本发明公开了一种高润滑生物稳定型乳化切削液,按重量百分比计算,由25-30%的矿物油、10%-15%的合成酯、5%-7%的表面活性剂、15%-20%的防锈剂、10%-15%的润滑剂、0.2%-0.5%的铝缓蚀剂、0.2%-0.5%的消泡剂、0.3%-1%的杀菌剂和余量的水组成。本发明还提供了上述高润滑生物稳定型乳化切削液的制备方法,先将矿物油和合成酯混合,然后依次加入表面活性剂、防锈剂、润滑剂、铝缓蚀剂、消泡剂、杀菌剂及水,再进行搅拌混合均匀,即得高润滑生物稳定型乳化切削液。本发明的一种高润滑生物稳定型乳化切削液在润滑性、铝缓蚀性能、防腐性、防锈性、消泡性、使用周期等方面都具有优越性能。

技术领域
本发明属于化工领域,涉及一种切削液,具体来说是一种高润滑生物稳定型乳化切削液及其制备方法。
背景技术
乳化切削液在机械制造中用途比较广泛,它具有润滑性好,防锈好等优点。一般在各种切削,磨削,孔加工用的比较普遍。
目前,国内在机械加工行业中用到乳化切削液为了保证加工过程的润滑要求使用含硫或含氯极压添加剂,但是,用含硫或者含氯极压剂的乳化切削液在加工存在的问题是硫和氯的产品生物降解性差,易腐败发臭,对环境有危害,废液较难处理。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种高润滑生物稳定型乳化切削液及其制备方法,所述的这种高润滑生物稳定型乳化切削液及其制备方法解决了现有技术中含硫或者含氯极压剂的乳化切削液生物降解性差、易腐败发臭、对环境有危害、废液较难处理的技术问题。
本发明提供了一种高润滑生物稳定型乳化切削液,各原料组分按重量百分比计算,其组成及含量如下:
矿物油25%-30%;
合成酯10%-15%;
表面活性剂5%-7%;
防锈剂15%-20%;
润滑剂10%-15%;
铝缓蚀剂0.2%-0.5%;
消泡剂0.2%-0.5%;
杀菌剂0.3%-1%;
余量为水;
其中,所述的矿物油为32#,46#,100#环烷基矿物油中的一种或两种以上组成的混合物;所述的合成酯为三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯,或者季戊四醇油酸酯;所述的表面活性剂为石油磺酸钠、C13~C15的异构醇聚氧乙烯醚、嵌段聚醚或者失水山梨醇酐油酸酯;所述的防锈剂为月桂二酸、硼酸、单乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、或者三乙醇胺中的一种或两种以上组成的混合物;所述的润滑剂为丙三醇、或者椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺;所述的铝缓蚀剂为2-氨基-2甲基-1丙醇、或者3-氨基-4-辛醇;所述的消泡剂为聚醚或乳化硅油;所述的杀菌剂为三羟基六氢均三嗪、2,6-二甲基吗啉、或者羟甲基乙醇胺。

本发明还提供了上述的一种高润滑生物稳定型乳化切削液的制备方法,按照重量百分比称取各反应物质,先将矿物油和合成酯混合,然后依次加入表面活性剂、防锈剂、铝缓蚀剂、润滑剂、消泡剂、杀菌剂及水后,进行搅拌混合均匀,即得高润滑生物稳定型乳化切削液。
本发明的一种高润滑生物稳定型乳化切削液,由于用矿物油和合成酯的基础油体系,使得乳化切削液的乳化颗粒细腻稳定,容易兑水稀释,具有良好的润滑性,因此适合各种难以程度的工况加工。另外,其和防锈剂和铝缓蚀剂复配可以适合各种材质加工,其不含硫不含氯的特点保证了乳化液不会产生难闻的气体,克服了传统乳化液夏天易臭、冬天难稀释、防锈效果差的毛病,对车床漆也无不良影响。因此最终所得的高润滑生物稳定型乳化切削液也不易腐败发臭。
同时,本发明的一种高润滑生物稳定型乳化切削液所述的合成酯和矿物油的复配、能很好的提供强有力的润滑膜,保证了加工精度,不仅有效降低了刀尖温度,降低了切削力,且保证了苛刻条件下的润滑状态,所以普遍适用于各种难易程度的金属加工。
另外,本发明的一种高润滑生物稳定型乳化切削液,由于添加了润滑剂丙三醇,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、防锈剂月桂二酸、硼酸、醇胺和消泡剂聚醚等,所以在润滑性、防锈性、消泡性能/使用周期等方面也都具有优越性能。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明进一步阐述,但并不限制本发明。
基础油:32#,46#,100#环烷基矿物油为深圳市克拉玛依橡胶油有限责任公司生产;合成酯:三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯,季戊四醇油酸酯为泰柯棕化(张家港)有限公司生产;表面活性剂:石油磺酸钠,C13~C15的异构醇聚氧乙烯醚,嵌段聚醚,失水山梨醇酐油酸酯为上海振威化工有限公司生产;防锈剂:月桂二酸、硼酸、单乙醇胺、二乙醇胺及三乙醇胺中的一种或两种以上组成的混合物为映泰贸易(上海)有限公司生产;润滑剂:丙三醇,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺为启东合成化工厂生产;铝缓蚀剂:2-氨基-2甲基-1丙醇,3-氨基-4-辛醇为陶氏化学公司生产;消泡剂:聚醚及乳化硅油为上海宏泽化工有限公司生产;杀菌剂:三羟基六氢均三嗪、2,6-二甲基吗啉或羟甲基乙醇胺为上海振威化工有限公司生产。

矿物油30%;
合成酯15%;
表面活性剂7%;
防锈剂20%;
润滑剂15%;
铝缓蚀剂0.5%;
消泡剂0.5%;
杀菌剂1%;
水11%。
其中所述的矿物油为32#环烷基矿物油;
所述的合成酯为三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯;
所述表面活性剂为石油磺酸钠;
所述的防锈剂为月桂二酸,三乙醇胺;
所述的润滑剂为丙三醇;
所述的铝缓蚀剂为2-氨基-2甲基-1丙醇;
所述的消泡剂为聚醚;
所述的杀菌剂为三羟基六氢均三嗪。
上述的一种高润滑生物稳定型乳化切削液的制备方法如下:
按照重量百分比称取各物质,先将矿物油和合成酯混合,然后依次加入表面活性剂、防锈剂、铝缓蚀剂、润滑剂、消泡剂、杀菌剂及水后,进行搅拌混合均匀,即得高润滑生物稳定型乳化切削液。

按照重量百分比称取各物质,先将矿物油和合成酯混合,然后依次加入表面活性剂、防锈剂、铝缓蚀剂、润滑剂、消泡剂、杀菌剂及水后,进行搅拌混合均匀,即得高润滑生物稳定型乳化切削液。

一种高润滑生物稳定型乳化切削液,各原料组分按重量百分比计算,其组成及含量如下:
矿物油28%;
合成酯12%;
表面活性剂6%;
防锈剂18%;
润滑剂12%;
铝缓蚀剂0.5%;
消泡剂0.5%;
杀菌剂1%;
水22%。
其中所述的矿物油为32#和100#环烷基矿物油;
所述的合成酯为三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯;
所述的表面活性剂为嵌段聚醚;
所述的防锈剂为三乙醇胺;
所述的铝缓蚀剂为2-氨基-2甲基-1丙醇;
所述的润滑剂为椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺;
所述的消泡剂为聚醚;
所述的杀菌剂为羟甲基乙醇胺。
上述的一种高润滑生物稳定型乳化切削液的制备方法如下:
按照重量百分比称取各物质,先将矿物油和合成酯混合,然后依次加入表面活性剂、防锈剂、铝缓蚀剂、润滑剂、消泡剂、杀菌剂及水后,进行搅拌混合均匀,即得高润滑生物稳定型乳化切削液。

Claims (5)

1.一种高润滑生物稳定型乳化切削液,其特征在于:各原料组分按重量百分比计算,其组成及含量如下:
矿物油25%-30%;
合成酯10%-15%;
表面活性剂5%-7%;
防锈剂15%-20%;
润滑剂10%-15%;
铝缓蚀剂0.2%-0.5%;
消泡剂0.2%-0.5%;
杀菌剂0.3%-1%;
余量为水;
其中,所述的矿物油为32#,46#,100#环烷基矿物油中的一种或两种以上组成的混合物;所述的合成酯为三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯,或者季戊四醇油酸酯;所述的表面活性剂为石油磺酸钠、C13~C15的异构醇聚氧乙烯醚、嵌段聚醚或者失水山梨醇酐油酸酯;所述的防锈剂为月桂二酸、硼酸、单乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、或者三乙醇胺中的一种或两种以上组成的混合物;所述的润滑剂为丙三醇、或者椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺;所述的铝缓蚀剂为2-氨基-2甲基-1丙醇、或者3-氨基-4-辛醇;所述的消泡剂为聚醚或乳化硅油;所述的杀菌剂为三羟基六氢均三嗪、2,6-二甲基吗啉、或者羟甲基乙醇胺。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种高润滑生物稳定型乳化切削液,其特征在于:各原料组分按重量百分比计算,其组成及含量如下:
矿物油30%;
合成酯15%;
表面活性剂7%;
防锈剂20%;
润滑剂15%;
铝缓蚀剂0.5%;
消泡剂0.5%;
杀菌剂1%;
水11%;
其中,所述的矿物油为32#环烷基矿物油;所述的合成酯为三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯;所述表面活性剂为石油磺酸钠;所述的防锈剂为月桂二酸,三乙醇胺;所述的铝缓蚀剂为2-氨基-2甲基-1丙醇;所述的润滑剂为丙三醇;所述的消泡剂为聚醚;所述的杀菌剂为三羟基六氢均三嗪。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种高润滑生物稳定型乳化切削液,其特征在于:各原料组分按重量百分比计算,其组成及含量如下:
矿物油25%;
合成酯10%;
表面活性剂5%;
防锈剂15%;
润滑剂10%;
铝缓蚀剂0.2%;
消泡剂0.2%;
杀菌剂0.3%;
水34.3%;
其中,所述的矿物油为46#环烷基矿物油;所述的合成酯为季戊四醇油酸酯;所述的表面活性剂为C13~C15的异构醇聚氧乙烯醚;所述的防锈剂为硼酸、或者二乙醇胺;所述的铝缓蚀剂为3-氨基-4-辛醇;所述的润滑剂为椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺;所述的消泡剂为乳化硅油;所述的杀菌剂为2,6-二甲基吗啉。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种高润滑生物稳定型乳化切削液,其特征在于:各原料组分按重量百分比计算,其组成及含量如下:
矿物油28%;
合成酯12%;
表面活性剂6%;
防锈剂18%;
润滑剂12%;
铝缓蚀剂0.5%;
消泡剂0.5%;

水22%;

5.权利要求1-4任一所述的一种高润滑生物稳定型乳化切削液的制备方法,其特征在于:按照重量百分比称取各反应物质,先将矿物油和合成酯混合,然后依次加入表面活性剂、防锈剂、铝缓蚀剂、润滑剂、消泡剂、杀菌剂及水后,进行搅拌混合均匀,即得高润滑生物稳定型乳化切削液。
