本发明公开了一种荔枝保鲜剂,由以下重量份原料制成:苹果酸1‑3份、柠檬酸1‑3份、脱氢乙酸0.5‑2.5份、黄原胶2‑3份、海藻酸钠1‑3份、氯化钾1‑2份、水100份。本发明的保鲜剂,不仅能减少荔枝的营养成分的流失,也能使荔枝保持较好色泽,且无毒副作用,抗菌效果好,各组分可以协同配合,成本低廉,有益于推广。

背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,水果已经是人们生活中不可缺少的生活物质之一,然而不同水果均具有很强的季节性和地域性,并且生理活性高,含水量大,结构松软,易腐烂生霉、鲜度下降,因此给水果的保鲜及流通带来很大的困难。目前水果保鲜的主要技术有:低温气调法,该法价格昂贵,并且长时间保存后也会有腐烂现象;小包装保鲜,该法降氧速度慢,保鲜效果差;化学保鲜剂法,由于具有毒副作用的化学药剂的残留、不易去除而影响人体健康,因此要做到安全、无毒以及纯天然的水果保鲜剂的开发,应用前景十分广泛。
发明内容
针对上述,本发明的目的是提供一种荔枝保鲜剂,其环保健康,抗菌效果好。
本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种荔枝保鲜剂,由以下重量份原料制成:苹果酸1-3份、柠檬酸1-3份、脱氢乙酸0.5-2.5份、黄原胶2-3份、海藻酸钠1-3份、氯化钾1-2份、水100份。
优选地,所述的荔枝保鲜剂,由以下重量份原料制成:苹果酸2份、柠檬酸2份、脱氢乙酸1.5份、黄原胶2.5份、海藻酸钠2份、氯化钾1.5份、水100份。
本发明的优点是:本发明的保鲜剂,不仅能减少荔枝的营养成分的流失,也能使荔枝保持较好色泽,且无毒副作用,抗菌效果好,各组分可以协同配合,成本低廉,有益于推广。
