为0.1~0.3%的氨水或氯化铵溶液对泡沫进行喷淋,喷淋液与泡绵中的游离甲醛发生化学反应,去除蜜胺树脂泡沫海绵中残留的甲醛;
(9)将泡绵输送到微波烘干箱中,烘干,得蜜胺树脂泡绵。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种PVC地板革,其特征在于:所述热稳定剂为硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸钡和硬脂酸镉中的任意一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种PVC地板革,其特征在于:所述增塑剂为DOP或环氧大豆油。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种PVC地板革,其特征在于:所述润滑剂为氯化石蜡。
