本发明公开了技术解决方案是:提供一种以下结构的隔音蜂窝型汽车备胎盖板材料,它包括用作基板层的蜂窝板,蜂窝板的上下两面均设有用作过渡层的PP‑GF复合板材,上PP‑GF复合板材上设有用作包覆层的地毯,下PP‑GF复合板材的下面设有用作隔音层的隔音毡,上述各层之间经螺钉现行预固定,再经粘接层粘接固定;可以载荷大、隔音降噪效果好、轻量化。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车内饰件的生产领域,尤其涉及一种隔音蜂窝型汽车备胎盖板材料。
背景技术
汽车内饰件一般安装于汽车车身内部,起到美化、防护、以及隔音吸音等作用。在越来越追求高性能、环保型、节能型、轻量化、个性化的时代,汽车的内饰与汽车的性能一样,越来越得到人们的关注了。因此对汽车内饰件的要求也越来越高。在现有技术中,备胎盖板的质量轻、价格高、气味和VOC等性能指标成为瓶颈,制约着备胎盖板的发展。
现有备胎盖板多数采用PET压制成型,喷胶贴合面料,其缺点是:表面柔软、需要支撑性板材较多和VOC无法达标等,不能满足某些汽车对备胎盖板的高性能要求。
同时,应用实践过程中发现常见的汽车备胎盖板材料大多采用硬质纤维板胶粘复合地毯冲裁成型、PP木粉板复合面料热压成型等材料和生产工艺进行制作的,这种,汽车备胎盖板材料比较重、受高温易变形,而且使用时的隔音降噪效果不好,承载能力也有限,因此,随着汽车材料技术的发展及汽车消费者理念的不断变化和成熟,目前常见的汽车备胎盖板材料已不能满足汽车厂家及消费者对汽车的耐久性、安全性、舒适性、环保性和经济性等方面的要求。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种隔音蜂窝型汽车备胎盖板材料,其重量轻,节省材料气味和VOC性能好,更加环保,同时可以载荷大、隔音降噪效果好、轻量化。
为了实现上述技术目的,本发明采取如下技术方案:一种隔音蜂窝型汽车备胎盖板材料,包括用作基板层的蜂窝板,蜂窝板的上下两面均设有用作过渡层的PP-GF复合板材,上PP-GF复合板材上设有用作包覆层的地毯,下PP-GF复合板材的下面设有用作隔音层的隔音毡;
上述盖板材料的加包工步骤包括有:
(1)将上述各层之间通过螺钉进行粘接前的固定初步成复合面毯。
(2)面毯斩切处理:将复合面毯用斩刀模斩切,切割成所需形状;
(3)加固喷胶贴合:将步骤(1)所得切割后的复合面毯和PP中空板喷涂粘胶进行贴合,经热压制成型得到半成品,保压时间80-90s,成型压力6-8MPa;
(4)水刀切割:将步骤(3)压制成型好的半成品进行水刀切割,切割水压控制在
40000-50000psi,切割气压控制在0.6-0.8MPa;
(5)检验:经检验合格后,装箱入库。
作为改进,隔音毡的下面设有PET无纺布层;
进一步的,步骤(1)中所述复合面毯由PET、PP和木粉复合而成。步骤(2)中所述胶水为601胶水。
本发明的技术特点和效果为:
本发明采用PP中空板代替了PP木粉板,使汽车备胎盖板的气味和VOC等性能能够满足性能指标,减少了支撑性板材的用量,节约了耗材,降低了成本,同时结构比较简单,制造成本比较低,蜂窝板材质轻且具有较好的强度,因此该备胎盖板具有较大的载荷量,使用专用的隔音材料隔音毡,可以大幅提高整体的隔音效果,可以起到比较理想的隔音效果,PET无纺布层可以起到对隔音毡的保护作用,在使用时也可以起到装饰作。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
下面本发明将结合实施例作进一步描述:
实施例1
隔音蜂窝型汽车备胎盖板材料,包括用作基板层的蜂窝板1,蜂窝板1的上下两面均粘接用作过渡层的PP-GF复合板材2,上PP-GF复合板材2上粘接用作包覆层的地毯3,下PP-GF复合板材的下面粘接用作隔音层的隔音毡4,地毯3可以选择针刺地毯或者簇绒地毯;
备胎盖板的生产工艺步骤如下:
(1)将上述各层之间通过螺钉进行粘接前的固定初步成复合面毯。
(2)面毯斩切处理:将复合面毯用斩刀模斩切,切割成所需形状;
(3)加固喷胶贴合:将步骤(1)所得切割后的复合面毯和PP中空板喷涂粘胶进行贴合,每块备胎盖板喷胶量为70-90g,压制成型得到半成品,保压时间70s,成型压力8MPa;
(4)水刀切割:将步骤(2)压制成型好的半成品进行水刀切割,切割水压控制在40000psi,切割气压控制在0.8MPa;
(5)检验:经检验后,表面无破损、色差、污点,产品无变形,装箱入库。
步骤(1)中所述复合面毯由PET、PP和木粉复合而成。步骤(2)中所述胶水为601胶水。
实施例2
隔音蜂窝型汽车备胎盖板材料,包括用作基板层的蜂窝板1,蜂窝板1的上下两面均粘接用作过渡层的PP-GF复合板材2,上PP-GF复合板材2上粘接用作包覆层的地毯3,下PP-GF复合板材的下面粘接用作隔音层的隔音毡4,地毯3可以选择针刺地毯或者簇绒地毯;
胎盖板的生产工艺步骤如下:
(1)将上述各层之间通过螺钉进行粘接前的固定初步成复合面毯。
(2)面毯斩切处理:将复合面毯用斩刀模斩切,切割成所需形状;
(3)加固喷胶贴合:将步骤(1)所得切割后的复合面毯和PP中空板喷涂粘胶进行贴合,每块备胎盖板喷胶量为70-90g,压制成型得到半成品,保压时间90s,成型压力6MPa;
(4)水刀切割:将步骤(2)压制成型好的半成品进行水刀切割,切割水压控制在50000psi,切割气压控制在0.6MPa;
(5)检验:经检验后,表面无破损、色差、污点,产品无变形,装箱入库。
步骤(1)中所述复合面毯由PET、PP和木粉复合而成。步骤(2)中所述胶水为601胶水。
实施例3
隔音蜂窝型汽车备胎盖板材料,包括用作基板层的蜂窝板1,蜂窝板1的上下两面均粘接用作过渡层的PP-GF复合板材2,上PP-GF复合板材2上粘接用作包覆层的地毯3,下PP-GF复合板材的下面粘接用作隔音层的隔音毡4,地毯3可以选择针刺地毯或者簇绒地毯;
备胎盖板的生产工艺步骤如下:
(1)将上述各层之间通过螺钉进行粘接前的固定初步成复合面毯。
(2)面毯斩切处理:将复合面毯用斩刀模斩切,切割成所需形状;
(3)加固喷胶贴合:将步骤(1)所得切割后的复合面毯和PP中空板喷涂粘胶进行贴合,每块备胎盖板喷胶量为70-90g,压制成型得到半成品,保压时间85s,成型压力7MPa;
(3)水刀切割:将步骤(2)压制成型好的半成品进行水刀切割,切割水压控制在
45000psi,切割气压控制在0.7MPa;
(4)检验:经检验后,表面无破损、色差、污点,产品无变形,装箱入库。
步骤(1)中所述复合面毯由PET、PP和木粉复合而成。步骤(2)中所述胶水为601胶水。

1.一种隔音蜂窝型汽车备胎盖板材料,其特征在于:其包括用作基板层的蜂窝板(1),所述蜂窝板(1)的上下两面均设有用作过渡层的PP-GF复合板材(2),上PP-GF复合板材(2)上设有用作覆层的地毯(3),下PP-GF复合板材的下面设有用作隔音层的隔音毡(4);
上述盖板材料的加包工步骤包括有:
(1)将上述各层之间通过螺钉进行粘接前的固定初步成复合面毯。
(2)面毯斩切处理:将复合面毯用斩刀模斩切,切割成所需形状;
(3)加固喷胶贴合:将步骤(1)所得切割后的复合面毯和PP中空板喷涂粘胶进行贴合,经热压制成型得到半成品,保压时间80-90s,成型压力6-8MPa;
(4)水刀切割:将步骤(3)压制成型好的半成品进行水刀切割,切割水压控制在40000-50000psi,切割气压控制在0.6-0.8MPa;
(5)检验:经检验合格后,装箱入库。
2.按权利要求1所述的一种隔音蜂窝型汽车备胎盖板材料,其特征在于:隔音毡(4)的下面设有PET无纺布层(6)。
3.按权利要求1所述的一种隔音蜂窝型汽车备胎盖板材料,其特征在于:所述螺钉通过自动拍钉装置拍定于盖板材料的边缘位置。
4.按权利要求1所述的一种隔音蜂窝型汽车备胎盖板材料,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中所述粘胶为601胶水。
