本发明提供了一种防水防油防污面料的后整理工艺,属于纺织技术领域。它解决了现有的面料后整理工艺过于繁琐且不能提高面料的三防性能的问题。本防水防油防污面料的后整理工艺,其特征在于,由以下步骤组成:1)、染色;2)、一次水洗;3)、二次水洗;4)、三次水洗;5)、四次水洗;6)、热轧;7)、覆膜;8)、磨绒。本后整理工艺对面料的损伤较少,面料的表面更加顺滑和柔软,使用舒适性好。而且本后整理工艺还能够在热轧的同时进行覆膜,从而提高面料的三防性能。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织技术领域,涉及一种防水防油防污面料的后整理工艺。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对餐椅的性能要求不断提高,制作餐椅的面料的表面光泽度、触感及其内在的功能特性越来越受到人们的关注,特别是在开放式的厨房中,餐椅面料的防水防油防污性能尤为重要,而面料的三防性能除了在面料的原始材料中进行添加外,还可以在面料的后整理工艺中进行稳定和增强。但是现有的面料的后整理工艺繁琐且不能对面料的三防性能进行提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的技术存在上述问题,提出了一种防水防油防污面料的后整理工艺,它使得面料在经过后整理工艺后具有防水防油防污性能。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种防水防油防污面料的后整理工艺,其特征在于,由以下步骤组成:
1)、染色:在染色筒中于35℃以下依次加入染色酸和亲纤维型匀染剂,搅拌均匀加入染料并进行二次搅拌,然后以1℃/min的速率升温至60~70℃后,再改以3℃/min的速率升温至150℃并进行保温,保温结束后以2℃/min的速率降低至50~60℃;
2)、一次水洗:将染色筒内的面料取出并放入到第一水洗槽内进行水洗,第一水洗槽内的水温为50~60℃;
3)、二次水洗:将面料由第一水洗槽取出并放入到第二水洗槽内进行水洗,第二水洗槽的水温为30~35℃,第二水洗槽中添加有纯碱和连二亚硫酸钠;
4)、三次水洗:将面料由第二水洗槽取出并放入到第三水洗槽内进行水洗,第三水洗槽内的水温为20~30℃;
5)、四次水洗:将面料由第三水洗槽取出并放入到第四水洗槽内进行水洗,第四水洗槽内的水温为75~80℃;
6)、热轧:将经过四次水洗后的面料在轧光机上进行轧光;
7)、覆膜:轧光的同时在面料的底面涂覆三防涂层;
8)、磨绒:对面料顶面进行磨绒。
在上述的防水防油防污面料的后整理工艺中,步骤1中的保温时间为70~80min。
在上述的防水防油防污面料的后整理工艺中,步骤1中的染色酸由40%醋酸、工业级醋酸钠和92%硫酸混合而成,40%醋酸、工业级醋酸钠和92%硫酸的混合比例为92%~95%:0.5%~2%:4.5%~6%。
在上述的防水防油防污面料的后整理工艺中,步骤3中纯碱的添加量为4~10g/L,连二亚硫酸钠的添加量为3~4g/L。
在上述的防水防油防污面料的后整理工艺中,步骤6中面料在轧光的同时进行加热,加热温度维持在70~75℃。
在上述的防水防油防污面料的后整理工艺中,所述轧光机包括相互平行设置的进布辊、硬热辊、软轧辊和出布辊,所述硬热辊由金属材料制成,且硬热辊内置有加热器,所述软轧辊由塑料或橡胶制成,所述进布辊和出布辊分别位于硬热辊的两侧,所述软轧辊位于硬热辊的正上方或偏向于出布辊一侧的斜上方。
在上述的防水防油防污面料的后整理工艺中,所述硬热辊和出布辊之间还设置有用于在面料底面涂覆三防涂层的喷嘴和刮刀,所述喷嘴位于硬热辊一侧,且喷嘴的喷口朝上,所述刮刀位于出布辊一侧。
在上述的防水防油防污面料的后整理工艺中,所述出布辊的直径与硬热辊的直径比值为1:2~2:3,所述出布辊4与硬热辊2的垂直投影之间的间距与硬热辊2的直径比例为1:1~3:1,所述出布辊的轴心线高度低于硬热辊的轴心线高度,且出布辊的顶部出布辊的底部高度等于或高于硬热辊的底部高度。
在上述的防水防油防污面料的后整理工艺中,所述进布辊与硬热辊之间还设置有用于对面料进行加热及烘干的热吹风器。
在上述的防水防油防污面料的后整理工艺中,所述热吹风器竖直设置,且热吹风器的吹风口朝下。

以下是本发明的具体实施例并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
实施例一:
本防水防油防污面料的后整理工艺,由以下步骤组成:
1)、染色:在染色筒中于35℃以下依次加入染色酸和亲纤维型匀染剂,搅拌均匀加入染料并进行二次搅拌,然后以1℃/min的速率升温至60℃后,再改以3℃/min的速率升温至150℃并进行保温,保温时间为80min,保温结束后以2℃/min的速率降低至50℃;
2)、一次水洗:将染色筒内的面料取出并放入到第一水洗槽内进行水洗,第一水洗槽内的水温为50℃;
3)、二次水洗:将面料由第一水洗槽取出并放入到第二水洗槽内进行水洗,第二水洗槽的水温为30℃,第二水洗槽中添加有纯碱和连二亚硫酸钠;
4)、三次水洗:将面料由第二水洗槽取出并放入到第三水洗槽内进行水洗,第三水洗槽内的水温为20℃;
5)、四次水洗:将面料由第三水洗槽取出并放入到第四水洗槽内进行水洗,第四水洗槽内的水温为75℃;
6)、热轧:将经过四次水洗后的面料在轧光机上进行轧光,面料在轧光的同时进行加热,加热温度维持在70℃;
7)、覆膜:轧光的同时在面料的底面涂覆三防涂层;
8)、磨绒:用磨绒机对面料顶面进行机械磨绒。
步骤1中的染色酸由40%醋酸、工业级醋酸钠和92%硫酸混合而成,40%醋酸、工业级醋酸钠和92%硫酸的混合比例为92%:2%:6%。

3)、二次水洗:将面料由第一水洗槽取出并放入到第二水洗槽内进行水洗,第二水洗槽的水温为35℃,第二水洗槽中添加有纯碱和连二亚硫酸钠;
4)、三次水洗:将面料由第二水洗槽取出并放入到第三水洗槽内进行水洗,第三水洗槽内的水温为30℃;
5)、四次水洗:将面料由第三水洗槽取出并放入到第四水洗槽内进行水洗,第四水洗槽内的水温为80℃;
6)、热轧:将经过四次水洗后的面料在轧光机上进行轧光,面料在轧光的同时进行加热,加热温度维持在75℃;
7)、覆膜:轧光的同时在面料的底面涂覆三防涂层;
8)、磨绒:用磨绒机对面料顶面进行机械磨绒。
步骤1中的染色酸由40%醋酸、工业级醋酸钠和92%硫酸混合而成,40%醋酸、工业级醋酸钠和92%硫酸的混合比例为95%:0.5%:4.5%。
步骤3中纯碱的添加量为10g/L,连二亚硫酸钠的添加量为4g/L。
实施例三:
本防水防油防污面料的后整理工艺,由以下步骤组成:
1)、染色:在染色筒中于35℃以下依次加入染色酸和亲纤维型匀染剂,搅拌均匀加入染料并进行二次搅拌,然后以1℃/min的速率升温至65℃后,再改以2℃/min的速率升温至150℃并进行保温,保温时间为75min,保温结束后以2℃/min的速率降低至55℃;
2)、一次水洗:将染色筒内的面料取出并放入到第一水洗槽内进行水洗,第一水洗槽内的水温为55℃;
3)、二次水洗:将面料由第一水洗槽取出并放入到第二水洗槽内进行水洗,第二水洗槽的水温为33℃,第二水洗槽中添加有纯碱和连二亚硫酸钠;
4)、三次水洗:将面料由第二水洗槽取出并放入到第三水洗槽内进行水洗,第三水洗槽内的水温为25℃;
5)、四次水洗:将面料由第三水洗槽取出并放入到第四水洗槽内进行水洗,第四水洗槽内的水温为78℃;
6)、热轧:将经过四次水洗后的面料在轧光机上进行轧光,面料在轧光的同时进行加热,加热温度维持在75℃;
7)、覆膜:轧光的同时在面料的底面涂覆三防涂层;
8)、磨绒:用磨绒机对面料顶面进行机械磨绒。
步骤1中的染色酸由40%醋酸、工业级醋酸钠和92%硫酸混合而成,40%醋酸、工业级醋酸钠和92%硫酸的混合比例为94%:1%:5%。
步骤3中纯碱的添加量为6g/L,连二亚硫酸钠的添加量为3.5g/L。
参照图1,上述实施例中使用的轧光机包括相互平行设置的进布辊1、硬热辊2、软轧辊3和出布辊4,硬热辊2由金属材料制成,且硬热辊2内置有电加热器,软轧辊3由塑料或橡胶制成,进布辊1和出布辊4分别位于硬热辊2的两侧,软轧辊3位于硬热辊2的正上方或偏向于出布辊4一侧的斜上方。进布辊1与硬热辊2之间还设置有用于对面料进行加热及烘干的热吹风器7,热吹风器7竖直设置,且热吹风器7的吹风口朝下。热吹风气7和硬热辊2分别对面料8的顶面和底面进行加热,提高面料8的轧光效果,同时还能保证后续三防涂层涂覆的稳定性和牢固性。硬热辊2和出布辊4之间还设置有用于在面料8底面涂覆三防涂层的喷嘴5和刮刀6,喷嘴5位于硬热辊2一侧,且喷嘴5的喷口朝上,刮刀6位于出布辊4一侧。
出布辊4的直径与硬热辊2的直径比值为1:2~2:3,出布辊4与硬热辊2的垂直投影之间的间距与硬热辊2的直径比例为1:1~3:1,出布辊4的轴心线高度低于硬热辊2的轴心线高度,且出布辊4的底部高度等于或高于硬热辊2的底部高度。该数值设置既能保证轧光机的结构紧凑,同时又能在保证轧光效果的同时,避免面料8由硬热辊2过渡到出布辊4的倾斜角度过大而导致涂层粘附效果差,保证涂层的喷涂效果。

1)、染色:在染色筒中于35℃以下依次加入染色酸和亲纤维型匀染剂,搅拌均匀加入染料并进行二次搅拌,然后以1℃/min的速率升温至60~70℃后,再改以3℃/min的速率升温至150℃并进行保温,保温结束后以2℃/min的速率降低至50~60℃;
2)、一次水洗:将染色筒内的面料取出并放入到第一水洗槽内进行水洗,第一水洗槽内的水温为50~60℃;
3)、二次水洗:将面料由第一水洗槽取出并放入到第二水洗槽内进行水洗,第二水洗槽的水温为30~35℃,第二水洗槽中添加有纯碱和连二亚硫酸钠;
4)、三次水洗:将面料由第二水洗槽取出并放入到第三水洗槽内进行水洗,第三水洗槽内的水温为20~30℃;
5)、四次水洗:将面料由第三水洗槽取出并放入到第四水洗槽内进行水洗,第四水洗槽内的水温为75~80℃;
6)、热轧:将经过四次水洗后的面料在轧光机上进行轧光,所述轧光机包括相互平行设置的进布辊(1)、硬热辊(2)、软轧辊(3)和出布辊(4),所述硬热辊(2)由金属材料制成,且硬热辊(2)内置有加热器,所述软轧辊(3)由塑料或橡胶制成,所述进布辊(1)和出布辊(4)分别位于硬热辊(2)的两侧,所述软轧辊(3)位于硬热辊(2)的正上方或偏向于出布辊(4)一侧的斜上方,所述出布辊(4)的直径与硬热辊(2)的直径比值为1:2~2:3,所述出布辊(4)与硬热辊(2)的垂直投影之间的间距与硬热辊(2)的直径比例为1:1~3:1,所述出布辊(4)的轴心线高度低于硬热辊(2)的轴心线高度,且出布辊(4)的顶部出布辊(4)的底部高度等于或高于硬热辊(2)的底部高度;
7)、覆膜:轧光的同时在面料的底面涂覆三防涂层;
8)、磨绒:对面料顶面进行磨绒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防水防油防污面料的后整理工艺,其特征在于,步骤1)中的保温时间为70~80min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防水防油防污面料的后整理工艺,其特征在于,步骤1)中的染色酸由40%醋酸、工业级醋酸钠和92%硫酸混合而成,40%醋酸、工业级醋酸钠和92%硫酸的混合比例为92%~95%:0.5%~2%:4.5%~6%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防水防油防污面料的后整理工艺,其特征在于,步骤3)中纯碱的添加量为4~10g/L,连二亚硫酸钠的添加量为3~4g/L。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防水防油防污面料的后整理工艺,其特征在于,步骤6)中面料在轧光的同时进行加热,加热温度维持在70~75℃。
6.根据权利要求1或2或3或4或5所述的防水防油防污面料的后整理工艺,其特征在于,所述硬热辊(2)和出布辊(4)之间还设置有用于在面料底面涂覆三防涂层的喷嘴(5)和刮刀(6),所述喷嘴(5)位于硬热辊(2)一侧,且喷嘴(5)的喷口朝上,所述刮刀(6)位于出布辊(4)一侧。
7.根据权利要求1或2或3或4或5所述的防水防油防污面料的后整理工艺,其特征在于,所述进布辊(1)与硬热辊(2)之间还设置有用于对面料进行加热及烘干的热吹风器(7)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的防水防油防污面料的后整理工艺,其特征在于,所述热吹风器(7)竖直设置,且热吹风器(7)的吹风口朝下。
