技术领域
本发明涉及中药加工领域,具体地说,是一种对枸杞进行超细粉碎的技术以及超细枸杞粉体的使用方法。
背景技术
枸杞是一种药食两用的食品。枸杞子为茄科植物宁夏枸杞的干燥成熟果实。枸杞子含有丰富的胡萝卜素、维生素A、B1、B2、C和钙、铁等眼睛保健的必需营养。枸杞子中的甜菜碱,可抑制脂肪在肝细胞内沉积、促进肝细胞再生,因而具有保护肝脏作用。一般人群均可食用。适宜肝肾阴虚、癌症、高血压、高血脂、动脉硬化、慢性肝炎、脂肪肝患者食用;用眼过度者、老人更加适合。
长期以来,枸杞的服用方法非常简单,利用现代超细粉碎技术,将枸杞成为超细的枸杞粉体。研究表明:超细粉碎处理后,枸杞多糖的分子量降低,微观形貌为球形颗粒状,其抗氧化活性显著提高。这说明,超细粉碎技术能有效提取植物药材中有效成分:一方面通过打破细胞壁与细胞膜障碍,实现活性成分的快速溶出;另一方面使得药材粉碎后的颗粒微细化,导致多糖分子量降低,其抗氧化活性相应提高。
由于枸杞中含有大量的枸杞多糖,在超细粉碎的过程中极易吸潮成块,影响超细枸杞粉体的超细加工。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种对枸杞进行超细粉碎的技术以及超细枸杞粉体的使用方法。
本发明的第一方面,提供一种超细枸杞的加工方法,包括枸杞的预处理、枸杞的粗粉碎和枸杞的超细粉碎三个步骤。枸杞含有较多的枸杞多糖,一是不易粉碎;二是粉碎后极易吸湿结块。为了克服二者不足,枸杞要进行预处理,预处理是放置在零下15-20℃冷冻5小时,使得枸杞中的枸杞多糖充分形成脆性状态;枸杞的粗粉碎采用一般继续粉碎的方法,使得枸杞由枸杞颗粒成为枸杞粉体;超细粉碎采用气流粉碎,粉碎压力在0.6-0.9MPa,将枸杞粉体加工成为<20微米的超细粉体。加工后的超细枸杞必须立即密封,不能受潮。
具体包括以下步骤:
A、预处理:将枸杞放置在零下15-20℃冷冻5小时;(一般枸杞粉碎没有预处理,经过粉碎后极易形成结块,在粉碎中粘在粉碎机内,无法进行超细粉碎;预处理设定的温度区间是经过多次反复试验后取得的,高于此温度范围,粉碎后结块现象还是存在。)
B、粗粉碎:取出后立即进行机械粉碎,使得枸杞由颗粒状形成粉体状;
C、超细粉碎:采用气流粉碎,粉碎压力在0.6-0.9MPa,将枸杞粉体加工成<20微米的超细粉体,立即密封包装。
优选的,所述的步骤A中将枸杞放置在零下20℃冷冻。
优选的,所述的步骤B中采用通用的中药机械粉碎机进行机械粉碎。
优选的,所述的步骤C中采用JGM-H100气流粉碎机进行循环粉碎,粉碎大约10分钟。
本发明的第二方面,提供一种超细枸杞,由上述加工方法加工得到。
本发明的第三方面,提供一种上述的超细枸杞在制备药物、食品、保健品中的应用。
与现有技术相比,本发明优点在于:
枸杞是一种药食同源的植物,长期以来,在服用上都是以枸杞的直接冲泡为主,本发明提出的一种超细枸杞的加工方法为枸杞的进一步深加工和拓展多渠道应用提供了一条技术可行性的路径。目前市售的枸杞粉,细度一般在20-80目左右,再进一步超细的话,就会产生结块,无法使用。而细度在20-80目的枸杞,在冲泡过程后分层现象严重,同时枸杞籽中的有效充分也不能得到充分利用。
本发明制备的超细枸杞由于在加工过程中未添加任何防腐剂、保鲜剂等,保持枸杞的天然属性。由于超细枸杞处在密封状态,可以在无任何添加剂的状态下较长时间的储存。可添加与食品中,亦可以直接冲泡作为饮料。超细枸杞粉体能够提高枸杞中所含的活性成分药效和生物利用率的潜能,在食品和保健行业和促进国民身体健康具有广阔的应用前景。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明提供的具体实施方式作详细说明。
实施例1
市售1公斤枸杞,先进行简单的吹扫和分拣,去除枸杞中的一些杂质。放置到冷冻室内零下20℃冷冻5小时;取出后立即进行机械粉碎一遍,机械粉碎设备采用通用的中药机械粉碎机;机械粉碎使得枸杞由颗粒状形成粉体状,再采用JGM-H100气流粉碎机进行循环粉碎大约10分钟,枸杞颗粒粒径达到20微米以下停止粉碎,在气/固分离器中取出枸杞超细粉体。经过超细粉碎后枸杞的颜色由大红变成橘红色。超细的枸杞粉体必须立刻进行密封包装,以防止吸潮结块。
实施例2
取上述的超细枸杞粉体10克,添加到牛奶中,稍做搅拌,就形成全天然的新鲜枸杞牛奶饮品。由于枸杞中富含枸杞多糖,所以新鲜枸杞牛奶口味稍带甜味,无需再添加其他佐料。由于枸杞多糖属于植物性多糖,患有糖尿病的人也可以饮用。
实施例3
取上述的超细枸杞粉体10克,添加200毫升开水(温水、冰水均可),稍作搅拌,就形成纯天然的枸杞饮料,适用于各种人群的日常生活的能量补充、酒席饮料等各种用途。
实施例4
取上述的超细枸杞25克,采用磨具压制成多种矩形、圆形、球形等形状,放置在无菌室中适当增加一定湿度,使得超细枸杞吸湿后结块,2小时后自然形成枸杞糖块,包装后可直接用作含服或作为保健糖块市售。
实施例5
取上述的超细枸杞50克,混合一定比例的面粉,形成面粉的天然色素添加剂。混合后的面粉可以形成各种面点心等。
