Abstract

本发明公开了一种双压边的PP蜂窝板行李箱备胎盖板及其生产方法,其特点是,由骨架层(2)和复合于骨架层外表的面层无纺布(1)和背层无纺布(3)复合及压边粘接,所述的面层无纺布(1)和背层无纺布(3)为双压边复合粘接,所述的骨架层(2)为PP蜂窝板,所述的面层无纺布(1)和背层无纺布(3)均为复合有易与PP材质粘接的热熔胶粉的无纺布;所述的骨架层(2)背面的背层无纺布(3)上设减震垫(4);其生产工艺依次包括骨架层冲切、加热复合压边、冷却定型、半成品冲切、成品制作五个步骤;采用在PP蜂窝板背层复合无纺布并与面层无纺布进行双压边粘接的工艺,可以增加产品的强度、提高产品的刚性,降低产品的重量及整车噪音,满足了汽车行业轻量化、环保、美观的要求。

一种双压边的PP蜂窝板行李箱备胎盖板及其生产方法
技术领域:
本发明涉及车辆内饰产品加工生产技术领域,具体地讲是一种双压边的PP蜂窝板行李箱备胎盖板及其生产方法。
背景技术:
众所周知,行李箱备胎盖板广泛应用于汽车内饰领域,是汽车内饰产品的重要组成部分,承担着遮盖备胎、承载重物、装饰行李箱的重要作用。现有的行李箱备胎盖板,骨架有木纤维板、PP木粉板、PHC蜂窝纸涂胶板等几种,以上几种骨架材料存在以下不足或缺陷,如木纤维板重量大,易吸潮发霉变形;PP木粉板气味大,强度低,刚性差,VOC指标难以满足要求;PHC蜂窝纸涂胶板投资大,成本高,重量大。
现有的行李箱备胎盖板生产方法有如下几种:1、面层无纺布与骨架层,通过人工喷/涂/刷胶进行复合粘接,此工艺用到的溶剂胶气味大,不环保,污染环境,危害员工身体健康,且人工涂胶不均匀,产品质量不稳定,生产效率低,无压边,边界断面外露,容易破损且不美观;2、面层无纺布与骨架层,用成型压机进行模压成型,此工艺投资大,能耗高;3、面层无纺布与PHC骨架层手工涂胶包边,此工艺成本高,重量大,溶剂胶气味易超标,人工涂胶不均匀,产品质量不稳定,生产效率低。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是克服上述已有技术的不足,而提供一种双压边的PP蜂窝板行李箱备胎盖板。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种双压边的PP蜂窝板行李箱备胎盖板的生产方法。
本发明主要解决现有工艺人工喷胶复合面料生产效率低、气味易超标、PP蜂窝板产品尺寸稳定性和粘接牢固性差、无法实现上下面料双压边等问题。
本发明的技术方案是:一种双压边的PP蜂窝板行李箱备胎盖板,其特殊之处在于,由骨架层和复合于骨架层外表的面层无纺布和背层无纺布复合及压边粘接,所述的面层无纺布和背层无纺布为双压边复合粘接,所述的骨架层为PP蜂窝板,所述的面层无纺布和背层无纺布均为复合有易与PP材质粘接的热熔胶粉的无纺布;所述的骨架层背面的背层无纺布上设减震垫。
本发明的一种双压边的PP蜂窝板行李箱备胎盖板的生产方法,其特殊之处在于,包括以下工艺步骤:
a蜂窝板冲切:将PP蜂窝板放置在冲切刀具上,用四柱裁断机按照设计要求的尺寸冲切好;
b加热复合压边:将均复合有易与PP蜂窝板粘接的热熔胶粉的面层无纺布和背层无纺布分别挂好后,把冲切后的PP蜂窝板放到下加热板的凹槽内,在加热温度为130~230℃,保压时间为40~60s的条件下,闭合加热粘接工装,完成三种材料的复合及压边粘接;加热粘接工装的上下加热板由N个加热区组成,每个加热区由单独的温控系进行控制;
c冷却定型:将上述复合的材料立即放到冷却定型工装内,蜂窝板造型面完全放置在下板凹槽内,在冷却温度为15~25℃,保压时间为50~70s的条件下,闭合工装,达到设定的时间后打开工装取出产品;
d半成品冲切:将上述定型好的半成品用冲切刀模在四柱裁断机上完成冲切;
e成品制作:在上述的半成品背面粘接减震垫附件,即为双压边的PP蜂窝板行李箱备胎盖板成品。
本发明所述的一种双压边的PP蜂窝板行李箱备胎盖板及其生产方法与已有技术相比具有突出的实质性特点和显著进步:1、采用双压边工艺,不是常规的包边,解决了蜂窝板边界断面外露,容易破损且不美观的缺陷;2、用带有易与PP材质粘合的胶粉进行粘接,解决了PP材质不易粘接的难题,保证了粘接的牢固性,满足了产品高低温试验的要求;3、把以往喷胶、加热、人工复合三道工序优化为加热复合一道工序,减少了操作人员数量,节省了劳动力,提高了产品生产的效率及稳定性;4、采用热熔胶粉进行高温复合粘接PP蜂窝板,减少了车间环境污染,也保证产品没有挥发性有害物质,满足汽车行业的VOC及环保要求;5、对PP蜂窝板材料进行双压边处理,达到了类似产品用压机模压成型的效果;6、双压边工艺,也解决了装配中和车钣金配合容易出现漏缝的问题及摩擦易产生震动噪音的问题;7、PP蜂窝板骨架与其他骨架材料相比质量轻,满足了汽车行业对零部件轻量化的要求。

具体实施方式:
为了更好地理解本发明,下面结合附图给出具体实施例详细说明本发明;所举实施例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限制本发明的范围。
实施例1,采用PP蜂窝板作为骨架层2,将PP蜂窝板放置在冲切刀具上,用四柱裁断机按照设计要求的尺寸冲切好;然后用加热工装进行粘接,将均复合有易与PP蜂窝板粘接的热熔胶粉的面层无纺布1和背层无纺布3分别挂好后,把冲切好的PP蜂窝板放到下加热板凹槽内,在加热温度为180℃,保压时间为50s的条件下,闭合加热粘接工装,完成三种材料的复合及压边粘接,此时面层无纺布1和背层无纺布3为双压边复合粘接;此处的上下加热板可由N个加热区组成,每个加热区由单独的温控系进行控制,多区加热易于控制温度的一致性,保证了产品压边均匀不开裂;将上述复合的材料立即放到冷却定型工装内,保证蜂窝板造型面完全放置在下板凹槽内,在冷却温度20℃,保压时间为60s的条件下,闭合工装,达到设定的时间后打开工装取出产品;将上述定型好的半成品用冲切刀模在四柱裁断机上完成冲切;最后在上述的半成品背面粘接减震垫附件4,即为双压边的PP蜂窝板行李箱备胎盖板成品。
实施例2,同实施例1,不同之处是,加热复合压边时,在加热温度为130℃,保压时间为60s的条件下,闭合加热粘接工装,完成三种材料的复合及压边粘接;冷却定型时,在冷却温度15℃,保压时间为50s的条件下,闭合工装,达到设定的时间后打开工装取出产品。
实施例3,同实施例1,不同之处是,加热复合压边时,在加热温度为230℃,保压时间为40s的条件下,闭合加热粘接工装,完成三种材料的复合及压边粘接;冷却定型时,在冷却温度25℃,保压时间为70s的条件下,闭合工装,达到设定的时间后打开工装取出产品。
以上实施例制得的行李箱备胎盖板具有外形美观、重量轻、无气味、安全环保、隔音降噪等特点,是一种理想的行李箱内饰产品。

1.一种双压边的PP蜂窝板行李箱备胎盖板,其特征在于,由骨架层(2)和复合于骨架层外表的面层无纺布(1)和背层无纺布(3)复合及压边粘接,所述的面层无纺布(1)和背层无纺布(3)为双压边复合粘接,所述的骨架层(2)为PP蜂窝板,所述的面层无纺布(1)和背层无纺布(3)均为复合有易与PP材质粘接的热熔胶粉的无纺布;所述的骨架层(2)背面的背层无纺布(3)上设减震垫(4);其生产方法,包括以下工艺步骤:将PP蜂窝板放置在冲切刀具上,用四柱裁断机按照设计要求的尺寸冲切好;将均复合有易与PP蜂窝板粘接的热熔胶粉的面层无纺布和背层无纺布分别挂好后,把冲切后的PP蜂窝板放到下加热板的凹槽内,在加热温度为130~230℃,保压时间为40~60s的条件下,闭合加热粘接工装,完成三种材料的复合及压边粘接,此时面层无纺布和背层无纺布为双压边复合粘接;加热粘接工装的上下加热板由N个加热区组成,每个加热区由单独的温控系进行控制;将上述复合的材料立即放到冷却定型工装内,蜂窝板造型面完全放置在下板凹槽内,在冷却温度为15~25℃,保压时间为50~70s的条件下,闭合工装,达到设定的时间后打开工装取出产品;将上述定型好的半成品用冲切刀模在四柱裁断机上完成冲切;在上述的半成品背面粘接减震垫附件,即为双压边的PP蜂窝板行李箱备胎盖板成品。
2.权利要求书1所述的一种双压边的PP蜂窝板行李箱备胎盖板的生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下工艺步骤:
a蜂窝板冲切:将PP蜂窝板放置在冲切刀具上,用四柱裁断机按照设计要求的尺寸冲切好;
b加热复合压边:将均复合有易与PP蜂窝板粘接的热熔胶粉的面层无纺布和背层无纺布分别挂好后,把冲切后的PP蜂窝板放到下加热板的凹槽内,在加热温度为130~230℃,保压时间为40~60s的条件下,闭合加热粘接工装,完成三种材料的复合及压边粘接,此时面层无纺布和背层无纺布为双压边复合粘接;加热粘接工装的上下加热板由N个加热区组成,每个加热区由单独的温控系进行控制;
c冷却定型:将上述复合的材料立即放到冷却定型工装内,蜂窝板造型面完全放置在下板凹槽内,在冷却温度为15~25℃,保压时间为50~70s的条件下,闭合工装,达到设定的时间后打开工装取出产品;
d半成品冲切:将上述定型好的半成品用冲切刀模在四柱裁断机上完成冲切;
e成品制作:在上述的半成品背面粘接减震垫附件,即为双压边的PP蜂窝板行李箱备胎盖板成品。
