Abstract

本发明提供一种新型汽车行李箱盖板及其制备方法,包括EPP发泡层,所述EPP发泡层表面与第一热熔胶膜层复合,背面与第二热熔胶膜层复合;所述第一热熔胶膜层外覆盖表面装饰层;所述第二热熔胶膜层外覆盖底面装饰层。材料完全环保,无任何异味,并且能100%回收,产品轻量化提升50%以上,同时产品的承重能力符合汽车的相关重物承重要求。

一种新型汽车行李箱盖板及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型汽车行李箱盖板及其制备方法。
背景技术
行李箱盖板是为汽车后备箱中的盖板,一般在备胎上面,行李箱盖板不能有任何异响,且能取下或翻动,方便备胎及工具的取出,起到装饰和承重的作用,相关的物品放置在行李箱盖板上。现有技术中的行李箱盖板主要材料为面料复纤维板及面料复PP蜂窝板,具有不环保、材料不能回收、气味不符合要求、产品重量重等缺点。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是一种具有轻量化、承重性能好、环保等优势新型汽车行李箱盖板及其制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种新型汽车行李箱盖板,包括EPP发泡层,所述EPP发泡层表面与第一热熔胶膜层复合,背面与第二热熔胶膜层复合;所述第一热熔胶膜层外覆盖表面装饰层;所述第二热熔胶膜层外覆盖底面装饰层。
优选的,所述第一热熔胶膜层、第二热熔胶膜层为长玻璃纤维增强的热熔胶膜层。
优选的,所述EPP发泡层厚度为5-20mm。
进一步,所述行李箱盖板总厚度为10-25mm。
进一步,所述表面装饰层为无纺布或针刺地毯;克重为200-600g/m2
进一步,所述底面装饰层为针刺无纺布或水刺布或热轧布;克重为60-150g/m2
所述第一热熔胶膜层、第二热熔胶膜层的克重为500-1000g/m2
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种汽车行李箱盖板的制备方法,将成型的EPP发泡片材抛片,将两层热熔胶膜分别正反两面加热到180℃,加热时长至1分钟后,一层热熔胶膜与EPP发泡片材及表面装饰层复合;另一层热熔胶膜与EPP发泡片材及底面装饰层复合;周边进行包边处理。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:本发明行李箱盖板中间为EPP芯材,两边为玻纤加强,轻量化并起到承重作用。材料完全环保,无任何异味,并且能100%回收,产品轻量化提升50%以上,同时产品的承重能力符合汽车的相关重物承重要求。

具体实施方式
实施例1汽车行李箱盖板
一种新型汽车行李箱盖板,包括EPP发泡层3,EPP发泡层3表面与第一热熔胶膜层2复合,背面与第二热熔胶膜层4复合;第一热熔胶膜层2外覆盖表面装饰层1;第二热熔胶膜层4外覆盖底面装饰层5。表面装饰层1为无纺布,底面装饰层5为水刺布。第一热熔胶膜层2、第二热熔胶膜层4为长玻璃纤维增强的热熔胶膜层。EPP发泡层厚度为15mm。行李箱盖板总厚度为20mm。
实施例2汽车行李箱盖板的制备方法
将成型的EPP发泡片材抛片,将两层热熔胶膜分别正反两面加热到180℃,加热时长至1分钟后,一层热熔胶膜与EPP发泡片材及表面装饰层复合;另一层热熔胶膜与EPP发泡片材及底面装饰层复合;周边进行包边处理。

1.一种新型汽车行李箱盖板,其特征在于:包括EPP发泡层,所述EPP发泡层表面与第一热熔胶膜层复合,背面与第二热熔胶膜层复合;所述第一热熔胶膜层外覆盖表面装饰层;所述第二热熔胶膜层外覆盖底面装饰层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的行李箱盖板,其特征在于:所述第一热熔胶膜层、第二热熔胶膜层为长玻璃纤维增强的热熔胶膜层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的行李箱盖板,其特征在于:所述EPP发泡层厚度为5-20mm,发泡倍率为5-15倍。
4.根据权利要求1所述的行李箱盖板,其特征在于:所述行李箱盖板总厚度为10-25mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的行李箱盖板,其特征在于:所述表面装饰层为无纺布或针刺地毯;所述底面装饰层为针刺无纺布或水刺布或热轧布。
6.根据权利要求1所述的行李箱盖板,其特征在于:所述第一热熔胶膜层、第二热熔胶膜层的克重为500-1000g/m2
7.根据权利要求1所述的行李箱盖板,其特征在于:所述表面装饰层的克重为200-600g/m2
8.根据权利要求1所述的行李箱盖板,其特征在于:所述底面装饰层的克重为60-150g/m2
9.一种制备如权利要求1-8任一项所述汽车行李箱盖板的方法,其特征在于:将成型的EPP发泡片材抛片,将两层热熔胶膜分别正反两面加热到180℃,加热时长至1分钟后,一层热熔胶膜与EPP发泡片材及表面装饰层复合;另一层热熔胶膜与EPP发泡片材及底面装饰层复合;周边进行包边处理。
