背景技术
如今现代人面对的不仅是生活的压力,而且工作压力也越来越大。皮肤是覆盖在人体表面最大的器官,由于直接与外界环境接触,受到氧化,干燥和紫外线等种种紧张因素的刺激,故非常容易受到损伤。同时,又因为年龄,饮食和生活习惯等内部因素的影响,导致皮肤功能的衰退和遗传畸化,从而使得皮肤更加容易老化。由于皮肤是处于人体的最外侧,一目了然地表现了人体的美。所以,抗衰老化妆品成了广大女性消费者迫切需求的产品之一。
抗衰老化妆品已占化妆品市场的50%以上,皮肤衰老的最主要的因素之一,是皮肤长期受紫外辐射引起的皮肤光老化。皮肤的光老化是由于皮肤中自由基增加,自由基可损伤生物膜,促进弹性硬蛋白纤维增加和无定形化,以及胶原蛋白纤维显著减少和葡萄氨聚糖增加等皮肤老化现象。不少女性为了紧致皮肤、抗衰老等,不惜去美容院打紧致针,但是皮肤的状况却每况愈下,甚至产生难以解决的严重过敏现象。因此需要开发一种安全有效的紧致皮肤抗衰老的化妆品。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种美白抗衰老化妆品及其制备方法,具有非常显著的美白、紧致皮肤和延缓细胞老化的功效。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种美白抗衰老化妆品,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
松萝醇提物5~8份、铁皮石斛冻干粉5~10份、当归萃取物3~5份、野菊维素3~5份、甘油葡糖苷1~3份、金缕梅萃取物1~3份、神经酰胺2~3份、山参醇提物5~8份、棕榈酰三肽-11~3份、β葡聚糖1~3份、薏苡仁提取物3~6份、玉竹超临界萃取物5~10份、柿叶多酚3~5份、去离子水45~65份。
进一步地,所述松萝醇提物通过以下步骤制备所得:
将洗净沥干后的松萝用闪式提取器,加入6倍体积的75%的乙醇溶液,处理1-3min,固液分离后,回收乙醇溶液,浓缩,使得提取物呈稠膏状,得松萝醇提物。
进一步地,所述铁皮石斛冻干粉通过以下步骤制备所得:
将洗净的铁皮石斛置于超声波破壁机中,进行超声波破壁处理,得铁皮石斛微粉;其中,超声波频率为10~30kH,空气压力为150~250mPa,空气流速为600~700m/s,进料速度为6~10g/s,进料周期为4~6s,进料压力为0.1~0.3mPa;
向所得的铁皮石斛微粉中加入6倍体积的75%的乙醇溶液,处理30-40min,固液分离后,回收乙醇溶液,冷冻干燥,得铁皮石斛冻干粉。
进一步地,所述当归萃取物通过以下步骤制备所得:
S1、将当归洗净沥干后,切片,置于低温破壁机中,在-25~10℃、CO2气体保护下进行冷冻破壁,得到当归粉;
S2、按照1g:10~30mL的比例往当归粉中加入体积浓度为75~85%的乙醇溶液浸泡2~3h后,于30~50℃下提取30~60min后,过滤,得提取液;
S3、将所得的提取液抽入萃取塔内,然后按提取液与正丁醇体积比为1:1~3的比例往萃取塔内均匀导入正丁醇进行循环高速逆流萃取,控制萃取温度为40~60℃,循环萃取3~5次后,得到萃取液,浓缩回收正丁醇,真空冷冻干燥,得当归萃取物。
进一步地,所述山参醇提物通过以下步骤制备所得:
将山参洗净沥干后,切片,置于低温破壁机中,在-25~10℃、CO2气体保护下进行冷冻破壁,得到山参粉;
按照1g:20~40mL的比例往山参粉中加入体积浓度为75~85%的乙醇溶液浸泡2~3h后,于30~50℃下超声提取30~60min后,过滤,喷雾干燥,即得山参醇提物。
进一步地,所述玉竹提取物通过以下步骤制备所得:
将玉竹洗净冷冻干燥至水分含量为3wt%,粉碎后进行超临界二氧化碳萃取,萃取压力为30MPa,一级分离压力为8.5MPa,二级分离压力为6.5MPa,萃取时间为2h,萃取温度为45℃,收集一级和二级分离釜中的萃取物,得玉竹超临界萃取物。
进一步地,所述金缕梅萃取物通过以下步骤制备所得:
金缕梅洗净后置于闪式提取器内,加入6倍体积的75%的乙醇溶液,处理1-3min,固液分离后,回收乙醇溶液,浓缩,使得提取物呈稠膏状,再用水饱和正丁醇对提取物萃取3次,回收溶剂后,将提取物真空浓缩干燥,得金缕梅萃取物。
本发明还提供了上述一种美白抗衰老化妆品的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、按上述的配方称取各组分;
S2、将称取的松萝醇提物、铁皮石斛冻干粉、当归萃取物、野菊维素、甘油葡糖苷、金缕梅萃取物、神经酰胺、山参醇提物、棕榈酰三肽-1、β葡聚糖、薏苡仁提取物、玉竹超临界萃取物、柿叶多酚在0.6MPa的压力下溶于去离子水中,匀速搅拌2-4个小时,即得。
本发明具有非常显著的抗氧化、抗皱,促进表皮再生效果;通过当归萃取物、玉竹超临界萃取物、薏苡仁提取物、神经酰胺的添加,使其具有优良的美白补水锁水功能;同时柿叶多酚的添加使其具有一定的抗紫外功效,金缕梅萃取物和野菊维素具有一定的抗过敏、舒缓、消炎镇静的功效;综上所述,本发明所得的制剂具有非常显著的美白和延缓细胞老化的作用。

将洗净沥干后的松萝用闪式提取器,加入6倍体积的75%的乙醇溶液,处理1-3min,固液分离后,回收乙醇溶液,浓缩,使得提取物呈稠膏状,得松萝醇提物。
所使用的铁皮石斛冻干粉通过以下步骤制备所得:
将洗净的铁皮石斛置于超声波破壁机中,进行超声波破壁处理,得铁皮石斛微粉;其中,超声波频率为10~30kH,空气压力为150~250mPa,空气流速为600~700m/s,进料速度为6~10g/s,进料周期为4~6s,进料压力为0.1~0.3mPa;向所得的铁皮石斛微粉中加入6倍体积的75%的乙醇溶液,处理30-40min,固液分离后,回收乙醇溶液,冷冻干燥,得铁皮石斛冻干粉。
所使用的当归萃取物通过以下步骤制备所得:
