Abstract
本发明涉及一种汽车备胎盖板的生产工艺,属于汽车内饰件技术领域。其主要选用PET无纺布面毯和PU复合板材作为备胎盖板的原材料,在备胎盖板基体上进行烘温、压制冲切成型、附件组立、检验后得到成品。本发明解决了备胎盖板总成的强度低,质量大等问题,并改善了气味和VOC等性能,大大降低了备胎盖板重量,满足了整车轻量化设计的要求。更加注重环保,降低了耗材,节约了制造成本。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车备胎盖板的生产工艺,具体地说是用于安装在汽车后备箱的备胎槽上,可以用来放置其它物品,属于汽车内饰件技术领域。
背景技术
汽车内饰件一般安装于汽车车身内部,起到美化、防护、以及隔音吸音等作用。在越来越追求高性能、环保型、节能型、轻量化、个性化的时代,汽车的内饰与汽车的性能一样,越来越得到人们的关注了。因此对汽车内饰件的要求也越来越高。在现有技术中,备胎盖板的质量轻、价格高、气味和VOC等性能指标制约着备胎盖板的发展。现有备胎盖板多数采用PP蜂窝板冲切成型,喷胶贴合面料,其缺点是:表面柔软、需要支撑性板材较多和气味、VOC无法达标等(不能满足某些汽车对备胎盖板的高性能要求)。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足之处,提供一种汽车备胎盖板的生产工艺,其重量轻,节省材料,气味和VOC性能好,更加环保。
按照本发明提供的技术方案,一种汽车备胎盖板的生产工艺,步骤为:
(1)基材烘温处理:将PU复合板材放入烘箱中,设置烘箱中温度240-370℃,烘温时间45-60s,保证出箱时温度为190-200℃;
(2)压制成型:将步骤(1)所得烘温后的PU复合板材放置在模具中,面毯有胶的一面覆盖在PU复合板材上,18-22MPa成型带冲切得到半成品;保压时间为保压45-55s;
(3)附件组立:取出步骤(2)所得半成品,安装减震垫和缓冲垫附件。
(4)检验:经检验后,装箱入库,即得产品汽车备胎盖板。
所述PU复合板材自上至下依次为上表皮层、基材半硬质聚氨酯PU、下表皮层和底布。所述上表皮层和下表皮层均为改性热熔胶膜层或无碱玻纤层。所述半硬质聚氨酯PU密度为40kg/m3。所述底布为不织布PET。
步骤(4)要求产品表面无破损、色差、污点,产品无变形。
步骤(2)所述面料为PET无纺布面毯。
本发明的有益效果:本发明采用PU基材代替了PP木粉板、PP蜂窝板,使汽车备胎盖板的气味和VOC等性能能够满足性能指标,减少了支撑性板材的用量,降低重量,节约耗材,减少成本。
具体实施方式
下面本专利将结合实施例作进一步描述:
实施例1:奇瑞T17备胎盖板的生产工艺步骤如下:
产品规格:L968×W780×H16mm
一种汽车备胎盖板的生产工艺,步骤为:
(1)基材烘温处理:将PU复合板材放入烘箱中,设置烘箱中温度280℃,烘温时间50s,保证出箱时温度为190-200℃;
(2)压制成型:将步骤(1)所得烘温后的PU复合板材放置在模具中,面毯有胶的一面覆盖在PU复合板材上,18MPa成型带冲切得到半成品;保压时间为保压55s;
(3)附件组立:取出步骤(2)所得半成品,安装减震垫和缓冲垫附件。
(4)检验:经检验后,装箱入库,即得产品汽车备胎盖板。
所述PU复合板材自上至下依次为上表皮层、基材半硬质聚氨酯PU、下表皮层和底布。所述上表皮层和下表皮层均为改性热熔胶膜层或无碱玻纤层。所述半硬质聚氨酯PU密度为40kg/m3。所述底布为不织布PET。
步骤(4)要求产品表面无破损、色差、污点,产品无变形。
步骤(2)所述面料为PET无纺布面毯。
实施例2
一种汽车备胎盖板的生产工艺,步骤为:
(1)基材烘温处理:将PU复合板材放入烘箱中,设置烘箱中温度300℃,烘温时间45s,保证出箱时温度为190-200℃;
(2)压制成型:将步骤(1)所得烘温后的PU复合板材放置在模具中,面毯有胶的一面覆盖在PU复合板材上,20MPa成型带冲切得到半成品;保压时间为保压50s;
(3)附件组立:取出步骤(2)所得半成品,安装减震垫和缓冲垫附件。
(4)检验:经检验后,装箱入库,即得产品汽车备胎盖板。
所述PU复合板材自上至下依次为上表皮层、基材半硬质聚氨酯PU、下表皮层和底布。所述上表皮层和下表皮层均为改性热熔胶膜层或无碱玻纤层。所述半硬质聚氨酯PU密度为40kg/m3。所述底布为不织布PET。
步骤(4)要求产品表面无破损、色差、污点,产品无变形。

实施例3
一种汽车备胎盖板的生产工艺,步骤为:
(1)基材烘温处理:将PU复合板材放入烘箱中,设置烘箱中温度370℃,烘温时间45s,保证出箱时温度为190-200℃;
(2)压制成型:将步骤(1)所得烘温后的PU复合板材放置在模具中,面毯有胶的一面覆盖在PU复合板材上, 22MPa成型带冲切得到半成品;保压时间为保压45s;
(3)附件组立:取出步骤(2)所得半成品,安装减震垫和缓冲垫附件。
(4)检验:经检验后,装箱入库,即得产品汽车备胎盖板。

1.一种汽车备胎盖板的生产工艺,其特征是步骤为:
(1)基材烘温处理:将PU复合板材放入烘箱中,设置烘箱中温度240-370℃,烘温时间45-60s,保证出箱时温度为190-200℃;

4.如权利要求2所述汽车备胎盖板的生产工艺,其特征是:所述半硬质聚氨酯PU密度为40kg/m3。
5.如权利要求2所述汽车备胎盖板的生产工艺,其特征是:所述底布为不织布PET。
6.如权利要求1所述汽车备胎盖板的生产工艺,其特征是:步骤(4)要求产品表面无破损、色差、污点,产品无变形。
7.如权利要求1所述汽车备胎盖板的生产工艺,其特征是:步骤(2)所述面料为PET无纺布面毯。
