本发明公开了一种石斛精华面膜,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:铁皮石斛提取物15‑25份、紫根发酵粉10‑15份、表皮细胞生长因子0.3‑0.6份、当归萃取物5‑10份、黄糖3‑5份、松萝提取物3‑6份、胎盘素10‑15份、桑白皮提取物3‑7份、IGF 0.2‑0.4份、牛油果冻干粉3‑10份、角鲨烯2‑3份、质量分数为4%的果酸0.05‑0.1份、聚谷氨酸1.5‑2.5份、辅酶Q10 3‑5份、人参5‑10份、黄芪5‑10份。本发明所得的面膜具有显著的促进细胞的新生和修复重建组织的功能,且具有较好的保湿、抗衰功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及护肤品领域,具体涉及一种石斛精华面膜。
背景技术
据史籍记载及现代研究实验证实,铁皮石斛的内服功效主要有:滋阴生津护养五脏、增强体质,提高免疫力、强筋健骨,抵抗风湿、补益脾胃、利胆,治肝胆疾病、防治糖尿病、抑制肿瘤,减少放、化疗副作用、名目护眼,以及补水润肤、延年益寿等。而铁皮石斛以上这些功效的发挥,都是以内服的方法实现的。现代科学表明,铁皮石斛小分子肽有止血、有止血、促进伤口愈合的作用,可外用于修复受损皮肤。实验证明,铁皮石斛小分子肽可使伤口部位得到机械保护,增强皮肤修复能力,使伤口更快愈合,同时还具有美白保湿抗氧化等功效。而目前在市场中,铁皮石斛面膜的占有率还是很小的,所以铁皮石斛面膜有很大的发展前景。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种石斛精华面膜,能促进细胞的新生和修复重建组织。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种石斛精华面膜,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
铁皮石斛提取物15-25份、紫根发酵粉10-15份、表皮细胞生长因子0.3-0.6份、当归萃取物5-10份、黄糖3-5份、松萝提取物3-6份、胎盘素10-15份、桑白皮提取物3-7份、IGF0.2-0.4份、牛油果冻干粉3-10份、角鲨烯2-3份、质量分数为4%的果酸0.05-0.1份、聚谷氨酸1.5-2.5份、辅酶Q103-5份、人参5-10份、黄芪5-10份。
优选地,所述紫根发酵粉通过以下步骤制备所得:
取洗净沥干后的紫根置于汽爆罐内,先通入氮气至汽爆罐内压力为0.7-1.5MPa,爆破处理7-23min;然后迅速通入蒸汽至汽爆罐内压力为1.5-2.1MPa,蒸汽爆破处理0.8-2.8min后,按照接种量1.5-1.7%的比例接种微生物发酵剂,保持温度25-35℃,发酵48-54小时后,高温灭菌,冷冻干燥,得紫根发酵粉。
优选地,所述微生物发酵剂由乳酸杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、谷氨酸棒杆菌按质量比3:2:1混合所得。
优选地,所述铁皮石斛提取液通过以下步骤制备所得:
S1、将洗净沥干的铁皮石斛置于汽爆罐内,先通入氮气至汽爆罐内压力为0.6-1.4MPa,爆破处理8-25min;然后迅速通入蒸汽至汽爆罐内压力为1.4-1.8MPa,蒸汽爆破处理0.5-2.5min后,室温浓缩至相对密度1.10-1.20,喷雾干燥浓缩液,得粉体;
S2、向粉体中加入3-8倍水,按质量百分比为0.5-2%的比例加入中性蛋白酶,30-50℃下酶解0.5-2h,过滤,得酶解液;
S3、将所得的发酵液迅速冷冻后再自然解冻,使提取物中淀粉老化沉淀;收集上清液,剩余部分离心,收集离心液体并合并于上清液中;
S4、将上清液以3-7BV/h的流速通过大孔树脂柱,动态吸附饱和后,用去离子水以5-8BV/h的流速淋洗上述大孔树脂柱至流出液无色,再用体积分数为50%-70%的乙醇以8-12BV/h的流速进行洗脱,收集洗脱液,减压浓缩,得浸膏;
S5、将浸膏用水溶解后以3-5BV/h的流速通过聚酰胺柱,动态吸附饱和后,用3-7BV去离子水以2-10BV/h的流速淋洗上述聚酰胺柱,再用体积分数为30%-50%的乙醇以5-10BV/h的流速进行洗脱,收集有洗脱液,喷雾干燥,得铁皮石斛提取物。
优选地,所述当归萃取物通过以下步骤制备所得:
将干燥的当归置于闪式提取器加入6倍体积的90%甲醇或乙醇溶液,处理1-3分钟,固液分离后,回收甲醇或乙醇溶液,浓缩,使得提取物呈稠膏状,再用水饱和正丁醇对提取物萃取3次,回收溶剂后,将提取物真空浓缩干燥,得当归萃取物。
优选地,所述牛油果冻干粉通过以下步骤制备所得:
取洗净沥干后的牛油果置于汽爆罐内,先通入氮气至汽爆罐内压力为0.7-1.5MPa,爆破处理7-23min;然后迅速通入蒸汽至汽爆罐内压力为1.5-2.1MPa,蒸汽爆破处理0.8-2.8min后,自然降至室温,冷冻干燥,得牛油果冻干粉。
优选地,所述松萝提取物为质量分数为98%的松萝酸。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
通过紫根发酵粉、胎盘素、表皮细胞生长因子、IGF和自制的铁皮石斛提取物的协同作用,使得所得的面膜具有显著的促进细胞的新生和修复重建组织的功能;通过黄糖、松罗提取物协同自制的当归萃取物和牛油果冻干粉等的合理添加,使其具有较好的保湿、抗衰以及修复功能,能给为皮肤提供足够的养分。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
以下实施例中,所使用的所述紫根发酵粉通过以下步骤制备所得:
取洗净沥干后的紫根置于汽爆罐内,先通入氮气至汽爆罐内压力为0.7-1.5MPa,爆破处理7-23min;然后迅速通入蒸汽至汽爆罐内压力为1.5-2.1MPa,蒸汽爆破处理0.8-2.8min后,按照接种量1.5-1.7%的比例接种微生物发酵剂,保持温度25-35℃,发酵48-54小时后,高温灭菌,冷冻干燥,得紫根发酵粉,其中,所述微生物发酵剂由乳酸杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、谷氨酸棒杆菌按质量比3:2:1混合所得。
所使用的铁皮石斛提取液通过以下步骤制备所得:
S1、将洗净沥干的铁皮石斛置于汽爆罐内,先通入氮气至汽爆罐内压力为0.6-1.4MPa,爆破处理8-25min;然后迅速通入蒸汽至汽爆罐内压力为1.4-1.8MPa,蒸汽爆破处理0.5-2.5min后,室温浓缩至相对密度1.10-1.20,喷雾干燥浓缩液,得粉体;
S2、向粉体中加入3-8倍水,按质量百分比为0.5-2%的比例加入中性蛋白酶,30-50℃下酶解0.5-2h,过滤,得酶解液;
S3、将所得的发酵液迅速冷冻后再自然解冻,使提取物中淀粉老化沉淀;收集上清液,剩余部分离心,收集离心液体并合并于上清液中;
S4、将上清液以3-7BV/h的流速通过大孔树脂柱,动态吸附饱和后,用去离子水以5-8BV/h的流速淋洗上述大孔树脂柱至流出液无色,再用体积分数为50%-70%的乙醇以8-12BV/h的流速进行洗脱,收集洗脱液,减压浓缩,得浸膏;
S5、将浸膏用水溶解后以3-5BV/h的流速通过聚酰胺柱,动态吸附饱和后,用3-7BV去离子水以2-10BV/h的流速淋洗上述聚酰胺柱,再用体积分数为30%-50%的乙醇以5-10BV/h的流速进行洗脱,收集有洗脱液,喷雾干燥,得铁皮石斛提取物。
所使用的当归萃取物通过以下步骤制备所得:

所使用的松萝提取物为质量分数为98%的松萝酸;其他原料均为市售。

一种石斛精华面膜,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:

铁皮石斛提取物25份、紫根发酵粉15份、表皮细胞生长因子0.6份、当归萃取物10份、黄糖5份、松萝提取物6份、胎盘素15份、桑白皮提取物7份、IGF 0.4份、牛油果冻干粉10份、角鲨烯3份、质量分数为4%的果酸0.1份、聚谷氨酸2.5份、辅酶Q105份、人参10份、黄芪10份

一种石斛精华面膜,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
铁皮石斛提取物20份、紫根发酵粉12.5份、表皮细胞生长因子0.45份、当归萃取物7.5份、黄糖4份、松萝提取物4.5份、胎盘素12.5份、桑白皮提取物5份、IGF 0.3份、牛油果冻干粉6.5份、角鲨烯2.5份、质量分数为4%的果酸0.075份、聚谷氨酸2份、辅酶Q104份、人参7.5份、黄芪7.5份。

1.一种石斛精华面膜,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:铁皮石斛提取物15-25份、紫根发酵粉10-15份、表皮细胞生长因子0.3-0.6份、当归萃取物5-10份、黄糖3-5份、松萝提取物3-6份、胎盘素10-15份、桑白皮提取物3-7份、I GF 0.2-0.4份、牛油果冻干粉3-10份、角鲨烯2-3份、质量分数为4%的果酸0.05-0.1份、聚谷氨酸1.5-2.5份、辅酶Q103-5份、人参5-10份、黄芪5-10份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种石斛精华面膜,其特征在于,所述紫根发酵粉通过以下步骤制备所得:
取洗净沥干后的紫根置于汽爆罐内,先通入氮气至汽爆罐内压力为0.7-1.5MPa,爆破处理7-23mi n;然后迅速通入蒸汽至汽爆罐内压力为1.5-2.1MPa,蒸汽爆破处理0.8-2.8min后,按照接种量1.5-1.7%的比例接种微生物发酵剂,保持温度25-35℃,发酵48-54小时后,高温灭菌,冷冻干燥,得紫根发酵粉。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种石斛精华面膜,其特征在于,所述微生物发酵剂由乳酸杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、谷氨酸棒杆菌按质量比3:2:1混合所得。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种石斛精华面膜,其特征在于,所述铁皮石斛提取液通过以下步骤制备所得:
S1、将洗净沥干的铁皮石斛置于汽爆罐内,先通入氮气至汽爆罐内压力为0.6-1.4MPa,爆破处理8-25mi n;然后迅速通入蒸汽至汽爆罐内压力为1.4-1.8MPa,蒸汽爆破处理0.5-2.5mi n后,室温浓缩至相对密度1.10-1.20,喷雾干燥浓缩液,得粉体;
S2、向粉体中加入3-8倍水,按质量百分比为0.5-2%的比例加入中性蛋白酶,30-50℃下酶解0.5-2h,过滤,得酶解液;
S3、将所得的发酵液迅速冷冻后再自然解冻,使提取物中淀粉老化沉淀;收集上清液,剩余部分离心,收集离心液体并合并于上清液中;
S4、将上清液以3-7BV/h的流速通过大孔树脂柱,动态吸附饱和后,用去离子水以5-8BV/h的流速淋洗上述大孔树脂柱至流出液无色,再用体积分数为50%-70%的乙醇以8-12BV/h的流速进行洗脱,收集洗脱液,减压浓缩,得浸膏;
S5、将浸膏用水溶解后以3-5BV/h的流速通过聚酰胺柱,动态吸附饱和后,用3-7BV去离子水以2-10BV/h的流速淋洗上述聚酰胺柱,再用体积分数为30%-50%的乙醇以5-10BV/h的流速进行洗脱,收集有洗脱液,喷雾干燥,得铁皮石斛提取物。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种石斛精华面膜,其特征在于,所述当归萃取物通过以下步骤制备所得:
将干燥的当归置于闪式提取器加入6倍体积的90%甲醇或乙醇溶液,处理1-3分钟,固液分离后,回收甲醇或乙醇溶液,浓缩,使得提取物呈稠膏状,再用水饱和正丁醇对提取物萃取3次,回收溶剂后,将提取物真空浓缩干燥,得当归萃取物。
