本实用新型提供一种改进工艺制得的新型汽车顶棚内饰板部件,由以聚合物基麻纤维复合材料为基板、外表面具有面饰层、内侧塑料嵌件构成,其特征在于,通过一次模压成型制得,面饰层与基板间、塑料嵌件与基板间无胶层。本实用新型一次完成热压成型、切边、嵌件粘接工艺,缩减了基板涂胶、基板与表皮复合、复合产品切边、附件涂胶粘接等传统工艺过程,大大简化了聚合物基麻纤维复合材料纤维板生产汽车内饰件的生产工艺,提高了生产效率,并增强了表皮材料与聚合物基麻纤维复合材料纤维板的复合强度,同时提高了环保性能。

本实用新型涉及一种汽车顶棚内饰板部件。 
背景技术
随着人们保护环境、节约能源、性价比等意识的不断增强,对汽车及汽车内饰的要求越来越高,市场竞争越来越激烈。顾客对高性价比、环保产品的追求给主机厂和各配套企业提出了更高的要求。既要使产品满足顾客的要求,又要使产品成本最小化。内饰材料的轻量化,环保化,低噪音化,高强度化已经成为一种趋势,在同等材料同等加工质量下改变加工工艺成为最有效最直接的方法。目前,以聚合物基麻纤维复合材料纤维板制作的汽车内饰板件,如门板、A、B、C、D柱饰板、左右侧围饰板、顶棚饰板、行李箱饰板等的生产工艺过程是:聚合物基麻纤维复合材料纤维板模压成型、成型件喷胶、贴覆表皮材料、切边、嵌件刷胶、嵌件与模压件粘接。因此,该产品结构均由面层、胶层、基板层、胶层和基板内侧塑料嵌件构成,即在基板与面层之间、基板与塑料嵌件之间均以胶层来粘合。用这种工艺生产工序繁多,所需人力物力资源大,节拍慢,成本高,喷胶及刷胶过程易造成环境污染。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于为克服目前生产汽车内饰件存在的工序繁多、成本高、易造成环境污染等缺点,提供一种改进工艺制得的新型汽车顶棚内饰板部件。 
本实用新型汽车顶棚内饰板部件,由以聚合物基麻纤维复合材料为基板、外表面具有面饰层、内侧塑料嵌件构成,其特征在于,通过一次模压成型制 得,面饰层与基板间、塑料嵌件与基板间无胶层。 
本实用新型汽车顶棚内饰板部件按如下工艺方法制备: 
a. 将面料装卡于上模下端;将塑料嵌件置于下模中,其与基板的贴合面突出于下模型表面; 
b. 分别将聚合物基麻纤维复合毡料加热至塑化状态、塑料嵌件的贴合面加热至熔融状态,立即将加热后的聚合物基麻纤维复合毡料铺覆在下模具上进行复合加压成型,脱模,即获得以聚合物基麻纤维复合材料为基板,在其外表面具有面饰层、内侧具有塑料嵌件的集成内饰板件。 
显而易见,按上述方法同样可适用于制备其他类似的汽车内饰板部件。 
本实用新型汽车顶棚内饰板部件的生产,将传统的多工序变为单工序生产,一次完成热压成型、切边、嵌件粘接工艺,缩减了基板涂胶、基板与表皮复合、复合产品切边、附件涂胶粘接等传统工艺过程,大大简化了聚合物基麻纤维复合材料纤维板生产汽车内饰件的生产工艺,提高了生产效率,并增强了表皮材料与聚合物基麻纤维复合材料纤维板的复合强度,同时提高了环保性能。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图给出的实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细说明。 
实施例1 
本实用新型汽车顶棚内饰板部件的制备。 
如图5所示,a. 将作为面饰层2的面料装卡于上模1下端;将塑料嵌件4置于下模5中,其与基板的贴合面突出于下模型表面; 
b. 将聚合物基麻纤维复合毡料3在板式加热机上加热,加热板温度控制在170~250℃、加热时间为50~200秒,加热至塑化状态;将塑料嵌件的贴合面用电热器非接触式加热,电热器温度为280~350 ℃、加热时间为为80~100秒,加热至熔融状态;立即将加热后的聚合物基麻纤维复合毡料铺覆在下模具上进行复合加压成型,压力为20~30kg/cm2、保压时间为30~50秒,脱模后即获得如图1、2和图3、4所示的以聚合物基麻纤维复合材料为基板,在其外表面具有面饰层、内侧具有塑料嵌件的顶棚集成内饰板部件。 
所述的面饰层2采用无纺布、织物面料、PVC材料或TPO材料。

1.一种汽车顶棚内饰板部件,由以聚合物基麻纤维复合材料为基板、外表面具有面饰层、内侧塑料嵌件构成,其特征在于,通过一次模压成型制得,面饰层与基板间、塑料嵌件与基板间无胶层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车顶棚内饰板部件,其特征在于所述的面饰层为无纺布、织物面料、PVC材料或TPO材料。
