Abstract
本发明提供一种辐射屏蔽用组合物,其中,包括:100重量部的第一树脂,包含选自由聚氨酯树脂、聚硅氧烷树脂、硅树脂、氟树脂、丙烯酸树脂以及醇酸树脂而成的群中的一种以上;5至30重量部的第二树脂,包含选自由聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯、高密度聚乙烯、低密度聚乙烯而成的群中的一种以上;5至30重量部的聚醚醚酮树脂粉末;5至80重量部的金属粉末;1至70重量部的金属氧化物粉末;1至50重量部的石蜡;5至15重量部的硼化合物;以及10至50重量部的碳粉。因此,包含本发明的辐射屏蔽用组合物的纤维复合体及保护服等不使用铅而通过包含聚醚醚酮树脂,不仅防止α射线、β射线、质子、γ射线、X射线等的辐射,还能屏蔽中子。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种辐射屏蔽用组合物以及其制造方法,更详细而言,涉及一种不使用铅,能防止α射线、β射线、质子、γ射线、X射线等的辐射,还能屏蔽中子的辐射屏蔽用组合物、由辐射屏蔽用组合物而成的屏蔽板以及其制造方法。
背景技术
地球形成开始已存在射线,我们生活在充满射线的环境中。放射性物质有很多种类,有自然界存在的、还有为了在工业及医学等方面利用而人工制作的物质。
电离辐射是指在物质通过时产生电离的α射线、β射线、质子、中子、γ射线、X射线等的辐射,α射线能吸收于具有纸张厚度的物质被隔阻,瞬时间在空气中停止无需特别隔阻,尽管β射线的穿透能力比α射线强,但能利用较薄的铝箔或塑料板隔阻。
γ射线在核衰变或变换时产生,是比X射线具有高能量的电磁波,具有很强的穿透力。该γ射线可通过混凝土或铁、铅等高密度物质隔阻,但是,若使用金属物质,则因高密度而存在屏蔽材料的重量变大的问题。
中子在核的衰变或变换时产生,不带电荷,高速中子具有1MeV以上的大能量,为了减速高速中子,一起使用质量与中子相似的氢的含量多的物质,需要一种混合有用于吸收热中子的中子吸收物质的屏蔽材料,热中子是所述高速中子被减速的能量少的热中子。
尤其,γ射线或中子直接作用于原子或分子改变DNA或蛋白质的主要结构,作用于生物的生殖细胞时,会引发突变导致畸形的概略增加,作用于人体时,引发癌症等疾患,尤其热中子会活化周围物质用辐射能污染周围环境,如此存在诸多问题。因此,在使用射线的领域必须要求能隔阻对人体或环境有害的γ射线或中子的辐射屏蔽材料。以往,周知的γ射线屏蔽材料可利用包含铁、铅及混凝土等物质获得γ射线屏蔽效果。
周知的中子屏蔽材料中含有很多质量相似的氢(H)、氧(0)、碳(C)等原子,在高分子或金属基材混合包含中子吸收能力出色的石蜡、碳、硼、锂、钆等中子微细吸收界面积(thermal neutron absorption cross-section)大的物质的化合物而使用。
目前,由伦琴发现的X射线在工业及医学的多方面所利用,但是,人体被辐射暴露时,尤其,医疗机构的医生及操作X射线检测设备的辐射能摄影师、学校、研究机构、原子力发电站工作者们由于他们工作上的特性有可能持续被辐射暴露。
长期被有害的辐射暴露时,会损伤人体的DNA及染色体,导致白血病等癌症的发病率及畸形儿的出生率变高等引发各种疾病的可能性也非常高。如此,被辐射暴露对人体非常有害,因此,从事于上述领域的工作人员必须使用抗辐射的屏蔽材料。
以往,为了防辐射而作为保护服所穿的铅罩衣是在聚氯乙烯(PVC)、橡胶(RUBBER)成分分散铅成分后,通过挤压方式接合为板状后使用的,但是,重量较重达5kg至10kg,穿戴感不适,难以活动,几乎没法穿。
作为现有的辐射屏蔽纤维,瑞典专利第349366号(1960)公开了在纤维内人为地投入硫酸钯而制造的方法,但是,存在在合成聚合物时,由于硫酸钯的添加量很少,因此很难充分发挥屏蔽效果,进而纤维的耐久性急剧降低的问题。美国专利第3239669号是由于利用了铅,因此存在对人体有害的问题,美国专利第3194239号公开了为了吸收X射线而利用由合金而成的钢丝制造纤维形态的方法,但是,存在作为纤维的柔性很差的问题,俄罗斯专利10-2000-7003445号公开了分散金属颗粒制造混合物形态后结合在纤维表面的方法,此方法虽有发挥屏蔽效果的优点,但是,作为结合在纤维表面的方法很难发挥耐久性的问题。
日本专利公表2008-538136号公开了作为屏蔽原料利用钨、硫酸钯、铋的技术,但是,此技术尽管对X射线及γ射线有屏蔽效果而适合用作医疗用屏蔽材料,但是,对中子射线没有屏蔽能力,因此,存在不适合用于产生多种射线的原子力发电站的屏蔽材料的问题。
韩国专利公开第10-2004-0093878号公开了利用硫酸钯等有机碘类物质制造辐射屏蔽纤维的技术,此技术虽具有没有铅对人体的有害性,能实现轻量化的优点,但是,村子不能隔阻中子,硫酸钯本身对γ射线或X射线的屏蔽效果不佳的问题。韩国公开专利10-2010-0047510号公开了在高分子混合纳米颗粒尺寸的辐射屏蔽物质的技术,介绍了通过使用金属纳米颗粒提高与射线的冲突概率的技术,但是,此技术虽有利于轻量化,但是,由于使用了铅成分,因此对人体有害,相对于高分子整体,纳米颗粒比率为20%,虽然分散效果出色,但是高分子比率高而空隙大,不能隔阻穿透力高的射线,尤其,中子的隔阻方面,使用氧化硼(B2O3)单一物质不能隔阻能量分布范围宽的中子,并且,由于纳米金属颗粒昂贵很难适用于纤维,即存在经济效果低的问题。
韩国实用新型第1988-0012950号公开了辐射屏蔽纤维的制造方法,但存在重量或人体有害性问题,韩国申请号第10-2006-0070088号公开了利用硫酸钡(BaSO4)通过湿式辐射方式制造的屏蔽纤维,但是制造成线形态时,含量少而屏蔽效果有限,韩国申请号第10-2009-0010508、10-2009-0010581、10-2009-0010642等一系列技术所使用的高分子物质利用聚乙烯或聚烯烃,虽氢原子的密度高且混用石蜡有利于隔阻中子,但是与纤维的结合力较弱,作为保护服或纤维缺乏耐久性,故不适合使用,若适用有机碘类物质对γ射线或X射线的效果低,韩国实用新型第20-1999-0023705号公开的技术,虽利用多孔性吸收体的方法对粒子射线的α射线有屏蔽效果,但对其他的射线其屏蔽效果不佳。并且,韩国专利第10-2004-0048588号公开了不使用铅的射线屏蔽材料,但是所使用的三氧化二锑(Sb203)和锡(Sn)粉末对人体的有害性不亚于铅。
韩国国内已有多数关于射线屏蔽纤维的专利申请及授权专利,但是,由于大部分利用铅,因此,存在对人体有害或者对多样的射线屏蔽效果差的问题。
发明内容
本发明是为解决所述问题点而提出的,其目的在于,提供一种不使用铅,而包含聚醚醚酮(PEEK)树脂,不仅防止α射线、β射线、质子、γ射线、X射线等的辐射,还能屏蔽中子的辐射屏蔽用组合物以及其制造方法。
根据本发明的一侧面,提供辐射屏蔽用组合物,其中,包括:100重量部的第一树脂,包含选自由聚氨酯树脂、聚硅氧烷树脂、硅树脂、氟树脂、丙烯酸树脂以及醇酸树脂而成的群中的一种以上;5至30重量部的第二树脂,包含选自由聚乙烯醇(PVR)、中密度的聚乙烯(MDPD)、高密度的聚乙烯(HDPE)、低密度的聚乙烯(LDPE)而成的群中的一种以上;5至30重量部的聚醚醚酮(PEEK)树脂粉末;5至80重量部的金属粉末;1至70重量部的金属氧化物粉末;1至50重量部的石蜡;5至15重量部的硼化合物;以及10至50重量部的碳粉。
所述辐射屏蔽用组合物,相对于100重量部的所述第一树脂可进一步包括1至80重量部的无机添加物。
所述第一树脂可为聚氨酯树脂。
所述金属粉末可包含选自由铝、钛、锆、钪、钇、钴、钽、钼、以及钨组成的群中的一种以上。
所述金属氧化物粉末可包含选自由氧化钯、氧化铱、氧化钌、氧化锇、氧化铑、氧化铂、氧化铁、氧化镍、氧化钴、氧化铟、氧化铝、氧化钾、氧化钛、氧化钨及氧化镁组成的群中的一种以上。
所述无机添加剂可包含选自由氢氧化钙、碳酸钙、氢氧化镁、碳酸镁、氯化钡、硫酸钡组成的群中的一种以上。
所述硼化合物可包含选自由硼酸、硬硼钙石、硼酸锌、碳化硼、氮化硼、以及氧化硼组成的群中的一种以上。
所述碳粉可包含选自由富勒烯、纳米碳纤维、以及碳纳米管组成的群中的一种以上。
所述辐射屏蔽用组合物,相对于100重量部的第一树脂可进一步包含10至100重量部的硬化剂。
根据本发明的其他侧面,可提供辐射屏蔽板,其中,包含所述辐射屏蔽用组合物。
根据本发明的其他另一侧面,可提供辐射屏蔽用纺织物复合体,其中,包括:织物;以及形成在所述纺织物上的辐射屏蔽板。
所述纺织物可包含织物、编织物、以及无纺布中的一种。
所述纺织物可包含选自聚酯纤维、尼龙纤维以及芳纶纤维中的一种以上。
所述辐射屏蔽用纺织物复合体,在所述纺织物和所述辐射屏蔽板之间可进一步包括粘接层。

根据本发明的其他另一侧面,可提供辐射屏蔽用纺织物复合体,其中,包括依次层叠第一纺织物、第一粘接层、辐射屏蔽板、第二粘接层及第二纺织物的层叠体,所述层叠体,具备:第一纺织物;第一粘接层,其配置于所述第一纺织物上;辐射屏蔽板,其配置于所述第一粘接层上;第二粘接层,其配置于所述辐射屏蔽板上;以及第二纺织物,其配置于所述第二粘接层上。
根据本发明的其他另一侧面,可提辐射屏蔽用纺织物复合体的制造方法,其特征在于,包括:第一步骤,在底面包括离型纸的侧封板(side dam)的内部涂布利用上述的方法而制造的屏蔽用组合物;第二步骤,对在第一步骤涂布的组合物进行干燥而制造辐射屏蔽板;以及第三步骤,将纺织物布粘合于辐射屏蔽板而制造辐射屏蔽用纺织物复合体。
发明效果
根据本发明具有如下效果;包括本发明的辐射屏蔽用组合物的复合屏蔽板、辐射屏蔽用纺织物复合体以及包含这些的保护服不使用铅,而包含聚醚醚酮(PEEK)树脂,不仅防止α射线、β射线、质子、γ射线、X射线等的辐射,还能屏蔽中子。

但是,以下说明并不被特定的实施形态而限定,并理解为包括本发明的思想及技术范围内包含的所有变换,均等物至代替物。在说明本发明时,若判断为对公知技术的具体说明本发明的要旨时可省略说明。
本发明的术语是为了说明特定的实施例而使用的,并不限定本发明。在本申请中“包含”或“而成”等术语是用于指定说明书里记载的特征、数字、步骤、动作、构成要素、配件或这些的组合,可理解为不会提前排除一个或以上的其他特征或数字、步骤、动作、构成要素、配件或这些组合的存在或附加可能性。
以下,详细说明本发明的体现例。本发明的体现例并不被本发明而限定根据本发明的后述的权利要求范围而定。
首先,说明本发明的辐射屏蔽用组合物。
本发明的辐射屏蔽用组合物包括聚氨酯树脂、聚硅氧烷树脂、硅胶树脂、氟树脂、丙烯酸树脂以及醇酸树脂构成的群中选择的一种以上的第一树脂100重量部;聚乙烯醇PAV、中密度聚乙烯MDPE、高密度聚乙烯HDPE、低密度聚乙烯LDPE构成的一个群选择的一种以上的第二树脂5至30重量部;聚醚醚酮PEEK树脂粉末5至30重量部;金属粉末5至80重量部;金属氧化物粉末1至70重量部;石蜡1至50重量部;硼化合物5至15重量部;以及碳粉10至50重量部。
此时,中密度聚乙烯的比重是0.926至0.940、高密度聚乙烯的比重是0.941以上、低密度聚乙烯的比重是0.925以下。
优选地,所述辐射屏蔽用组合物在所述第一树脂100重量部进一步包括无机添加剂1至80重量部。
优选地,所述第一树脂是聚氨酯树脂。聚氨酯树脂是由于与纤维材料的结合力出色耐久性高柔软性出色,使得适合作为屏蔽材料。并且,由于氢密度高,有效地减少高速中子。并且,聚氨酯与纤维材料的结合力出色,耐久性高,柔软性出色。
所述第二树脂是加固中子屏蔽效果的成分。
所述第二树脂的含量相对所述第一树脂100重量部不到5重量部时,降低中子屏蔽效果,超过30重量部时,降低与纤维的结合力或制造成板时韧度会下降,因此,不适合做屏蔽材料。
所述金属粉末可使用铝、钛、镐、钪、钇、钴、钽、钼、钨等。本发明的范围并不被限定,可使用电子密度相对大的金属。
所述金属氧化物粉末可使用氧化钯、氧化铱、氧化钌、氧化锇、氧化铑、氧化铂、氧化铁、氧化镍、氧化钴、氧化铟、氧化铝、氧化钾、氧化钛、氧化钨、氧化镁等。
所述金属粉末与金属氧化物以复合体形态使用,但本发明的范围并不被限定。
优选地,所述金属粉末与金属氧化物粉末的粒子直径是0.01至100μm。
所述无机添加剂可使用氢氧化钙、碳酸钙、氢氧化镁、碳酸镁、氯化钡、硫酸钡等。可使用对人体安全、辐射屏蔽效果出色、密度大的无机添加剂。
所述无机添加剂可使用粒子直径是0.01至100μm。
所述石蜡的主要成分是链烷烃(CH3(CH2)nCH3),由于碳源丰富,并具备硼化合物的微细吸收截面积大且宽的能源分布,使得适当地屏蔽中子。为了屏蔽中子,优选地使用与中子质量相似的氢、氧、碳等原子含有量高的原子。
所述硼化合物是硼酸(H3BO3)、硬硼钙石(Ca2O14B6H10)、硼酸锌(Zn2O14,5H7B6,Zn4O8B2H2及Zn2O11B6)、碳化硼(B4C)、氮化硼(BN)及氧化硼(B2O3)等。更加优选地,可使用硼酸锌与碳化硼的复合材料。
所述碳粉是富勒烯、碳纳米纤维、碳纳米管。
优选地,粒子直径是5至200nm。
所述辐射屏蔽用组合物是相对所述第一树脂100重量部进一步包括硬化剂10至100重量部。
此时,所述辐射屏蔽用组合物是双组分组合物,所述第一树脂包括热固性树脂的聚氨酯树脂、聚硅氧烷、氟树脂、醇酸树脂中一种以上时,优选地包括所述硬化剂。
根据情况,进一步包括促进所述辐射屏蔽用组合物的硬化的催化剂。
本发明的辐射屏蔽板包括所述的辐射屏蔽用组合物。
图1及图2是示出本发明的辐射屏蔽用纺织复合材料的概略的截面图。以下,参照图1及图2说明本发明的辐射屏蔽用纺织物复合体。
本发明的辐射屏蔽用纺织物复合体可包括纺织物及形成在所述纺织物上的所述辐射屏蔽板。
所述纺织可包括织物、编织物、无纺布等。
如图1所示,在所述纺织物与所述辐射屏蔽板之间可进一步包括粘接层。
具体地,所述辐射屏蔽用纺织物复合体是依次叠层纺织物、配置于所述纺织物上的粘接层、配置于所述粘接层上的辐射屏蔽板的叠层材料。
并且,如图2所示,所述辐射屏蔽用纺织物复合体是依次叠层第一纺织、配置于所述第一纺织上的第一粘接层、配置于所述第一粘接层上的辐射屏蔽板、配置于所述辐射屏蔽板上的第二粘接层以及配置于所述第二粘接层上的第二纺织的叠层材料。
所述纺织物可包括聚酯纤维、尼龙纤维以及芳香聚酰胺等,但本发明的范围并不被限定。
本发明的辐射屏蔽用组合物如上所述,使用包括硬化剂的双组分组合物时,可省略用在纺织物与辐射屏蔽板的单独的粘接层。具体地,所述辐射屏蔽板在半干燥的状态下,与所述纺织物结合,并施加热后进行完全干燥及结合来进行粘贴。
所述辐射屏蔽用纺织物复合体可适用于辐射屏蔽用包、保护装备、护衣等适用于需要辐射屏蔽的纺织物上。
以下,说明本发明的辐射屏蔽用组合物的制造方法。
首先,制造一次预备组合物的a步骤包括:在由聚氨酯树脂、聚硅氧烷树脂、硅树脂、氟树脂、丙烯酸树脂以及醇酸树脂构成的一个群中选择的一种以上的第一树脂100重量部;在由聚乙烯醇(PAV)、中密度聚乙烯(MDPE)、高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)、低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)构成的群中选择的一种以上的第二树脂5至30重量部;聚醚醚酮(PEEK)树脂粉末5至30重量部。
并且,在异丙醇(IPA)、丁酮(MEK)、甲苯(TOLUENE)、二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)以及二甲苯(XYLENE)中进一步包括一种以上来分散组合物及调整黏度,并且可容易地调整利用辐射屏蔽用组合物的涂层的涂层加工性或厚度。
然后,制造辐射屏蔽用组合物的b步骤包括在所述一次预备组合物里添加金属粉末5至80重量部、金属氧化物粉末1至70重量部、石蜡1至50重量部、硼化合物5至15重量部;碳粉10至50重量部。
在b步骤相对所述第一树脂100重量部进一步包括无机添加剂1至80重量部。
此时,将所述金属粉末及金属氧化物粉末混合在所述一次预备组合物里进行预备混合后,放入所述石蜡、硼化合物及碳粉来进行混合。
进行所述预备混合的理由是为了均衡地分散,使得最终提高由本发明的辐射屏蔽用组合物构成的涂层的辐射屏蔽效果。
所述无机添加剂、硼化合物及碳粉的种类与所述的种类相同,因此,请参照所述的内容。
图3是概略示出用于制造本发明辐射屏蔽板的侧封板方式的涂层系统的图,图4是概略示出利用侧封板方式的涂层系统制造的辐射屏蔽板和侧封板的侧视图,图5是具体示出侧封板结构的图。
参照图3至图5详细说明辐射屏蔽板。
以下,说明本发明的辐射屏蔽板的制造方法。
首先,第一步骤,在底面包含第一离型膜20的侧封板10的内部根据所述制造方法规定厚度涂层制造的辐射屏蔽用组合物30。
辐射屏蔽用组合物30的涂层是优选地利用气缸涂料器形成规定厚度的涂层,优选的厚度是20μm至4000μm,根据所需可适当地调整厚度。
可调整根据侧封板10的高度H形成的组合物涂层的厚度,将第一离型膜20卷在侧封板10的底面后调整底面的高度,使得能调整侧封板10的高度H。即,若将第一离型膜20多次卷绕后所述底面的高度上升,则侧封板10的高度H相对变低,使得能制造薄的辐射屏蔽板。相反,当第一离型膜20的卷绕数少或没有卷绕形成底面时底面会降低,侧封板10的高度H变高,使得能制造相对厚的辐射屏蔽板。
其次,第二步骤,将第一步骤的涂层的组合物30干燥后制造辐射屏蔽板30。
优选地,所述干燥在110至140℃的温度下,执行30至60秒钟,但本发明的范围并不被限定,根据组合物的厚度或成分含量可适当地调整干燥温度及时间。
在辐射屏蔽板30上可附着第二离型膜40后进行保护。
以下说明本发明的辐射屏蔽用纺织物复合体的制造方法。
首先,与所述方法相同地制造辐射屏蔽板(第一步骤及第二步骤)。
然后,第三步骤,将纺织物与所述辐射屏蔽板粘贴后制造辐射屏蔽用纺织物复合体。
第三步骤之前,进一步包括形成所述辐射屏蔽板或在纺织物的一面形成粘接层的步骤。并且,第三步骤之后,进一步包括干燥及硬化所述粘接层的步骤。
所述粘接层利用刀具以均衡的厚度来形成,但并不被限定形成均衡的厚度的方法。
将由所述方法制造的辐射屏蔽用纺织物复合体使用在辐射屏蔽用保护装备、包等制造上时,为了根据辐射强度提高效果,将所述辐射屏蔽用纺织物复合体叠层多层来使用,并根据情况进一步包括放出辐射的内容物接触的面的内皮纺织物。
【实施例】
以下通过本发明的实施例具体地说明,但并不被限定。
实施例1
相对聚氨酯树脂100重量部(东城化学D-ACE 760等级)混合作为聚乙烯粉末的中密度聚乙烯(MDPE)5重量部、高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)10重量部、低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)树脂5重量部。
然后,将聚醚醚酮(Polyether ether ketone;PEEK)(VICTREX 90P等级:结构式)树脂相对所述聚氨酯树脂100重量部混合15重量部,相对聚氨酯树脂100重量部投放丁酮20重量部、甲苯10重量部、二甲基甲酰胺20重量部后制造一次预备组合物。
在所述一次预备组合物投放金属粉末的钼粉末4重量部、钽粉末3重量部、金属氧化物粉末的氧化钨粉末35重量部、无机添加剂的硫酸钡5重量部后进行预备混合。
然后,相对聚氨酯树脂100重量部投放石蜡13重量部、碳化硼8重量部、纳米碳纤维25重量部后混合后制造包含辐射屏蔽用组合物的溶液。
将包含所述辐射屏蔽用组合物的溶液在离型膜上涂层厚度150μm后制造辐射屏蔽膜后,在130℃干燥及硬化50秒钟。然后,在所述辐射屏蔽膜的表面层混合聚氨酯粘接树脂100重量部及硬化剂10重量部、DMF20重量部、MEK20重量部后制造粘接剂后借助刀具涂层50μm。在所述粘接剂的上面层压包含聚酯纤维的织物,在130℃进行干燥及硬化50秒后制造辐射屏蔽用纺织物复合体。
实施例2
相对聚氨酯树脂100重量部混合聚乙烯粉末的中密度聚乙烯10重量部、高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)5重量部、低密度聚乙烯树脂5重量部。
然后,将聚醚醚酮树脂30重量部混合在所述聚氨酯树脂100重量部,相对聚氨酯树脂100重量部进一步投放丁酮20重量部、甲苯10重量部、二甲基甲酰胺20重量部后制造一次预备组合物。
在所述一次预备组合物投放金属粉末的钼粉末10重量部、钽粉末10重量部、金属氧化物粉末的氧化钨粉末20重量部、无机添加剂的硫酸钡5重量部后进行预备混合。
然后,相对聚氨酯树脂100重量部投放石蜡25重量部、碳化硼5重量部、纳米碳纤维15重量部后混合后制造包含辐射屏蔽用组合物的溶液
将包含所述辐射屏蔽用组合物的溶液在离型膜上涂层厚度350μm后,将所述粘接剂的厚度成为20μm,其他方法按照实施例1的方法制造辐射屏蔽用纺织物复合体。
实施例3
相对硅树脂100重量部混合硬化剂100重量部、中密度聚乙烯粉末10重量部、低密度聚乙烯粉末5重量部、高密度聚乙烯粉末5重量部。
然后,将聚醚醚酮5重量部混合在所述硅树脂100重量部后,相对硅树脂100重量部进一步投放丁酮20重量部、甲苯30重量部后制造一次预备组合物。
在所述一次预备组合物投放金属粉末的钼粉末4重量部、钽粉末10重量部、金属氧化物粉末的氧化钨粉末60重量部以及无机添加剂的硫酸钡10重量部后进行预备混合。
相对硅树脂100重量部投放石蜡5重量部、碳化硼8重量部、与实施例1相同的纳米碳纤维10重量部后混合后制造包含辐射屏蔽用组合物的溶液。
将包含所述辐射屏蔽用组合物的溶液在离型膜上涂层厚度100μm后制造辐射屏蔽膜后,在110℃干燥40秒钟后,膜表面在半干燥状态下直接层压包含聚酯纤维的织物后,在130℃进行干燥及硬化50秒后制造辐射屏蔽用纺织物复合体。
实施例4
相对丙烯酸树脂100重量部混合中密度聚乙烯粉末10重量部、低密度聚乙烯粉末5重量部、高密度聚乙烯粉末5重量部。
然后,将与实施例1相同的聚醚醚酮20重量部混合在所述丙烯酸树脂100重量部后,相对丙烯酸树脂100重量部投放丁酮10重量部、甲苯15重量部后制造一次预备组合物。
在所述一次预备组合物投放金属粉末的钼粉末10重量部、钽粉末5重量部、金属氧化物粉末的氧化钨粉末40重量部及无机添加剂硫酸钡20重量部后进行预备混合。
然后,相对丙烯酸树脂100重量部投放石蜡15重量部、碳化硼12重量部、与实施例1相同的纳米碳纤维7重量部后混合,然后制造包含辐射屏蔽用组合物的溶液。
将包含所述辐射屏蔽用组合物的溶液在离型膜上涂层厚度80μm后制造辐射屏蔽膜后,混合聚氨酯粘接树脂100重量部及硬化剂10重量部、DMF20重量部、MEK20重量部后制造粘接剂后,借助刀具以300μm厚度涂层粘接剂。在所述粘接剂的上面层压包含聚酯纤维的织物后,在130℃干燥及硬化50秒钟后制造辐射屏蔽用纺织物。
比较例1
除了不使用一次预备树脂组合物而单独使用聚氨酯树脂外,其他方法与实施例1相同的方法及条件制造辐射屏蔽用纺织物复合体。
比较例2
除了不使用石蜡与纳米碳粉外,其他方法与实施例1相同的方法及条件制造辐射屏蔽用纺织物复合体。
比较例3
除了不使用金属粉末的钼粉末4重量部、钽粉末3重量部、金属氧化物粉末的氧化钨粉末35重量部以及无机添加剂的硫酸钡5重量部而单独使用金属成分的氧化钨35重量部,其他方法与实施例1相同的方法及条件制造辐射屏蔽用纺织物复合体。
【实验例】
实验例1:评价辐射屏蔽性能
对于根据所述实施例1至4以及比较例1至3制造的辐射屏蔽用纺织物复合体在直线加速器实验室实施辐射屏蔽实验。
具体他,切断根据实施例1至4及比较例1至3制造的辐射屏蔽用纺织物复合体50×50cm后,根据以下表1及表2记载的线源与平均能源每次不同地设定辐射屏蔽率后,测定十次后,测定平均值与变动率后在表1及表2示出结果。
所述变动率的意义为如下公式1。

变动率%=测定的最大辐射屏蔽率-测定的最小辐射屏蔽率

根据表1及表2,相对实施例1至4的辐射屏蔽用纺织物复合体比较例1至3的辐射屏蔽纤维除了α射线的辐射线测定的屏蔽率较低,变动率示出较高的数值。
因此,根据本发明的实施例1至4的辐射屏蔽用纺织物复合体在β射线、γ射线、X射线的辐射线具有出色的屏蔽效果。
实验例2:评价中子屏蔽性能
对于根据实施例1至4,比较例1至3制造的辐射屏蔽用纺织物复合体执行了中子屏蔽性能评价,以下表3示出结果。
做成规定大小的中子射束后利用中子强度测定检测器出口与规定距离入射的中子数与通过辐射屏蔽用纺织物复合体的比来计算热中子吸收截面积系数。
中子吸收截面积系数的计算方法为如下公式2。

根据表3,不使用比较例1的聚乙烯树脂(第二树脂成分)时,中子屏蔽效果减少20%左右。并且,将比较例2的中子屏蔽物质使用为单一物质时,仅使用硼化合物不使用石蜡与碳纳米粉末时,辐射屏蔽效果约减少10%。因此,包括聚乙烯树脂,将中子屏蔽物质的石蜡、硼化合物、碳纳米粉末一起使用的实施例1至实施例4的辐射屏蔽用纺织物复合体对于中子也有出色的屏蔽效果。
产业上的利用可能性
包含本发明的辐射屏蔽用组合物的辐射屏蔽板、辐射屏蔽用纺织物复合体、包括所述辐射屏蔽板与辐射屏蔽用纺织物复合体的护衣不使用铅而包括聚醚醚酮树脂来屏蔽α射线、β射线、质子、γ射线、X射线等的辐射还能屏蔽中子。
Claims (17)
1.一种辐射屏蔽用组合物,其特征在于,包括:
100重量部的第一树脂,包含选自由聚氨酯树脂、聚硅氧烷树脂、硅树脂、氟树脂、丙烯酸树脂以及醇酸树脂而成的群中的一种以上;
5至30重量部的第二树脂,包含选自由聚乙烯醇、中密度的聚乙烯、高密度的聚乙烯、低密度的聚乙烯而成的群中的一种以上;
5至30重量部的聚醚醚酮树脂粉末;
5至80重量部的金属粉末;
1至70重量部的金属氧化物粉末;
1至50重量部的石蜡;
5至15重量部的硼化合物;以及
10至50重量部的碳粉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的辐射屏蔽用组合物,其特征在于,所述辐射屏蔽用组合物,相对于100重量部的所述第一树脂进一步包括1至80重量部的无机添加物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的辐射屏蔽用组合物,其特征在于,所述第一树脂为聚氨酯树脂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的辐射屏蔽用组合物,其特征在于,所述金属粉末包含选自由铝、钛、锆、钪、钇、钴、钽、钼、以及钨组成的群中的一种以上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的辐射屏蔽用组合物,其特征在于,所述金属氧化物粉末包含选自由氧化钯、氧化铱、氧化钌、氧化锇、氧化铑、氧化铂、氧化铁、氧化镍、氧化钴、氧化铟、氧化铝、氧化钾、氧化钛、氧化钨及氧化镁组成的群中的一种以上。
6.根据权利要求2所述的辐射屏蔽用组合物,其特征在于,所述无机添加剂包含选自由氢氧化钙、碳酸钙、氢氧化镁、碳酸镁、氯化钡、硫酸钡组成的群中的一种以上。
7.根据权利要求1所述的辐射屏蔽用组合物,其特征在于,所述硼化合物包含选自由硼酸、硬硼钙石、硼酸锌、碳化硼、氮化硼、以及氧化硼组成的群中的一种以上。
8.根据权利要求1所述的辐射屏蔽用组合物,其特征在于,所述碳粉包含选自由富勒烯、纳米碳纤维、以及碳纳米管组成的群中的一种以上。
9.根据权利要求1所述的辐射屏蔽用组合物,其特征在于,所述辐射屏蔽用组合物,相对于100重量部的第一树脂进一步包含10至100重量部的硬化剂。
10.一种辐射屏蔽板,其特征在于,包含根据权利要求1所述的辐射屏蔽用组合物。
11.一种辐射屏蔽用纺织物复合体,其特征在于,包括:
织物;以及
形成在所述纺织物上的根据9所述的辐射屏蔽板。
12.根据权利要求11所述的辐射屏蔽用纺织物复合体,其特征在于,所述纺织物包含织物、编织物、以及无纺布中的一种。
13.根据权利要求11所述的辐射屏蔽用纺织物复合体,其特征在于,所述纺织物包含选自聚酯纤维、尼龙纤维以及芳纶纤维中的一种以上。
14.根据权利要求11所述的辐射屏蔽用纺织物复合体,其特征在于,所述辐射屏蔽用纺织物复合体,在所述纺织物和所述辐射屏蔽板之间进一步包括粘接层。
15.根据权利要求11所述的辐射屏蔽用纺织物复合体,其特征在于,所述辐射屏蔽用纺织物复合体使用屏蔽袋、保护装备及保护服中的一种以上。
16.一种辐射屏蔽用纺织物复合体,其特征在于,包括依次层叠第一纺织物、第一粘接层、辐射屏蔽板、第二粘接层及第二纺织物的层叠体,所述层叠体,具备:
第一纺织物;
第一粘接层,其配置于所述第一纺织物上;
辐射屏蔽板,其配置于所述第一粘接层上;
第二粘接层,其配置于所述辐射屏蔽板上;以及
第二纺织物,其配置于所述第二粘接层上。
17.一种辐射屏蔽用纺织物复合体的制造方法,其特征在于,包括:
第一步骤,在底面包括离型纸的侧封板的内部涂布根据权利要求17而制造的屏蔽用组合物;
第二步骤,对在第一步骤涂布的组合物进行干燥而制造辐射屏蔽板;以及
第三步骤,将纺织物布粘合于辐射屏蔽板而制造辐射屏蔽用纺织物复合体。
