Abstract

本发明公开了一种活性紫染料化合物及其制备方法,该化合物的结构式通式如通式(I)所示。本发明化合物的两个氟原子活性也很高,可以看作双活性基染料,可以获得高固色率染料,该染料不含有可吸附有机卤素,符合欧洲AOX法规。

一种活性紫染料化合物及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及活性染料技术领域,尤其是涉及一种活性紫染料化合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
活性染料以其色谱齐全、颜色鲜艳、性能优良、适用性强等优点而得到迅速发展。由于目前我国对于环境的保护愈加严格,大力提倡能够节能减排、环境友好的绿色工艺。对于活性染料来说不同的染色工艺产生的废水量及废水中的COD有很大的不同,对于浸染染色来说由于浴比的要求,此种染色工艺要产生大量的废水,而浸染染色工艺染料的利用率也不高(一般双活性基染料固色率60~80%)大量未固色的染料存在于废水中,使得废水中的COD有高,采用高固色率的染料是减少印染废水的有效途径之一。
提高染料固色率的有效办法是增加染料的活性基数量,但活性基太多会增加染料的直接性,影响染料的应用性能,例如匀染性、粘色牢度等,国内通常用的方法是将不同活性基接到同一个染料母体上(国内的ME型、B型等染料)通过活性基的互补来增加染料的固色率。但此种方法由于活性基的活性不配套,使得染料的固色率增加的幅度不大,一般只有70~80%。所以提高染料的固色率还是当务之急。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的上述问题,本申请人提供了一种活性紫染料化合物及其制备方法。本发明化合物的两个氟原子活性也很高,可以看作双活性基染料,可以获得高固色率染料,该染料不含有可吸附有机卤素,符合欧洲AOX法规。
本发明的技术方案如下:

一种所述活性紫染料化合物的制备方法,所述方法的反应流程如下:
一种所述活性紫染料化合物的应用,将所述活性紫染料化合物应用于纤维素纤维织物的浸染染色、连续轧染或印花工艺。所述纤维素纤维织物为含羟基和/或氮的纤维素纤维材料。所述纤维素纤维织物为棉、粘胶、麻或其混纺织物。
本发明有益的技术效果在于:
本发明是在研究含氟活性基时意外发现三氟嘧啶活性基的三个氟原子都具有活性,可以和纤维反应,与母体染料相连以后剩余的两个氟原子活性也很高,可以看作双活性基染料,可以获得高固色率紫色染料,该染料不含有可吸附有机卤素,符合欧洲AOX法规,同时该染料的粘色牢度也好与其他常用的紫色染料,用本发明染料混合物对纤维素纤维织物进行浸染染色、连续轧染、印花,染料的其他牢度性能优异。
具体实施方式
下面实施例,对本发明进行具体描述。
实施例1
(1)将34.1份的H酸溶于200份水中,加10%的碳酸钠溶液调节pH为7,全溶,然后加入13.5份的三氟嘧啶在20℃,pH为5的条件下进行缩合3~4h,无H酸时即为终点,制得缩合产物;
(2)取12.3份的对氨基苯甲醚的重氮盐,与步骤(1)制得的缩合产物在15℃、pH为6的条件下,偶合反应5h,得到化合物A。通过HPLC-MS测试其分子量为567,与其结构相符。
实施例2
(1)将34.1份的H酸溶于200份水中,加10%的碳酸钠溶液调节pH为7,全溶,然后加入13.5份的三氟嘧啶在20℃,pH为5的条件下缩合反应4h,无H酸时即为终点,制得缩合产物;
(2)取13.7份的对氨基苯甲酸的重氮盐,与步骤(1)制得的缩合产物在15℃、pH为7的条件下,偶合反应5h,得到化合物B。通过HPLC-MS测试其分子量为581,与其结构相符。
测试例:
分别取3份实施例1、2合成的染料化合物,分别加入6份元明粉、1份纯碱及水,配成浴比1:15染浴按常规操作方法对棉织物进行染色,于60℃染色60min,然后中和、水洗,最后再皂洗、热水洗、冷水洗、烘干,得到紫色棉织物。产品性能测试结果见表1。
