Abstract
发明涉及一种通用润滑脂,包括醚系基油、12‑羟基硬脂酸、胺化膨润土、增稠剂、异丙醇铝、纯水、香精,各组分的质量份数为:醚系基油11‑25、12‑羟基硬脂酸5‑7、胺化膨润土3‑4.9、增稠剂1‑2.3、异丙醇铝0.8‑1.7、纯水20‑25、香精1‑1.2。本发明的润滑脂结构稳定,吸附力强,从而密封性能好,也不易氧化,颜色为白色,且无毒无害,特别可用于食品机械或者纺织机械润滑使用。耐高温,粘度高,不易跑油,持久高效。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种润滑材料,具体地讲,本发明涉及一种通用润滑脂。
背景技术
润滑脂是为了解决设备在运转时产生离心力的状态下,为减少设备摩擦磨损需要的一种润滑材料。
润滑脂是在基础油中分散纤维状的增稠剂而制成半固体状的润滑剂,与润滑油相比,易附着于润滑部、不易流出。因此,可将润滑系统制成简单的结构,主要用于滚动轴承、滑动轴承、滚珠丝杠、直线运动引导件、齿轮等机械元件的润滑,广泛用于工业用机械、输送用机械系统等。
目前的普遍现象是用国产高温脂使用,频繁停机、注油,影响正常生产,浪费能源,污染环境,劳动强度大,设备养护成本高。一部分企业用进口产品(例如美国LE公司的1275脂),价格昂贵,运输周期长,成本费用高。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种效果好的通用润滑脂。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种通用润滑脂,包括醚系基油、12-羟基硬脂酸、胺化膨润土、增稠剂、异丙醇铝、纯水、香精,各组分的质量份数为:醚系基油11-25、12-羟基硬脂酸5-7、胺化膨润土3-4.9、增稠剂1-2.3、异丙醇铝0.8-1.7、纯水20-25、香精1-1.2。
作为优选,所述的通用润滑脂,其特征在于:所述通用润滑脂还包括醚系基油11、12-羟基硬脂酸5、胺化膨润土3、增稠剂1、异丙醇铝0.8、纯水20、香精1。
作为优选,所述的通用润滑脂,其特征在于:所述醚系基油为烷基苯基醚系基油。
作为优选,所述的通用润滑脂,其特征在于:所述增稠剂为脲化合物。
作为优选,所述的通用润滑脂,其特征在于:所述异丙醇铝是溶于醇的氢氧化铝。
作为优选,所述的通用润滑脂的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
将所述醚系基油、12-羟基硬脂酸和纯水加入反应槽中以400-600转/分速度搅拌,再加入胺化膨润土、增稠剂、异丙醇铝搅拌 20-60 分钟后,加入香精调速300-500转/分速度搅拌,一小时到一个半小时后,静置完成米色通用润滑脂成品。
本发明的润滑脂结构稳定,吸附力强,从而密封性能好,也不易氧化,颜色为白色,且无毒无害,特别可用于食品机械或者纺织机械润滑使用。耐高温,粘度高,不易跑油,持久高效。

本发明提供一种通用润滑脂,包括醚系基油、12-羟基硬脂酸、胺化膨润土、增稠剂、异丙醇铝、纯水、香精,各组分的质量份数为:醚系基油11-25、12-羟基硬脂酸5-7、胺化膨润土3-4.9、增稠剂1-2.3、异丙醇铝0.8-1.7、纯水20-25、香精1-1.2。
作为优选,所述的通用润滑脂,其特征在于:所述通用润滑脂还包括醚系基油11、12-羟基硬脂酸5、胺化膨润土3、增稠剂1、异丙醇铝0.8、纯水20、香精1。
作为优选,所述的通用润滑脂,其特征在于:所述醚系基油为烷基苯基醚系基油。
作为优选,所述的通用润滑脂,其特征在于:所述增稠剂为脲化合物。
作为优选,所述的通用润滑脂,其特征在于:所述异丙醇铝是溶于醇的氢氧化铝。
作为优选,所述的通用润滑脂的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
将所述醚系基油、12-羟基硬脂酸和纯水加入反应槽中以400-600转/分速度搅拌,再加入胺化膨润土、增稠剂、异丙醇铝搅拌 20-60 分钟后,加入香精调速300-500转/分速度搅拌,一小时到一个半小时后,静置完成米色通用润滑脂成品。

1.一种通用润滑脂,其特征在于:包括醚系基油、12-羟基硬脂酸、胺化膨润土、增稠剂、异丙醇铝、纯水、香精,各组分的质量份数为:醚系基油11-25、12-羟基硬脂酸5-7、胺化膨润土3-4.9、增稠剂1-2.3、异丙醇铝0.8-1.7、纯水20-25、香精1-1.2。
2.根据权利要求1所述的通用润滑脂,其特征在于:所述通用润滑脂还包括醚系基油11、12-羟基硬脂酸5、胺化膨润土3、增稠剂1、异丙醇铝0.8、纯水20、香精1。
3.根据权利要求2所述的通用润滑脂,其特征在于:所述醚系基油为烷基苯基醚系基油。
4.根据权利要求2所述的通用润滑脂,其特征在于:所述增稠剂为脲化合物。
5.根据权利要求2所述的通用润滑脂,其特征在于:所述异丙醇铝是溶于醇的氢氧化铝。
6.一种如权利要求1-5任一所述的通用润滑脂的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
将所述醚系基油、12-羟基硬脂酸和纯水加入反应槽中以400-600转/分速度搅拌,再加入胺化膨润土、增稠剂、异丙醇铝搅拌 20-60 分钟后,加入香精调速300-500转/分速度搅拌,一小时到一个半小时后,静置完成米色通用润滑脂成品。
