Abstract

本发明涉及一种汽车悬架系统,具体的说是一种抗俯仰汽车悬架系统。该悬架系统由车架、左减震器、左控制臂、左摇臂、左推杆、左旋转臂推拉杆、旋转臂、T形横向稳定杆、旋转臂转轴、稳定杆转轴、右减震器、右控制臂、右摇臂、右推杆、右旋转臂推拉杆和抗俯仰减震器组装构成;本发明系统可以独立调节抗俯仰和抗侧倾特性,适用于至少有四个不在一条线上的轮子的车辆。

一种抗俯仰汽车悬架系统
技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车悬架系统,具体的说是一种抗俯仰汽车悬架系统。
背景技术
传统汽车减震器主要起着承载车身、衰减振动的作用,对汽车的行驶平顺性有着决定性意义。而近年来随着越来越多的高性能汽车、运动型赛车的普及,高的车速对悬架的操纵稳定性提出了更多的要求,较硬的减震器调校可以获得更快的悬架响应和灵敏的操纵特性,但行驶在不平的道路却容易因路面激励而丧失附着;较软的减震器调校可以使车辆适应颠簸路面,但因悬架的线刚度、角刚度较低,车辆的抗俯仰和抗侧倾能力差。由于传统悬架的减震器既为车辆提供线刚度又提供角刚度,二者相互关联,无法独立调节。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可以独立调节抗俯仰和抗侧倾特性的汽车悬架系统,该系统适用于至少有四个不在一条线上的轮子的车辆。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,该悬架系统包括车架、左减震器、左控制臂、左摇臂、左推杆、左旋转臂推拉杆、旋转臂、T形横向稳定杆、旋转臂转轴、稳定杆转轴、右减震器、右控制臂、右摇臂、右推杆、右旋转臂推拉杆和抗俯仰减震器;
所述左推杆和右推杆分别铰接于左控制臂和右控制臂上,左控制臂和右控制臂一端连接车架上、另一端连接在轮毂相应一侧的转向节上(图中未表示),所述左摇臂和右摇臂通过转轴固定在车架上且分别与左推杆和右推杆的内点铰接,左减震器和右减震器一端分别与左摇臂和右摇臂铰接、另一端通过铰接方式固定于车架上,所述T形横向稳定杆一端与车架相连、另一端与旋转臂固定,所述抗俯仰减震器一端与车架铰接、另一端与旋转臂的转轴相连,旋转臂通过左旋转臂推拉杆和右旋转臂推拉杆分别于左摇臂和右摇臂铰接。
本发明相比现有技术有以下优点:
1、本发明将三个减震器和T形横向稳定杆相结合,从而可以独立的调节悬架的抗俯仰和抗侧倾特性,使悬架兼顾灵敏的运动响应特性和良好的操纵稳定性,根据需求适应不同的道路条件。
2、本发明为纯机械结构布置形式,结构简单,稳定可靠,成本低廉,推广容易。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示:一种抗俯仰汽车悬架系统,该悬架系统用于一种至少有四个不在一条线上的轮子的车辆,其中至少有两个轮子用于转向,至少有两个轮子用于驱动,悬架类型为双横臂悬架或多连杆悬架。
该悬架系统包括车架1、左减震器2、左控制臂3、左摇臂4、左推杆5、左旋转臂推拉杆6、旋转臂7、T形横向稳定杆8、旋转臂转轴9、稳定杆转轴10、右减震器11、右控制臂12、右摇臂13、右推杆14、右旋转臂推拉杆15和抗俯仰减震器16;
所述左推杆5和右推杆14分别铰接于左控制臂3和右控制臂12上,左控制臂3和右控制臂12一端连接车架1上、另一端连接在轮毂相应一侧的转向节上(图中未表示),所述左摇臂4和右摇臂13通过转轴固定在车架1上且分别与左推杆5和右推杆14的内点铰接,左减震器2和右减震器11一端分别与左摇臂4和右摇臂13铰接、另一端通过铰接方式固定于车架1上,所述T形横向稳定杆8一端与车架相连、另一端与旋转臂7固定,所述抗俯仰减震器16一端与车架1铰接、另一端与旋转臂的转轴9相连,旋转臂7通过左旋转臂推拉杆6和右旋转臂推拉杆15分别于左摇臂4和右摇臂13铰接。
工作原理:
当两侧车轮与左控制臂3和右控制臂12同向跳动时,左推杆5和右推杆14分别带动左摇臂4和右摇臂13向相同方向发生转动,左摇臂和右摇臂同向转动带动左旋转臂推拉杆6和右旋转臂推拉杆15,使旋转臂7两端受同向力,所述抗俯仰减震器16在旋转臂7与T形横向稳定杆8绕车架1固定轴摆动,抗俯仰减震器16将会受力发生压缩;T形横向稳定杆8绕车架固定轴摆动,T形横向稳定杆8不受力。在此同向轮跳工况下抗俯仰减震器16可以为悬架系统提供额外抗俯仰线刚度。
当两侧车轮与左控制臂3和右控制臂12反向跳动时,左推杆5和右推杆14分别带动左摇臂4和右摇臂13向相反方向发生转动,左摇臂和右摇臂同向转动带动左旋转臂推拉杆6和右旋转臂推拉杆15,使旋转臂7两端受反向力,所述旋转臂7绕中心转轴9发生旋转时,T形横向稳定杆8受力扭转;而抗俯仰减震器16连接至旋转臂转轴处,不产生位移压缩量。在此反向轮跳工况下T形横向稳定杆8可以为悬架系统提供额外抗侧倾角刚度。
尽管上文对本发明作了详细说明,但本发明不限于此,本技术领域的技术人员可以根据本发明的原理进行修改,因此,凡按照本发明的原理进行的各种修改都应当理解落入本发明的保护范围。

Claims (1)

1.一种抗俯仰汽车悬架系统,包括左减震器(2)和右减震器(11),其特征在于:该悬架系统还包括车架(1)、左控制臂(3)、左摇臂(4)、左推杆(5)、左旋转臂推拉杆(6)、旋转臂(7)、T形横向稳定杆(8)、旋转臂转轴(9)、稳定杆转轴(10)、右控制臂(12)、右摇臂(13)、右推杆(14)、右旋转臂推拉杆(15)和抗俯仰减震器(16);所述左推杆(5)和右推杆(14)分别铰接于左控制臂(3)和右控制臂(12)上,左控制臂(3)和右控制臂(12)一端连接车架(1)上、另一端连接在轮毂相应一侧的转向节上,所述左摇臂(4)和右摇臂(13)通过转轴固定在车架(1)上且分别与左推杆(5)和右推杆(14)的内点铰接,左减震器(2)和右减震器(11)一端分别与左摇臂(4)和右摇臂(13)铰接、另一端通过铰接方式固定于车架(1)上,所述T形横向稳定杆(8)一端与车架相连、另一端与旋转臂(7)固定,所述抗俯仰减震器(16)一端与车架(1)铰接、另一端与旋转臂的转轴(9)相连,旋转臂(7)通过左旋转臂推拉杆(6)和右旋转臂推拉杆(15)分别与左摇臂(4)和右摇臂(13)铰接。
