背景技术
金蝉花,别名蝉蛹草、蝉茸、冠蝉等,为虫草科棒束孢属一种外形具有“动物”和“植物”形态特征的奇妙生物,金蝉花含肝糖、虫草酸、多种生物碱及麦角甾醇等,《药性论》记载:“其蜕壳,头上有一角,如冠状,谓之蝉花,最佳。味甘寒,无毒。主小儿天吊,惊痫瘈,夜啼心悸。”具有提高免疫力、抗疲劳、改善睡眠、抗肿瘤、保肝明目等保健作用。
牛樟芝,又名樟菇或樟芝,为非褶菌目多孔菌科薄孔菌属多年生蕈菌类。牛樟芝味辛苦、性平。牛樟芝是有许多的生理活性成分,如多糖体、三萜类化合物、超氧歧化酶、腺苷、蛋白质(含免疫蛋白)、维生素、微量元素、核酸、凝集素、氨基酸、固醉累、纤维素、血压稳定物质等。牛樟芝的有效成分中以三萜类化合物为最特别,高达200种以上,是其他菇菌无法相比的,200多种三萜类化合物使牛樟芝具有抗癌、保肝等功效,同时还具有祛风行气、化淤活血、温中消结、解毒消肿、镇静止痛、抗菌、抗病毒、抗肿瘤、提升机体免疫力之效;对于治疗胃肠疼痛、腹泻呕吐、食物中毒、毒蕈中毒、糖尿病、酒精肝、脂肪肝、肝硬化、肝癌等更是有独特功能。由于牛樟芝在台湾被视为独特而珍贵的药用真菌,因此具有极高的研究和商业价值,也是目前台湾最昂贵的野生真菌,在港澳被称为“神芝”,台湾民间称之为“森林中的红宝石”。科学研究证实,牛樟芝完全没有副作用,且能活化细胞、改善体质、保护肝脏、增强免疫,摆脱现代人经常罹患的文明病。
现有的牛樟芝加工方法多采用热萃取后直接舍弃或直接研磨成粉来吃,这样加工的牛樟芝不能被人体完全吸收,造成了资源的浪费。
目前,金蝉花、牛樟芝作为名贵的中药材除了作为药品原料之外,还被加工成酒、饮料、醋等产品,而金蝉花、牛樟芝在加工过程中存在着营养物质流失较多、原料活性成分破坏严重、导致原料利用效率下降的问题。
发明内容
本发明针对现有金蝉花、牛樟芝存在加工过程中的营养物质流失较多、原料活性成分破坏严重、原料利用效率低的问题,提供一种具有营养健康、味道可口、携带方便等优点的金蝉花牛樟芝保健胶囊的加工方法,丰富了金蝉花、牛樟芝的产品种类,提高了金蝉花、牛樟芝的利用效率及经济价值。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:
一种金蝉花牛樟芝保健胶囊的加工方法,其特征在于,所述的加工方法采用以下步骤:
a.原料处理:将10kg的金蝉花、1.5kg的牛樟芝、4kg的辣木叶、2kg的济银花、1kg的枸杞叶混合后进行清水淋洗,在42℃的环境下进行干燥,干燥后进行超细微粉碎,制得原料粉,将原料粉放入100kg的水中在90℃恒温浴环境下进行回流浸提3h,冷却至室温,过滤得滤液一及滤渣,滤渣再用3倍的纯净水在82℃环境下进行回流浸提25min,冷却至室温,过滤得滤液二和滤渣,将滤液一与滤液二混合后用硅藻土过滤机过滤,过滤后在温度为65℃、真空度为95kPa的真空浓缩锅内浓缩至原体积的10%,制得原料提取液,将滤渣制糜处理,制得原料糜;
b.酶处理:向10kg原料糜中加入4kg的白茅根汁、2kg的扁竹花粉、2kg的山药皮汁、1kg的竹菇粉、0.28kg的果胶酶、0.16kg的纤维素酶、0.1kg的风味蛋白酶进行酶处理,在真空度为0.12Mpa、温度控制56℃,时间控制3h,酶解完成后,将酶解后的原料糜加热至129℃,维持10s进行灭酶,将灭酶后的混合浆液利用磨浆机进行磨浆处理,至原料糜能过80目筛网,制得原料浆液;
c.调配:向原料浆液中加入10kg的原料提取液、3kg的麦芽糖醇、2kg的金樱果汁、2kg的沙棘汁、2kg的牛蒡汁、1kg的蓝靛果汁、1kg的白屈菜汁、1kg的波棱瓜汁、0.5kg明党参汁、0.5kg的荸荠汁、0.5kg的玉竹汁、0.04kg的山梨酸钾、0.02kg的槐豆胶、0.01kg的瓜尔胶、0.01kg的槐豆胶混合均匀,制得混合液;
d.均质:将混合液均质处理,温度为78℃,压力为49Mpa,循环均质3次;
e.脱气、灭菌:将均质后的混合液采用真空脱气机脱气,真空度在110千帕进行脱气40min,脱气结束后在131℃条件下进行高温瞬时灭菌,时间15s;
f.真空浓缩:将灭菌后的混合浆液在0.28MPa,温度54℃条件下进行真空浓缩,制得水分含量为29%的混合浓缩物;
g. 升华干燥:将混合浓缩物在-27℃的环境下冷冻22h,冷冻后在装载量按15kg/m2、工作压力63Pa、解析压力40Pa、温度42℃的条件下干燥,将冷冻干燥后的原料冻干品粉碎,采用超细微破壁粉碎机粉碎,粒径为220μm,得到原料粉;
h.制软造粒:向原料粉加入0.5kg的葡萄籽提取物、0.5kg的枇杷叶提取物、0.5kg的石榴籽提取物、0.01kg的硬脂酸镁,混合均匀投入相对湿度为68%、温度为27℃的颗粒机中进行造粒,造粒后在真空干燥机中进行干燥,真空度控制在0.05Mpa,温度控制为63℃,颗粒含水量4%时停止干燥;
i.杀菌:将干燥后的颗粒在紫外线下照射20min进行杀菌;
j.包装:将杀菌后的颗粒在GMP环境下用胶囊分装,检验合格后,入通风干燥环境中保存。

实施例一:
一种金蝉花牛樟芝保健胶囊的加工方法,其特征在于,所述的加工方法采用以下步骤:
a.原料处理:将10kg的金蝉花、1.5kg的牛樟芝、4kg的辣木叶、2kg的济银花、1kg的枸杞叶混合后进行清水淋洗,在42℃的环境下进行干燥,干燥后进行超细微粉碎,制得原料粉,将原料粉放入100kg的水中在90℃恒温浴环境下进行回流浸提3h,冷却至室温,过滤得滤液一及滤渣,滤渣再用3倍的纯净水在82℃环境下进行回流浸提25min,冷却至室温,过滤得滤液二和滤渣,将滤液一与滤液二混合后用硅藻土过滤机过滤,过滤后在温度为65℃、真空度为95kPa的真空浓缩锅内浓缩至原体积的10%,制得原料提取液,将滤渣制糜处理,制得原料糜;

一种金蝉花牛樟芝保健胶囊的加工方法,其特征在于,所述的加工方法采用以下步骤:
a.原料预处理:挑选成熟、无病虫害的金蝉花、牛樟芝、灵芝孢子、金刺参、松菇,取10kg的金蝉花、1kg的牛樟芝、3kg的灵芝孢子、1kg的金刺参、1kg的松菇混合均匀后制得混合原料,对混合原料进行超声波清洗,超声波功率为1300W,清洗时间为20min,将清洗后的混合原料采用超细微破壁粉碎技术进行粉碎处理,过220目筛,制得混合原料粉;
b.煎煮:将混合原料粉放在120kg浓度为85%的苹果汁溶液中煎煮,并添加4kg的山楂籽粉、2kg的枸杞籽粉、1kg的葛仙米粉,煎煮温度控制为70℃,时间控制为60min,重复煎煮4次,将每次煎煮液混合,过滤制得煎煮液和原料渣;
c.酶处理:向煎煮液中加入0.45kg的果胶酶、0.24kg的风味蛋白酶、0.13kg的纤维素酶、0.1kg的糖化酶,混合均匀,温度控制为47℃,时间为4h;
d.调配:向酶处理后的煎煮液中加入3kg的木糖醇、2kg的麦芽糖醇、2kg的番木瓜汁、2kg的玄参汁、2kg的藏红花汁、1kg的白茅根汁、1kg的鱼腥草汁、0.5kg的柠檬酸钠、0.5kg的异麦芽酮糖醇、0.3kg的山梨酸钾、0.1kg的结冷胶、0.02kg的槐豆胶混合均匀,制得混合液;
e.均质:将调配好的混合液在67℃、30Mpa的压力下均质,均质2次;
f.脱气、灭菌:将均质后的混合浆液采用真空脱气机脱气,真空度在112千帕进行脱气30min,脱气结束后在133℃条件下进行高温瞬时灭菌,时间20s;
g.真空浓缩:将灭菌后的混合浆液在0.25MPa,温度57℃条件下进行真空浓缩,制得水分含量为42%的混合浓缩物;
h.升化干燥:将混合浓缩物在-20℃条件下,冷冻35h,然后在装载量按15kg/m2、工作压力60Pa、解析压力32Pa、温度55℃的条件下干燥,得到原料冻干品,将原料冻干品进行超细微破壁粉碎处理,制得原料粉;
i.制软造粒:向原料粉加入1kg的燕麦芽提取物、1kg的核桃仁粉、0.5kg的人参粉、0.01kg的蕤仁粉,混合均匀投入相对湿度为65%、温度为28℃的颗粒机中进行造粒,造粒后在真空干燥机中进行干燥,真空度控制在0.058Mpa,温度控制为65℃,颗粒含水量3.4%时停止干燥;
j.杀菌:将干燥后的颗粒在紫外线下照射25min进行杀菌;
k.包装:将杀菌后的颗粒在GMP环境下用胶囊分装,检验合格后,入通风干燥环境中保存。

a.原料预处理:选取无病虫害的金蝉花、牛樟芝、花旗参、香根菊、云实根、四照花,清水清洗后分别切成金蝉花粒、牛樟芝粒、花旗参粒、香根菊粒、云实根粒、四照花粒,取10kg的金蝉花粒、1.2kg的牛樟芝粒、3kg的花旗参粒、2kg的香根菊粒、1kg的云实根粒、1kg的四照花粒混合均匀,制得混合原料,将混合原料采用微波干燥杀青,在微波干燥杀青时,微波设备的皮带传输速度为1.5m/min,温度为85℃,混合原料在皮带上的厚度为0.8cm,干燥至混合原料含水量为13.5%时停止干燥,制得原料碎粒;
b.煎煮:将原料碎粒放在79kg浓度为4.3%的苹果酸溶液中煎煮,并添加3kg的银杏叶粉、2kg的亚麻籽粉、1kg的萱草花粉、1kg的皇帝菜粉,煎煮温度控制为86℃,时间控制为40min,重复煎煮3次,将每次煎煮液混合,过滤制得煎煮液和原料初渣,将原料初渣进行超细微破壁粉碎,制得原料粉;
c.酶处理:向煎煮液中加入0.27kg的果胶酶、0.15kg的纤维素酶、0.08kg糖化酶、0.05kg的半纤维素酶、0.03kg的风味蛋白酶,混合均匀,温度控制为48℃,时间为5h;
d.调配:向酶处理后的煎煮液中加入2.5kg的木糖醇、2kg的果葡糖浆、2kg的南杏仁汁、2kg的山慈菇汁、2kg的野落茄汁、1kg的文冠果汁、1kg的黄琐梅汁、1kg的金樱果汁、0.5kg的枸骨籽汁、0.2kg的柠檬酸钠、0.05kg的黄原胶、0.05kg的山梨酸钾、0.05kg的硬脂酰乳酸钠混合均匀,制得混合液;
e.均质:将调配好的混合液进行均质处理,温度为78℃,采用二级均质,一级均质压力为44Mpa,二级均质压力28Mpa;
f.脱气、灭菌:将均质后的混合浆液采用真空脱气机脱气,真空度在120千帕进行脱气30min,脱气结束后在131℃条件下进行高温瞬时灭菌,时间15s;
g.真空浓缩:将灭菌后的混合浆液在0.24MPa,温度52℃条件下进行真空浓缩,制得水分含量为41%的混合浓缩物;
h.真空干燥:设定干燥曲线,干燥时间为28h,将混合浓缩物加热至86℃并保持30min,然后快速冷却至75℃,保持60min后,快速冷却至63℃,保持40min后,再将物料自然冷却至52℃、抽真空至90Pa干燥,得到原料干品,将原料干品采用超细微破壁粉碎机粉碎,粒径为200μm,得到原料粉;
i.制软造粒:向原料粉加入0.5kg的葛仙米粉、0.5kg的辣木叶提取物、0.5kg的菥蓂汁、0.01kg的硬脂酸镁、0.01kg的魔芋胶,混合均匀投入相对湿度为62%、温度为32℃的颗粒机中进行造粒,造粒后在真空干燥机中进行干燥,真空度控制在0.06Mpa,温度控制为65℃,颗粒含水量2.9%时停止干燥;
j.杀菌:将干燥后的颗粒在紫外线下照射40min进行杀菌;
k.包装:将杀菌后的颗粒在GMP环境下用胶囊分装,检验合格后,入通风干燥环境中保存。
实施例四:
一种金蝉花牛樟芝保健胶囊的加工方法,其特征在于,所述的加工方法采用以下步骤:
a.原料处理:将10kg的金蝉花、1kg的牛樟芝、4kg的何首乌、2kg的双肾草、1kg的补血菜、1kg的牛油果混合后进行清水淋洗,在48℃的环境下进行干燥,干燥后进行超细微破壁粉碎,制得原料粉,将原料粉放入110kg的水中在92℃恒温浴环境下进行回流浸提4h,冷却至室温,过滤得滤液一及滤渣,滤渣再用3.5倍的纯净水在84℃环境下进行回流浸提30min,冷却至室温,过滤得滤液二和滤渣,将滤液一与滤液二混合后用硅藻土过滤机过滤,过滤后在温度为62℃、真空度为93kPa的真空浓缩锅内浓缩至原体积的8%,制得原料提取液,将滤渣制糜处理,制得原料糜;
b.酶处理:向原料糜中加入5kg的鱼腥草汁、2kg的鸡爪梨汁、2kg的枸骨果汁、1kg的钙果叶粉、1kg的香茅花粉、0.36kg的果胶酶、0.17kg的纤维素酶、0.12kg的糖化酶进行酶处理,在真空度为0.17Mpa、温度控制58℃,时间控制2.5h,酶解完成后,将酶解后的原料糜加热至126℃,维持15s进行灭酶,将灭酶后的混合浆液利用磨浆机进行磨浆处理,至原料糜能过100目筛网,制得原料浆液;
c.调配:向原料浆液中加入15kg的原料提取液、3kg的牡丹籽粉、2kg的拐枣汁、2kg的山杏汁、2kg的金珠果汁、1kg的牛膝菊汁、1kg的凤尾参汁、1kg的野地瓜汁、0.5kg的黑阳参汁、0.5kg的藠头汁、0.5kg的桃仁汁、0.04kg的羧甲基纤维素钠、0.02kg的黄原胶混合均匀,制得混合液;
d.均质:将混合液均质处理,温度为82℃,压力为53Mpa,循环均质4次;
e.脱气、灭菌:将均质后的混合液采用真空脱气机脱气,真空度在115千帕进行脱气30min,脱气结束后在126℃条件下进行高温瞬时灭菌,时间18s;
f.真空浓缩:将灭菌后的混合浆液在0.29MPa,温度52℃条件下进行真空浓缩,制得水分含量为35%的混合浓缩物;
g. 升华干燥:将混合浓缩物在-26℃的环境下冷冻28h,冷冻后在装载量按14kg/m2、工作压力68Pa、解析压力42Pa、温度47℃的条件下干燥,将冷冻干燥后的原料冻干品粉碎,采用超细微破壁粉碎机粉碎,粒径为210μm,得到原料粉;
h.制软造粒:向原料粉加入1kg的辣木籽提取物、1kg的何首乌提取物混合均匀投入相对湿度为57%、温度为25℃的颗粒机中进行造粒,造粒后在真空干燥机中进行干燥,真空度控制在0.07Mpa,温度控制为66℃,颗粒含水量2.7%时停止干燥;
i.杀菌:将干燥后的颗粒在紫外线下照射35min进行杀菌;
j.包装:将杀菌后的颗粒在GMP环境下用胶囊分装,检验合格后,入通风干燥环境中保存。
实施例五:
一种金蝉花牛樟芝保健胶囊的加工方法,其特征在于,所述的加工方法采用以下步骤:
a.原料处理:将10kg的金蝉花、1.3kg的牛樟芝、3kg的鸡蛋参、2kg的荷兰菊、1kg的首乌藤、1kg的芍药花、1kg的倒生根、1kg的牡丹皮混合后进行清水淋洗,在52℃的环境下进行干燥,干燥后进行超细微粉碎,制得原料粉,将原料粉放入88kg的水中在67℃恒温浴环境下进行回流浸提100min,冷却至室温,过滤得滤液一及滤渣,滤渣再用4倍的纯净水在86℃环境下进行回流浸提60min,冷却至室温,过滤得滤液二,将滤液一与滤液二混合,在67℃的环境下浓缩至原体积的6%,制得原料提取液,将滤渣制糜处理,制得原料糜;
b.酶处理:向原料糜中加入3kg的香椿芽粉、2kg的枇杷嫩芽粉、1kg的藏红花粉、1kg的地榆叶粉、1kg的柳蒿芽粉、0.36kg的果胶酶、0.18kg的纤维素酶、0.15kg的半纤维素酶、0.07kg的糖化酶进行酶处理,在真空度为0.18Mpa、温度控制52℃,时间控制3h,酶解完成后,将酶解后的原料糜加热至122℃,维持20s进行灭酶,将灭酶后的混合浆液利用磨浆机进行磨浆处理,至原料糜能过120目筛网,制得原料浆液;
c.调配:向原料浆液中加入13kg的原料提取液、3kg的饴糖、2kg的果糖、2kg的水枇杷汁、2kg的咸虾花汁、2kg的沙棘汁、1kg的榅桲汁、1kg的刺泡汁、1kg的酸梨汁、0.5kg的地果汁、0.5kg的紫苏籽粉、0.02kg的柠檬酸钠、0.01kg的黄原胶、0.01kg的海藻酸钠、0.01kg的明胶、0.01kg的无水磷酸氢二钠混合均匀,制得混合液;
d.均质:将调配好的混合液进行均质处理,温度为78℃,采用二级均质,一级均质压力为39Mpa,二级均质压力24Mpa;
e.脱气、灭菌:将均质后的混合液采用真空脱气机脱气,真空度在110千帕进行脱气45min,脱气结束后在131℃条件下进行高温瞬时灭菌,时间15s;
f.真空浓缩:将灭菌后的混合浆液在0.25MPa,温度58℃条件下进行真空浓缩,制得水分含量为29%的混合浓缩物;
g. 升华干燥:将混合浓缩物在-22℃的环境下冷冻35h,冷冻后在装载量按20kg/m2、工作压力66Pa、解析压力37Pa、温度45℃的条件下干燥,将冷冻干燥后的原料冻干品粉碎,采用超微粉碎机粉碎,粒径为210μm,得到原料粉;
h.粉碎、过滤:将原料粉在相对湿度为64%、温度为28℃的封闭车间内,用破碎机打成均匀的颗粒物,并将颗粒物经过上层100目、下层120目的筛网过滤,制得金蝉花牛樟芝保健颗粒;
i.包装:将金蝉花牛樟芝保健颗粒采用食品级胶囊进行包装,制得金蝉花牛樟芝保健胶囊,检验合格后,入通风干燥环境中保存。
本发明未涉及部分均与现有技术相同或可采用现有技术加以实现。
Claims (1)
1.一种金蝉花牛樟芝保健胶囊的加工方法,其特征在于,所述的加工方法采用以下步骤:
a.原料处理:将10kg的金蝉花、1.5kg的牛樟芝、4kg的辣木叶、2kg的济银花、1kg的枸杞叶混合后进行清水淋洗,在42℃的环境下进行干燥,干燥后进行超细微破壁粉碎,制得原料粉,将原料粉放入100kg的水中在90℃恒温浴环境下进行回流浸提3h,冷却至室温,过滤得滤液一及滤渣,滤渣再用3倍的纯净水在82℃环境下进行回流浸提25min,冷却至室温,过滤得滤液二和滤渣,将滤液一与滤液二混合后用硅藻土过滤机过滤,过滤后在温度为65℃、真空度为95kPa的真空浓缩锅内浓缩至原体积的10%,制得原料提取液,将滤渣制糜处理,制得原料糜;
b.酶处理:向10kg原料糜中加入4kg的白茅根汁、2kg的扁竹花粉、2kg的山药皮汁、1kg的竹菇粉、0.28kg的果胶酶、0.16kg的纤维素酶、0.1kg的风味蛋白酶进行酶处理,在真空度为0.12Mpa、温度控制56℃,时间控制3h,酶解完成后,将酶解后的原料糜加热至129℃,维持10s进行灭酶,将灭酶后的混合浆液利用磨浆机进行磨浆处理,至原料糜能过80目筛网,制得原料浆液;
c.调配:向原料浆液中加入10kg的原料提取液、3kg的麦芽糖醇、2kg的金樱果汁、2kg的沙棘汁、2kg的牛蒡汁、1kg的蓝靛果汁、1kg的白屈菜汁、1kg的波棱瓜汁、0.5kg明党参汁、0.5kg的荸荠汁、0.5kg的玉竹汁、0.04kg的山梨酸钾、0.02kg的槐豆胶、0.01kg的瓜尔胶、0.01kg的槐豆胶混合均匀,制得混合液;
d.均质:将混合液均质处理,温度为78℃,压力为49Mpa,循环均质3次;
e.脱气、灭菌:将均质后的混合液采用真空脱气机脱气,真空度在110千帕进行脱气40min,脱气结束后在131℃条件下进行高温瞬时灭菌,时间15s;
f.真空浓缩:将灭菌后的混合浆液在0.28MPa,温度54℃条件下进行真空浓缩,制得水分含量为29%的混合浓缩物;
g. 升华干燥:将混合浓缩物在-27℃的环境下冷冻22h,冷冻后在装载量按15kg/m2、工作压力63Pa、解析压力40Pa、温度42℃的条件下干燥,将冷冻干燥后的原料冻干品粉碎,采用超细微破壁粉碎机粉碎,粒径为220μm,得到原料粉;
h.制软造粒:向原料粉加入0.5kg的葡萄籽提取物、0.5kg的枇杷叶提取物、0.5kg的石榴籽提取物、0.01kg的硬脂酸镁,混合均匀投入相对湿度为68%、温度为27℃的颗粒机中进行造粒,造粒后在真空干燥机中进行干燥,真空度控制在0.05Mpa,温度控制为63℃,颗粒含水量4%时停止干燥;
i.杀菌:将干燥后的颗粒在紫外线下照射20min进行杀菌;
j.包装:将杀菌后的颗粒在GMP环境下用胶囊分装,检验合格后,入通风干燥环境中保存。
