本发明涉及润滑油制备技术领域,具体为一种机械润滑油。
背景技术
机械润滑油,是指涂在机器轴承或者人体某个部位等运动部分表面的油状液体。有减少摩擦、避免发热、防止机器磨损以及医学用途等作用。一般是分馏石油的产物,也有从动植物油中提炼的。亦称“润滑脂”。现有的机械润滑油制备工艺复杂,制得的润滑油虽然具有一定的润滑功效,但是在降低机械噪音、防止零部件生锈方面效果不明显。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种机械润滑油,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种机械润滑油,其组份按重量份数包括机油20-40份、硫酸丁辛醇锌盐4-8份、甲基硅油8-12份、磺酸钙4-15份、氯化石蜡4-15份、二甘醇4-12份、土耳其红油10-15份、石墨粉4-12份、胺型抗氧化剂4-10份、纳米氧化锌8-17份、聚乙烯醇3-8份、防锈剂3-10份、茶多酚4-12份。
优选的,优选的成分配比为:机油30份、硫酸丁辛醇锌盐6份、甲基硅油10份、磺酸钙10份、氯化石蜡10份、二甘醇8份、土耳其红油12份、石墨粉8份、胺型抗氧化剂7份、纳米氧化锌13份、聚乙烯醇5份、防锈剂6份、茶多酚8份。
优选的,其制备工艺包括以下步骤:
A、将硫酸丁辛醇锌盐、甲基硅油、磺酸钙、氯化石蜡、二甘醇、土耳其红油、石墨粉混合后加入搅拌机中搅拌,搅拌机转速为3000转/分,搅拌时间为20min,得到混合物A;
B、在混合物A中加入胺型抗氧化剂、纳米氧化锌、聚乙烯醇、防锈剂、茶多酚,充分混合后再加入机油,得到混合物B;
C、将混合物B倒入反应釜中加热,加热温度为85℃,加热时间为30min,加热过程中不断搅拌,加热结束后静置,直至冷却至常温,即得到润滑油。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明制作工艺简单,制得润滑油能够提高润滑性能,减少机械工作噪音和功率损失,适用于汽车、摩托车、船舶,工农业用汽、柴油发动机润滑使用;另外,其还能够防止机械部件生锈,延长了机械零部件的使用寿命。

本发明制作工艺简单,制得润滑油能够提高润滑性能,减少机械工作噪音和功率损失,适用于汽车、摩托车、船舶,工农业用汽、柴油发动机润滑使用;另外,其还能够防止机械部件生锈,延长了机械零部件的使用寿命。

B、在混合物A中加入胺型抗氧化剂、纳米氧化锌、聚乙烯醇、防锈剂、茶多酚,充分混合后再加入机油,得到混合物B;
C、将混合物B倒入反应釜中加热,加热温度为85℃,加热时间为30min,加热过程中不断搅拌,加热结束后静置,直至冷却至常温,即得到润滑油。
