Abstract

本发明提供了一种汽车行李箱盖板的生产工艺,其包括以下步骤:1)烘温:将纸蜂窝复合板材送入烘箱中进行烘温,纸蜂窝复合板材包括作为骨架的蜂窝纸板以及设置于蜂窝纸板上、下面的上加强层和下加强层;2)压制成型并冲切:将上述烘温半成品送至模具中进行压制成型,模具为冷模且在压制成型后进行冲切;3)面料滚胶:将面毯进行滚胶,胶水为聚氨酯胶;4)面料包边:将压制成型后的半成品及滚胶好的面毯放入包边设备中,将基材锋利的边缘包裹。上述汽车行李箱盖板的生产工艺大大降低了行李箱盖板的重量;产品的刚性好,可以承载较重的物体,不会折断、下垂;环保无污染。

一种汽车行李箱盖板的生产工艺
技术领域
本发明属于汽车内饰件加工技术,尤其涉及一种用于安装在汽车后部,起到隔热、隔音与美化作用的汽车行李箱盖板的生产工艺。
背景技术
汽车行李箱一般安装于汽车后部,起到隔热、隔音与美化的作用。在越来越追求高性能、环保型、节能型、轻量化、个性化的时代,汽车的内饰与汽车的外形一样,成为人们选购汽车的一个重要因素。因此对汽车内饰件的要求也越来越高。
在现有技术中,汽车行李箱(SUV车型)一般都采用木板、木纤维板、PU喷涂材料等材料作为支撑基材,该种工艺主要存在着以下问题:1、产品承载性达不到要求;2、产品中的基材气味较大,影响乘客的身体健康;3、产品重量大,不利于整车轻量化,节能;4、拿取时存在尖锐的边缘易划伤乘客手指。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车行李箱盖板的生产工艺,以解决现有技术中汽车行李箱盖板存在承载性不达标、重量大和基材气味大的问题。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种汽车行李箱盖板的生产工艺,其包括以下步骤:
1)烘温:将纸蜂窝复合板材送入烘箱中进行烘温,所述纸蜂窝复合板材包括作为骨架的蜂窝纸板以及设置于蜂窝纸板上、下面的上加强层和下加强层;
2)压制成型并冲切:将上述烘温半成品送至模具中进行压制成型,模具为冷模且在压制成型后进行冲切;
3)面料滚胶:将面毯进行滚胶,胶水为聚氨酯胶;
4)面料包边:将压制成型后的半成品及滚胶好的面毯放入包边设备中,将基材锋利的边缘包裹;
5)检验:经检验后,装箱入库。
特别地,所述步骤1)中纸蜂窝复合板材的克重为2600g/m2~3500g/m2,厚度为10mm~30mm。
特别地,所述步骤1)中蜂窝纸板的克重为650g/m2~1800g/m2
特别地,所述步骤1)中所述上加强层采用PP和玻纤混合材料制成,其克重为600g/m2~1200g/m2
特别地,所述步骤1)中所述下加强层采用PP和玻纤混合材料制成,其克重为600g/m2~1200g/m2,且所述下加强层的底面还设置有一层无纺布,所述无纺布的克重为100g/m2~300g/m2
特别地,所述步骤1)中烘温后纸蜂窝复合板材的上表面材料温度:160℃~240℃、下表面材料温度为;180℃~260℃,烘温时间为:60s~120s。
特别地,所述步骤2)中成型并冲切压力为:10MPa~20MPa,成型时间:50s~60s。
特别地,所述步骤3)中面毯克重为:150g/m2~450g/m2,材质为PET,胶机温度为10℃~40℃,滚胶量为10g/m2~25g/m2
本发明的有益效果为,与现有技术相比所述汽车行李箱盖板的生产工艺大大降低了行李箱盖板的重量,满足了整车轻量化设计的要求;成型流水作业,工艺稳定;产品的刚性好,可以承载较重的物体,不会折断、下垂;生产过程中没有半成品堆积,节约了制造成本;产品整个生产过程中没有有害物质产生,环保无污染。

实施例一
本实施例中,一种汽车行李箱盖板的生产工艺,其具体包括以下步骤:
步骤一,烘温:将纸蜂窝复合板材送入烘箱中进行烘温,纸蜂窝复合板材包括作为骨架的蜂窝纸板以及设置于蜂窝纸板上、下面的上加强层和下加强层,纸蜂窝复合板材的克重为2600g/m2,厚度为10mm,蜂窝纸板的克重为700g/m2,上加强层和下加强层均采用PP和玻纤混合材料制成,其克重为900g/m2,下加强层的底面还设置有一层无纺布,所述无纺布的克重为100g/m2,烘温时上表面材料温度:160℃、下表面材料温度为;180℃,烘温时间为:60s;
步骤二,压制成型并冲切:将上述烘温半成品送至模具中进行压制成型,模具为冷模且在压制成型后进行冲切,成型并冲切压力为:10MPa,成型时间:50s;
步骤三,面料滚胶:将起绒面毯进行滚胶,面毯克重为:150g/m2,材质为PET,胶机温度为30℃,滚胶量为15g/m2,胶水为聚氨酯胶;
步骤四,面料包边:将压制成型后的半成品及滚胶好的面毯放入包边设备中,将基材锋利的边缘包裹;
步骤五,附件安装:将后行李箱盖板拉绳、卡口等附件安装;
步骤六,检验:经检验后,装箱入库。
实施例二
本实施例中,一种汽车行李箱盖板的生产工艺,其具体包括以下步骤:
步骤一,烘温:将纸蜂窝复合板材送入烘箱中进行烘温,纸蜂窝复合板材包括作为骨架的蜂窝纸板以及设置于蜂窝纸板上、下面的上加强层和下加强层,纸蜂窝复合板材的克重为3000g/m2,厚度为20mm,蜂窝纸板的克重为1100g/m2,上加强层和下加强层均采用PP和玻纤混合材料制成,其克重为900g/m2,下加强层的底面还设置有一层无纺布,所述无纺布的克重为100g/m2,烘温时上表面材料温度:200℃、下表面材料温度为;220℃,烘温时间为:90s;
步骤二,压制成型并冲切:将上述烘温半成品送至模具中进行压制成型,模具为冷模且在压制成型后进行冲切,成型并冲切压力为:15MPa,成型时间:55s;
步骤三,面料滚胶:将起绒面毯进行滚胶,面毯克重为:300g/m2,材质为PET,胶机温度为30℃,滚胶量为20g/m2,胶水为聚氨酯胶;
步骤四,面料包边:将压制成型后的半成品及滚胶好的面毯放入包边设备中,将基材锋利的边缘包裹;
步骤五,附件安装:将后行李箱盖板拉绳、卡口等附件安装;
步骤六,检验:经检验后,装箱入库。
实施例三
本实施例中,一种汽车行李箱盖板的生产工艺,其具体包括以下步骤:
步骤一,烘温:将纸蜂窝复合板材送入烘箱中进行烘温,纸蜂窝复合板材包括作为骨架的蜂窝纸板以及设置于蜂窝纸板上、下面的上加强层和下加强层,纸蜂窝复合板材的克重为3500g/m2,厚度为30mm,蜂窝纸板的克重为900g/m2,上加强层和下加强层均采用PP和玻纤混合材料制成,其克重为1200g/m2,下加强层的底面还设置有一层无纺布,所述无纺布的克重为200g/m2,烘温时上表面材料温度:240℃、下表面材料温度为;260℃,烘温时间为:120s;
步骤二,压制成型并冲切:将上述烘温半成品送至模具中进行压制成型,模具为冷模且在压制成型后进行冲切,成型并冲切压力为:20MPa,成型时间:60s;
步骤三,面料滚胶:将起绒面毯进行滚胶,面毯克重为:450g/m2,材质为PET,胶机温度为40℃,滚胶量为25g/m2,胶水为聚氨酯胶;
步骤四,面料包边:将压制成型后的半成品及滚胶好的面毯放入包边设备中,将基材锋利的边缘包裹;
步骤五,附件安装:将后行李箱盖板拉绳、卡口等附件安装;
步骤六,检验:经检验后,装箱入库。

1.一种汽车行李箱盖板的生产工艺,其特征在于,其包括以下步骤:
1)烘温:将纸蜂窝复合板材送入烘箱中进行烘温,所述纸蜂窝复合板材包括作为骨架的蜂窝纸板以及设置于蜂窝纸板上、下面的上加强层和下加强层;
2)压制成型并冲切:将上述烘温半成品送至模具中进行压制成型,模具为冷模且在压制成型后进行冲切;
3)面料滚胶:将面毯进行滚胶,胶水为聚氨酯胶;
4)面料包边:将压制成型后的半成品及滚胶好的面毯放入包边设备中,将基材锋利的边缘包裹;
5)检验:经检验后,装箱入库。
2.如权利要求1所述的汽车行李箱盖板的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤1)中纸蜂窝复合板材的克重为2600g/m2~3500g/m2,厚度为10mm~30mm。
3.如权利要求2所述的汽车行李箱盖板的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤1)中蜂窝纸板的克重为650g/m2~1800g/m2
4.如权利要求3所述的汽车行李箱盖板的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤1)中所述上加强层采用PP和玻纤混合材料制成,其克重为600g/m2~1200g/m2
5.如权利要求4所述的汽车行李箱盖板的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤1)中所述下加强层采用PP和玻纤混合材料制成,其克重为600g/m2~1200g/m2,且所述下加强层的底面还设置有一层无纺布,所述无纺布的克重为100g/m2~300g/m2
6.如权利要求1所述的汽车行李箱盖板的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤1)中烘温后纸蜂窝复合板材的上表面材料温度:160℃~240℃、下表面材料温度为;180℃~260℃,烘温时间为:60s~120s。
7.如权利要求1所述的汽车行李箱盖板的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤2)中成型并冲切压力为:10MPa~20MPa,成型时间:50s~60s。
8.如权利要求1所述的汽车行李箱盖板的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤3)中面毯克重为:150g/m2~450g/m2,材质为PET,胶机温度为10℃~40℃,滚胶量为10g/m2~25g/m2
