本发明涉及一种耐高温机械专用润滑油及其制备方法,原料组成成分按重量份数由以下比例组成:二氯丙烷2‑3份、环烷油30‑40份、苯甲酸2‑4份、纳米氧化硅5‑8份、稀土稳定剂10‑15份8‑13份、以胺基嚓吮二酮2‑3份、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚1‑2份、微胶囊化红磷2‑3份、氢氧化铝2‑4份、环氧树脂2‑3份。本发明材料易得,环保无毒,润滑性效果好,热稳定性强,耐高温、耐腐蚀,有效降低摩擦系数,提高产品的工作效率,增强综合经济效益,适用范围广。

本发明涉及润滑油领域,具体涉及一种耐高温机械专用润滑油及其制备方法。
背景技术
润滑油是现代生活中必不可少的生活用品,特别是机械加工等领域,使用范围比较广,机械之间长期使用后,摩擦力增强,容易造成机械的损伤,润滑油的使用能有效提高产品之间的润滑效果,降低摩擦性能,提高工作效率,但是就目前市面上的润滑油来说,大多属于低毒,不耐高温,易分散,长期使用后也会造成油垢等现象,不具有发展前景。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是为了克服以上的不足而提供一种耐高温机械专用润滑油及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案包括:一种耐高温机械专用润滑油及其制备方法,原料组成成分按重量份数由以下比例组成:二氯丙烷2-3份、环烷油30-40份、苯甲酸2-4份、纳米氧化硅5-8份、稀土稳定剂10-15份、以胺基嚓吮二酮2-3份、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚1-2份、微胶囊化红磷2-3份、氢氧化铝2-4份、环氧树脂2-3份。
本发明的进一步改进在于:其制备方法如下:
A、常温常压下,将微胶囊化红磷、氢氧化铝和环氧树脂加入适量环烷油中进行高温聚合,温度设为200-260℃,压力位1.6-1.8MPa,得混合物A;
B、将二氯丙烷、苯甲酸、纳米氧化硅依次加入环氧油中进行搅拌,搅拌速率为300-350r/min,再加入稀土稳定剂后进行超声处理,频率设为2000-2300HZ,得混合物B;
C、将以胺基嚓吮二酮和聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚加入混合物A中进行搅拌,搅拌速率为400-420r/min,搅拌均匀后加入混合物B中后投入离心机,进行离心处理,频率设为9000-9300HZ,15-20min后进行超临界萃取,压力为1.3-1.6MPa,温度为180-200℃,提取出油状纯液,得产物。
本发明的有益效果:本发明材料易得,环保无毒,润滑性效果好,热稳定性强,耐高温、耐腐蚀,有效降低摩擦系数,提高其耐磨性能,防火绝缘,提高产品的工作效率,增强综合经济效益,适用范围广。

实施例1
一种耐高温机械专用润滑油及其制备方法,原料组成成分按重量份数由以下比例组成:二氯丙烷3份、环烷油40份、苯甲酸2份、纳米氧化硅5份、稀土稳定剂15份、以胺基嚓吮二酮3份、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚1份、微胶囊化红磷2份、氢氧化铝4份、环氧树脂3份。
其制备方法如下:
A、常温常压下,将微胶囊化红磷、氢氧化铝和环氧树脂加入适量环烷油中进行高温聚合,温度设为260℃,压力位1.8MPa,得混合物A;
B、将二氯丙烷、苯甲酸、纳米氧化硅依次加入环氧油中进行搅拌,搅拌速率为300r/min,再加入稀土稳定剂后进行超声处理,频率设为2000HZ,得混合物B;
C、将以胺基嚓吮二酮和聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚加入混合物A中进行搅拌,搅拌速率为420r/min,搅拌均匀后加入混合物B中后投入离心机,进行离心处理,频率设为9300HZ,15min后进行超临界萃取,压力为1.3MPa,温度为200℃,提取出油状纯液,得产物。
实施例2
一种耐高温机械专用润滑油及其制备方法,原料组成成分按重量份数由以下比例组成:二氯丙烷2份、环烷油30份、苯甲酸4份、纳米氧化硅8份、稀土稳定剂14份、以胺基嚓吮二酮3份、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚2份、微胶囊化红磷2份、氢氧化铝3份、环氧树脂2份。
其制备方法如下:
A、常温常压下,将微胶囊化红磷、氢氧化铝和环氧树脂加入适量环烷油中进行高温聚合,温度设为250℃,压力位1.7MPa,得混合物A;
B、将二氯丙烷、苯甲酸、纳米氧化硅依次加入环氧油中进行搅拌,搅拌速率为340r/min,再加入稀土稳定剂后进行超声处理,频率设为2200HZ,得混合物B;
C、将以胺基嚓吮二酮和聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚加入混合物A中进行搅拌,搅拌速率为410r/min,搅拌均匀后加入混合物B中后投入离心机,进行离心处理,频率设为9200HZ,18min后进行超临界萃取,压力为1.4MPa,温度为190℃,提取出油状纯液,得产物。
实施例3
一种耐高温机械专用润滑油及其制备方法,原料组成成分按重量份数由以下比例组成:二氯丙烷3份、环烷油32份、苯甲酸3份、纳米氧化硅6份、稀土稳定剂13份、以胺基嚓吮二酮2份、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚1份、微胶囊化红磷2份、氢氧化铝3份、环氧树脂3份。
其制备方法如下:
A、常温常压下,将微胶囊化红磷、氢氧化铝和环氧树脂加入适量环烷油中进行高温聚合,温度设为200℃,压力位1.6MPa,得混合物A;
B、将二氯丙烷、苯甲酸、纳米氧化硅依次加入环氧油中进行搅拌,搅拌速率为350r/min,再加入稀土稳定剂后进行超声处理,频率设为2300HZ,得混合物B;
C、将以胺基嚓吮二酮和聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚加入混合物A中进行搅拌,搅拌速率为400r/min,搅拌均匀后加入混合物B中后投入离心机,进行离心处理,频率设为9000HZ,20min后进行超临界萃取,压力为1.6MPa,温度为180℃,提取出油状纯液,得产物。
实施例4
一种耐高温机械专用润滑油及其制备方法,原料组成成分按重量份数由以下比例组成:二氯丙烷3份、环烷油38份、苯甲酸3份、纳米氧化硅7份、稀土稳定剂14份、以胺基嚓吮二酮3份、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚2份、微胶囊化红磷3份、氢氧化铝3份、环氧树脂3份。
其制备方法如下:
A、常温常压下,将微胶囊化红磷、氢氧化铝和环氧树脂加入适量环烷油中进行高温聚合,温度设为250℃,压力位1.7MPa,得混合物A;
B、将二氯丙烷、苯甲酸、纳米氧化硅依次加入环氧油中进行搅拌,搅拌速率为330r/min,再加入稀土稳定剂后进行超声处理,频率设为2100HZ,得混合物B;
C、将以胺基嚓吮二酮和聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚加入混合物A中进行搅拌,搅拌速率为415r/min,搅拌均匀后加入混合物B中后投入离心机,进行离心处理,频率设为9200HZ,16min后进行超临界萃取,压力为1.5MPa,温度为190℃,提取出油状纯液,得产物。
以上实施例中,实施例4为最佳实施例,抗氧化效果能力强,有效抑制菌种滋生,具有一定的防水性,适用范围广,融合度高,提高使用寿命。

1.一种耐高温机械专用润滑油及其制备方法,其特征在于:原料组成成分按重量份数由以下比例组成:二氯丙烷2-3份、环烷油30-40份、苯甲酸2-4份、纳米氧化硅5-8份、稀土稳定剂10-15份、以胺基嚓吮二酮2-3份、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚1-2份、微胶囊化红磷2-3份、氢氧化铝2-4份、环氧树脂2-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温机械专用润滑油及其制备方法,其特征在于:其制备方法如下:
A、常温常压下,将微胶囊化红磷、氢氧化铝和环氧树脂加入适量环烷油中进行高温聚合,温度设为200-260℃,压力位1.6-1.8MPa,得混合物A;
B、将二氯丙烷、苯甲酸、纳米氧化硅依次加入环氧油中进行搅拌,搅拌速率为300-350r/min,再加入稀土稳定剂后进行超声处理,频率设为2000-2300HZ,得混合物B;
C、将以胺基嚓吮二酮和聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚加入混合物A中进行搅拌,搅拌速率为400-420r/min,搅拌均匀后加入混合物B中后投入离心机,进行离心处理,频率设为9000-9300HZ,15-20min后进行超临界萃取,压力为1.3-1.6MPa,温度为180-200℃,提取出油状纯液,得产物。
