本发明涉及一种采用纸蜂窝复合板干法制备汽车行李箱备胎盖板的方法,属于汽车内饰件技术领域。其采用纸蜂窝复合板干法制备汽车行李箱备胎盖板,通过基材烘温、定位、面料铺放、压制成型、附件装配和检查等步骤值得产品。本发明满足了行李箱备胎盖板轻量化、气味性、阻燃等性能指标要求,设计美观整洁,简化了行李箱备胎盖板的生产工艺。

采用纸蜂窝复合板干法制备汽车行李箱备胎盖板的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种采用纸蜂窝复合板干法制备汽车行李箱备胎盖板的方法,属于汽车内饰件技术领域。
背景技术
汽车行李箱备胎盖板是安装在汽车行李舱底部钣金上的装饰件,起到隔热、吸收行驶中部分噪音、承载行李货物和美化行李舱的作用。在越来越追求高性能、环保型、节能型、轻量化、个性化的时代,汽车的内饰与汽车的外形一样,成为人们选购汽车的一个重要因素。因此对汽车内饰件的要求也越来越高。在现有技术中,行李箱备胎盖板的轻量化、高承载性等性能指标成为瓶颈,制约着行李箱备胎盖板的发展。现有行李箱盖板主要存在着以下问题:
1、产品重量高,部分用户尤其是女性用户在拿取行李箱备胎盖板时很费力;
2、行李箱备胎盖板承载性不能满足要求,尤其是以PP蜂窝板、PP木粉板、木胶合板作为基材的产品,在承载后容易出现凹陷变形的问题,影响客户使用;
3、采用两次成型的行李箱备胎盖板,在二次喷胶贴面料工序中大量使用胶水等有机溶液,使产品的气味挥发较大,影响用户的舒适性、甚至是健康安全;
4、行李箱备胎盖板制造工艺复杂等。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足之处,提供一种采用纸蜂窝复合板干法制备汽车行李箱备胎盖板的方法,制备得到的汽车行李箱备胎盖板轻量化、承载性好、无气味、生产工艺简单。
按照本发明提供的技术方案,采用纸蜂窝复合板干法制备汽车行李箱备胎盖板的方法,步骤如下:
(1)基材烘温:将纸蜂窝复合板放在上层,玻纤毡放置在下层形成复合基材,将复合基材放到自动烘温网链上送入烘箱中进行烘温软化;基材表面温度要求为130-150℃,烘温时间为90-110s;
(2)定位:将步骤(1)烘温所得的基材由网链将输送到模具中定位;
(3)面料铺放:取面料平整地铺放在已经放置在模具中的复合基材上,面料与纸蜂窝复合板层互相接触;
(4)压制成型:面料铺放完成后启动压机下压闭合模具,设定模具压力为8-12MPa,压制成型时间为30-50s;模具周边轮廓设计为刀口形式,产品压制时直接将边缘轮廓及装配孔位冲切成型;
(5)附件装配:将步骤(4)压制成型后的产品从模具中取出,安装拉绳扣,形成成品汽车行李箱备胎盖板;
(6)检查:对步骤(5)所得汽车行李箱备胎盖板成品进行质量检查,贴上合格标签包装入库。
所述纸蜂窝复合板自上至下依次为胶膜、PP和玻纤毡混纺层、纸蜂窝板、PP和玻纤毡混纺层、胶膜、无纺布底布。
所述胶膜克重为40-50g/m2;PP和玻纤毡混纺层克重为800-850g/m2;纸蜂窝板克重为1000-1400g/m2;无纺布底布克重为90-120g/m2
所述面料材质为针刺涤纶绒毯。
本发明的有益效果:本发明解决了行李箱备胎盖板轻量化、气味性、阻燃等性能指标要求,满足了美观整洁的设计要求,还简化了行李箱备胎盖板的生产工艺。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
实施例1 生产捷豹路虎X261行李箱备胎盖板
其外部尺寸规格为:长1090mm×宽925mm。具体步骤如下:
(1)基材烘温:将纸蜂窝复合板放在上层,玻纤毡放置在下层形成复合基材,将复合基材放到自动烘温网链上送入烘箱中进行烘温软化;基材表面温度要求为130℃,烘温时间为110s;
(2)定位:将步骤(1)烘温所得的基材由网链将输送到模具中定位;
(3)面料铺放:取面料平整地铺放在已经放置在模具中的复合基材上,面料与纸蜂窝复合板层互相接触;
(4)压制成型:面料铺放完成后启动压机下压闭合模具,设定模具压力为10MPa,压制成型时间为40s;模具周边轮廓设计为刀口形式,产品压制时直接将边缘轮廓及装配孔位冲切成型;
(5)附件装配:将步骤(4)压制成型后的产品从模具中取出,安装拉绳扣,形成成品汽车行李箱备胎盖板;
(6)检查:对步骤(5)所得汽车行李箱备胎盖板成品进行质量检查,贴上合格标签包装入库。
所述纸蜂窝复合板自上至下依次为胶膜、PP和玻纤毡混纺层、纸蜂窝板、PP和玻纤毡混纺层、胶膜、无纺布底布。
所述胶膜克重为40g/m2;PP和玻纤毡混纺层克重为800g/m2;纸蜂窝板克重为1000g/m2;无纺布底布克重为90g/m2
实验性能:阻燃性能按照ISO3795标准进行测试后,燃烧速度<80mm/min;产品承载性能试验按照捷豹路虎STJLR.51.5225标准,在环境循环试验过程中加入55KG重物,产品变形量≤15mm;产品气味性要求满足捷豹路虎TPJLR.52.458标准要求≤3级。
重量比较:传统PU喷涂纸蜂窝板工艺生产的行李箱备胎盖板重量约在5KG,本材料工艺生产的行李箱备胎盖板重量约在3KG,较传统工艺的产品轻2KG。
实施例2
(1)基材烘温:将纸蜂窝复合板放在上层,玻纤毡放置在下层形成复合基材,将复合基材放到自动烘温网链上送入烘箱中进行烘温软化;基材表面温度要求为150℃,烘温时间为90s;
(2)定位:将步骤(1)烘温所得的基材由网链将输送到模具中定位;
(3)面料铺放:取面料平整地铺放在已经放置在模具中的复合基材上,面料与纸蜂窝复合板层互相接触;
(4)压制成型:面料铺放完成后启动压机下压闭合模具,设定模具压力为8MPa,压制成型时间为50s;模具周边轮廓设计为刀口形式,产品压制时直接将边缘轮廓及装配孔位冲切成型;
(5)附件装配:将步骤(4)压制成型后的产品从模具中取出,安装拉绳扣,形成成品汽车行李箱备胎盖板;
(6)检查:对步骤(5)所得汽车行李箱备胎盖板成品进行质量检查,贴上合格标签包装入库。
所述纸蜂窝复合板自上至下依次为胶膜、PP和玻纤毡混纺层、纸蜂窝板、PP和玻纤毡混纺层、胶膜、无纺布底布。
所述胶膜克重为50g/m2;PP和玻纤毡混纺层克重为850g/m2;纸蜂窝板克重为1400g/m2;无纺布底布克重为120g/m2
实施例3
(1)基材烘温:将纸蜂窝复合板放在上层,玻纤毡放置在下层形成复合基材,将复合基材放到自动烘温网链上送入烘箱中进行烘温软化;基材表面温度要求为140℃,烘温时间为100s;
(2)定位:将步骤(1)烘温所得的基材由网链将输送到模具中定位;
(3)面料铺放:取面料平整地铺放在已经放置在模具中的复合基材上,面料与纸蜂窝复合板层互相接触;
(4)压制成型:面料铺放完成后启动压机下压闭合模具,设定模具压力为12MPa,压制成型时间为30s;模具周边轮廓设计为刀口形式,产品压制时直接将边缘轮廓及装配孔位冲切成型;
(5)附件装配:将步骤(4)压制成型后的产品从模具中取出,安装拉绳扣,形成成品汽车行李箱备胎盖板;
(6)检查:对步骤(5)所得汽车行李箱备胎盖板成品进行质量检查,贴上合格标签包装入库。
所述纸蜂窝复合板自上至下依次为胶膜、PP和玻纤毡混纺层、纸蜂窝板、PP和玻纤毡混纺层、胶膜、无纺布底布。
所述胶膜克重为45g/m2;PP和玻纤毡混纺层克重为825g/m2;纸蜂窝板克重为1200g/m2;无纺布底布克重为110g/m2

Claims (4)

1.采用纸蜂窝复合板干法制备汽车行李箱备胎盖板的方法,其特征是步骤如下:
(1)基材烘温:将纸蜂窝复合板放在上层,玻纤毡放置在下层形成复合基材,将复合基材放到自动烘温网链上送入烘箱中进行烘温软化;基材表面温度要求为130-150℃,烘温时间为90-110s;
(2)定位:将步骤(1)烘温所得的基材由网链将输送到模具中定位;
(3)面料铺放:取面料平整地铺放在已经放置在模具中的复合基材上,面料与纸蜂窝复合板层互相接触;
(4)压制成型:面料铺放完成后启动压机下压闭合模具,设定模具压力为8-12MPa,压制成型时间为30-50s;模具周边轮廓设计为刀口形式,产品压制时直接将边缘轮廓及装配孔位冲切成型;
(5)附件装配:将步骤(4)压制成型后的产品从模具中取出,安装拉绳扣,形成成品汽车行李箱备胎盖板;
(6)检查:对步骤(5)所得汽车行李箱备胎盖板成品进行质量检查,贴上合格标签包装入库。
