Abstract

本发明属于刺绣技术领领域,提供了一种提高刺绣耐磨性的方法,具体步骤为:A:将刺绣轧光并用烘筒烫平,然后将涂层浆料用刮涂的方式涂布于刺绣上;B:将经过刮涂的刺绣烘干,加入防水剂处理并烘干,再进行烘焙。利用该方法对刺绣进行处理,其耐磨性得到了明显提高。与未经过处理的刺绣相比,利用该方法处理的刺绣的耐磨次数提高了66.67%;摩擦5000次的质量损失减少了62.67%;摩擦7500次的质量损失减少了60.45%。

提高刺绣耐磨性的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及刺绣技术领域,具体涉及一种提高刺绣耐磨性的方法。
背景技术
刺绣是针线在织物上绣制的各种装饰图案的总称。刺绣分丝线刺绣和羽毛刺绣两种。就是用针将丝线或其他纤维、纱线以一定图案和色彩在绣料上穿刺,以缝迹构成花纹的装饰织物。它是在已经加工好的织物上,以针引线,按照要求进行穿刺,通过运针将绣线和其他物品组织成各种图案和彩色的一种技艺。
现有刺绣的机械强度较差,不耐磨,使用效果差。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种提高刺绣耐磨性的方法。利用该方法对刺绣进行处理,其耐磨性得到了明显提高。
为实现以上目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
提高刺绣耐磨性的方法,具体步骤为:
A:将刺绣轧光并用烘筒烫平,然后将涂层浆料用刮涂的方式涂布于刺绣上;
B:将经过刮涂的刺绣烘干,加入防水剂处理并烘干,再进行烘焙。
进一步,步骤A所述轧光过程的线压力为6300-7500N/cm,温度为155-170℃,车速为14-18m/min。
进一步,步骤A所述用烘筒烫平过程中压力为0.27-0.36kPa,温度为155-165℃。
进一步,步骤A所述涂层浆料由以下质量份组分合成:聚氨基甲酸酯16-25份、碳酸二甲酯57-64份、二甲基乙酰胺5-8份、玻璃纤维2.1-2.4份、多异氰酸酯0.27-0.32份、三乙烯二胺0.02-0.03份、增塑剂3-6份、催化剂1-3份。
进一步,所述增塑剂为柠檬酸酯类增塑剂、环氧大豆油或二者的组合物。
进一步,所述增塑剂由柠檬酸酯类增塑剂和环氧大豆油按照3:4的质量比配比而成。所述增塑剂又名塑化剂,是一种高分子材料助剂,也是环境雌激素中的酞酸酯类,在塑料加工中添加这种物质,可以使其柔韧性增强,容易加工。
进一步,所述催化剂由辛酸亚锡和二月桂酸二丁基锡按照2:3的质量比配比而成。
进一步,步骤B所述烘干的温度为85-88℃。
进一步,步骤B所述烘焙的温度为148-153℃。
本发明的有益效果是:
利用该方法对刺绣进行处理,其耐磨性得到了明显提高。与未经过处理的刺绣相比,利用该方法处理的刺绣的耐磨次数提高了66.67%;摩擦5000次的质量损失减少了62.67%;摩擦7500次的质量损失减少了60.45%。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面对本发明的实施例进行详细的描述。
实施例1
提高刺绣耐磨性的方法,具体步骤为:
A:将刺绣在线压力为7500N/cm,温度为155℃,车速为18m/min条件下轧光并在压力为0.36kPa,温度为155℃条件下用烘筒烫平,然后将涂层浆料用刮涂的方式涂布于刺绣上;所述涂层浆料由聚氨基甲酸酯、碳酸二甲酯、二甲基乙酰胺、玻璃纤维、多异氰酸酯、三乙烯二胺、柠檬酸酯类增塑剂、辛酸亚锡和二月桂酸二丁基锡按照以下质量比合成:16:64:5:2.1:0.32:0.02:3:0.4:0.6;
B:将经过刮涂的刺绣在88℃温度下烘干,加入防水剂处理并在88℃温度下烘干,再在148℃温度下进行烘焙。
实施例2
提高刺绣耐磨性的方法,具体步骤为:
A:将刺绣在线压力为6300N/cm,温度为170℃,车速为14m/min条件下轧光并在压力为0.27kPa,温度为165℃条件下用烘筒烫平,然后将涂层浆料用刮涂的方式涂布于刺绣上;所述涂层浆料由聚氨基甲酸酯、碳酸二甲酯、二甲基乙酰胺、玻璃纤维、多异氰酸酯、三乙烯二胺、环氧大豆油、辛酸亚锡和二月桂酸二丁基锡按照以下质量比合成:25:57:8:2.4:0.27:0.03:6:1.2:1.8;
B:将经过刮涂的刺绣在85℃温度下烘干,加入防水剂处理并在85℃温度下烘干,再在153℃温度下进行烘焙。
实施例3
提高刺绣耐磨性的方法,具体步骤为:
A:将刺绣在线压力为6800N/cm,温度为160℃,车速为16m/min条件下轧光并在压力为0.32kPa,温度为162℃条件下用烘筒烫平,然后将涂层浆料用刮涂的方式涂布于刺绣上;所述涂层浆料由聚氨基甲酸酯、碳酸二甲酯、二甲基乙酰胺、玻璃纤维、多异氰酸酯、三乙烯二胺、柠檬酸酯类增塑剂、环氧大豆油、辛酸亚锡和二月桂酸二丁基锡按照以下质量比合成:23:59:7:2.2:0.3:0.025:1.5:2:0.8:1.2;
B:将经过刮涂的刺绣在87℃温度下烘干,加入防水剂处理并在86℃温度下烘干,再在151℃温度下进行烘焙。
耐磨性试验验证
选择40个同一批次的刺绣,随机分为四组,其中一组不做处理(空白组),另外三组分别按照实施例1-3所述方法进行处理。测试四个组别的刺绣的耐磨性,结果如下表所示:
备注:耐磨次数按照《GB/T 21196.2-2007马丁代尔法织物纺织品耐磨性的测定第2部分:试样破损的测定》进行测试,质量损失按照《GB/T 21196.3-2007马丁代尔法织物纺织品耐磨性的测定第3部分:质量损失的测定》进行测试,外观变化按照《GB/T 21196.4-2007马丁代尔法织物纺织品耐磨性的测定第4部分:外观变化的评定》进行测试。

Claims (6)

1.提高刺绣耐磨性的方法,其特征在于,具体步骤为:
A:将刺绣轧光并用烘筒烫平,然后将涂层浆料用刮涂的方式涂布于刺绣上;
B:将经过刮涂的刺绣烘干,加入防水剂处理并烘干,再进行烘焙;
其中,
步骤A中,所述轧光过程的线压力为6300-7500N/cm,温度为155-170℃,车速为14-18m/min;所述用烘筒烫平过程中压力为0.27-0.36kPa,温度为155-165℃;
所述涂层浆料由以下质量份组分合成:聚氨基甲酸酯16-25份、碳酸二甲酯57-64份、二甲基乙酰胺5-8份、玻璃纤维2.1-2.4份、多异氰酸酯0.27-0.32份、三乙烯二胺0.02-0.03份、增塑剂3-6份、催化剂1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的提高刺绣耐磨性的方法,其特征在于,所述增塑剂为柠檬酸酯类增塑剂、环氧大豆油或二者的组合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的提高刺绣耐磨性的方法,其特征在于,所述增塑剂由柠檬酸酯类增塑剂和环氧大豆油按照3:4的质量比配比而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的提高刺绣耐磨性的方法,其特征在于,所述催化剂由辛酸亚锡和二月桂酸二丁基锡按照2:3的质量比配比而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的提高刺绣耐磨性的方法,其特征在于,步骤B所述烘干的温度为85-88℃。
6.根据权利要求1所述的提高刺绣耐磨性的方法,其特征在于,步骤B所述烘焙的温度为148-153℃。
