背景技术
雨生红球藻又被叫做湖生红球藻或湖生血球藻,是一种普遍存在的绿藻,属于团藻目,红球藻科。当前,雨生红球藻被公认为自然界中生产天然虾青素的最好生物,大量研究表明雨生红球藻对虾青素的积累速率和生产总量较其它绿藻高,而且雨生红球藻所含虾青素及其酯类的配比(约70%的单酯,25%的双酯及5%的单体)与水产养殖动物自身配比极为相似,这是通过化学合成和利用红发夫酵母等提取的虾青素所不具备的优势。天然虾青素世界上最强的天然抗氧化剂之一,能够有效清除细胞内的氧自由基,增强细胞再生能力,维持机体平衡和减少衰老细胞的堆积,由内而外保护细胞和DNA健康,从而保护皮肤健康,促进毛发生长,抗衰老、缓解运动疲劳、增强活力,有延缓衰老,降低血糖血脂浓度,提高免疫力,缓解眼部疾患等作用。在预防肿瘤、心血管疾病、糖尿病等慢性疾病的发生发展,延缓衰老等方面具有积极的作用。泡腾片是含有泡腾崩解剂的一种片剂。所谓泡腾崩解剂通常是有机酸和碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠(小苏打)的混合物;泡腾片本身干燥不含水分,泡腾崩解剂中的两种物质未电离不能发生反应;但当泡腾片放入水中之后,碳酸氢钠在水的作用下电离,并发生复分解反应,产生大量二氧化碳,使片剂迅速崩解和融化,有时崩解产生的气泡还会使药片在水中上下翻滚,加速其崩解和融化。片剂崩解时产生的二氧化碳部分溶解于饮水中,气泡对药物作用没什么帮助,不过它可以帮助泡腾片中的成分更快地分散和溶解,成为较为均匀的液体。泡腾片剂崩解迅速、冲泡方便、原料的利用率高,口感也得以提升,易于被广大消费人群所接受。中国发明专利号CN104997009A公开了一种抗衰老增强免疫力保健食品及其制备方法,将破壁雨生红球藻粉、破壁松花粉和螺旋藻粉混合后酶解处理,并添加进三七总皂苷、超微玛咖粉、超微西洋参粉、超微辣木籽粉混合均匀,原料保健功能性好,但其仅做粉碎处理不能发挥原料的最大效用,且不方便携带,也无每日服用剂量标准。本发明将将雨生红球藻与多种天然健康食材结合制成泡腾片剂,容易定量,不仅携带方便,冲泡溶解迅速,口感风味易于广大消费人群接受,有利于消化吸收,同时还具有抗氧化、增强免疫力、保护视力等多种保健功效,有益人体健康。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种枣香浓郁的红球藻泡腾片及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种枣香浓郁的红球藻泡腾片,由以下重量份的原料组成:雨生红球藻粉3.1-3.2、雪莲果120-125、红枣60-62、芡实85-86、甜菊叶3-4、青橄榄32-33、仙人掌果50-52、金桔24-25、乌龙茶7-8、薄荷叶3-4、水适量。
根据权利要求l所述的枣香浓郁的红球藻泡腾片的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)雪莲果、红枣、青橄榄、仙人掌果、金桔取果肉,芡实洗净用清水浸泡5-6小时捞出,甜菊叶、乌龙茶、薄荷叶洗净加适量水煮制20-30分钟滤去残渣,与除雨生红球藻粉的其他剩余成分加适量水打磨成浆液,加入体积分数为75-80%的乙醇溶液在50-55℃条件下搅拌浸提2-3小时,过100-120目筛,滤液真空浓缩后离心处理,取上清液冷冻干燥磨粉得到营养添加冻干粉;
(2)选取柠檬酸、碳酸氢钠作为泡腾崩解剂,柠檬酸与碳酸氢钠的比例为1:2,分别置于微型制粒机中加入40-50%体积分数的乙醇溶液充分混合均匀制粒,所得柠檬酸颗粒置于烘干箱中在60-65℃条件下烘干4-5小时,所得碳酸氢钠颗粒置于烘干箱中在40-45℃条件下烘干4-5小时,控制水分含量均小于1%得到泡腾崩解剂;
(3)雨生红球藻粉、营养添加冻干粉、泡腾崩解剂混合均匀后添加重量份5-6%的木糖醇、乳糖作为矫味剂,木糖醇、乳糖比例为3:2,添加5-6%粘结剂,粘结剂成分为麦芽糊精、羟丙基甲基纤维素,组分比例为5:2,混合搅拌均匀;
(4)经摇摆颗粒机整粒过20-40目筛,添加聚乙二醇为润滑剂,添加量为2-3%,混合搅拌20-30分钟,投入压片机中压片处理,得到3-4克重的泡腾片,密封包装即可。

(1)雪莲果、红枣、青橄榄、仙人掌果、金桔取果肉,芡实洗净用清水浸泡5小时捞出,甜菊叶、乌龙茶、薄荷叶洗净加适量水煮制20分钟滤去残渣,与除雨生红球藻粉的其他剩余成分加适量水打磨成浆液,加入体积分数为75%的乙醇溶液在50℃条件下搅拌浸提2小时,过100目筛,滤液真空浓缩后离心处理,取上清液冷冻干燥磨粉得到营养添加冻干粉;
(2)选取柠檬酸、碳酸氢钠作为泡腾崩解剂,柠檬酸与碳酸氢钠的比例为1:2,分别置于微型制粒机中加入40%体积分数的乙醇溶液充分混合均匀制粒,所得柠檬酸颗粒置于烘干箱中在60℃条件下烘干4小时,所得碳酸氢钠颗粒置于烘干箱中在40℃条件下烘干4小时,控制水分含量均小于1%得到泡腾崩解剂;
(3)雨生红球藻粉、营养添加冻干粉、泡腾崩解剂混合均匀后添加重量份5%的木糖醇、乳糖作为矫味剂,木糖醇、乳糖比例为3:2,添加5%粘结剂,粘结剂成分为麦芽糊精、羟丙基甲基纤维素,组分比例为5:2,混合搅拌均匀;
(4)经摇摆颗粒机整粒过20目筛,添加聚乙二醇为润滑剂,添加量为2%,混合搅拌20分钟,投入压片机中压片处理,得到3克重的泡腾片,密封包装即可。
Claims (2)
1.一种枣香浓郁的红球藻泡腾片,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料组成:雨生红球藻粉3.1-3.2、雪莲果120-125、红枣60-62、芡实85-86、甜菊叶3-4、青橄榄32-33、仙人掌果50-52、金桔24-25、乌龙茶7-8、薄荷叶3-4、水适量。
2.根据权利要求l所述的枣香浓郁的红球藻泡腾片的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)雪莲果、红枣、青橄榄、仙人掌果、金桔取果肉,芡实洗净用清水浸泡5-6小时捞出,甜菊叶、乌龙茶、薄荷叶洗净加适量水煮制20-30分钟滤去残渣,与除雨生红球藻粉的其他剩余成分加适量水打磨成浆液,加入体积分数为75-80%的乙醇溶液在50-55℃条件下搅拌浸提2-3小时,过100-120目筛,滤液真空浓缩后离心处理,取上清液冷冻干燥磨粉得到营养添加冻干粉;
(2)选取柠檬酸、碳酸氢钠作为泡腾崩解剂,柠檬酸与碳酸氢钠的比例为1:2,分别置于微型制粒机中加入40-50%体积分数的乙醇溶液充分混合均匀制粒,所得柠檬酸颗粒置于烘干箱中在60-65℃条件下烘干4-5小时,所得碳酸氢钠颗粒置于烘干箱中在40-45℃条件下烘干4-5小时,控制水分含量均小于1%得到泡腾崩解剂;
(3)雨生红球藻粉、营养添加冻干粉、泡腾崩解剂混合均匀后添加重量份5-6%的木糖醇、乳糖作为矫味剂,木糖醇、乳糖比例为3:2,添加5-6%粘结剂,粘结剂成分为麦芽糊精、羟丙基甲基纤维素,组分比例为5:2,混合搅拌均匀;
(4)经摇摆颗粒机整粒过20-40目筛,添加聚乙二醇为润滑剂,添加量为2-3%,混合搅拌20-30分钟,投入压片机中压片处理,得到3-4克重的泡腾片,密封包装即可。
