背景技术
马蹄糕又称荸荠,其色茶黄,层半透明,可折而不裂,撅而不断,软、滑、爽、韧兼备,味极香甜。用马蹄粉制成的马蹄糕因其具有清热消暑,口感清爽,甜而不腻和香味清新等特点,深受广大群众喜爱,是一种广为流传的传统小吃;但传统的马蹄糕成分、口味较单一,色泽暗淡、口感软糯、糖份含量较高易引起甜腻等不适感,且无保健功能或保健功能差。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提出一种口味独特,吃后不易产生甜腻感,且有美容养颜功效的马蹄糕。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:
马蹄糕粉60-90份,绿豆粉14-28份,山楂粉14-28份,苹果汁8-12份,杨桃汁8-12份,蜂蜜20-28份,食用油8-12份,添加剂18-36份,水450-650份;
所述添加剂主要由以下重量份的原料制成:芦荟6-9份,葛根4-7份,杏仁2-5份,枸杞子2-5份,艾草3-6份,灵芝1-4份。
进一步地,所述美容养颜马蹄糕主要由以下重量份的原料制成:马蹄糕粉70-80份,绿豆粉18-24份,山楂粉18-24份,苹果汁10-12份,杨桃汁10-12份,蜂蜜22-24份,食用油10-12份,添加剂24-35份,水500-600份;
所述保健性添加剂主要由以下重量份的原料制成:芦荟7-9份,葛根5-7份,杏仁3-5份,枸杞子3-5,艾草4-6份,灵芝2-4。
进一步地,所述美容养颜马蹄糕主要由以下重量份的原料制成:马蹄糕粉75份,绿豆粉21份,山楂粉21份,苹果汁11份,杨桃汁11份,蜂蜜23份,食用油11份,添加剂30份,水550份;
所述添加剂主要由以下重量份的原料制成:芦荟8份,葛根6份,杏仁4份,枸杞子4,艾草5份,灵芝3。
进一步地,所述苹果汁、杨桃汁是将苹果洗净去皮、杨桃洗净,切小块,放入榨汁机里加入少许温开水榨成汁,之后经过80-100目的滤网过滤2-4次,去除残渣而得到。
进一步地,所述添加剂主要通过以下方法得到:
a.将葛根、杏仁、枸杞子、灵芝,洗净晾干,之后将四者置于烘干箱中干燥后取出放在干燥处自然冷却至室温,再倒入打粉机中机械粉碎后过30目筛,得到混合粉末备用;
b.将芦荟洗净,去皮,用水均匀喷淋1-3分钟,然后进行切块放入榨汁机里榨成汁,榨完后用80-100目的滤网过滤2-4次,去除残渣,得到滤液备用;
c.将艾草洗净,然后置于研砵中,加入适量水,研制成艾草汁,研制完成后用80-100目的滤网过滤2-4次,去除残渣,得到滤液备用;
d.将步骤a所得混合粉末和步骤b及步骤c所得滤液合并,然后搅拌均匀使其成浆状,即得添加剂。
本发明还提供上述美容养颜马蹄糕的制作方法,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)制浆:按上述重量份称取马蹄糕粉、绿豆粉、山楂粉搅拌均匀,加入蜂蜜及1-3倍的水搅拌成浆状,用3层200-300目的医用纱布过滤2-4次,去除残渣粉粒,得到生浆备用;
(2)混合:将制得的苹果汁、杨桃汁和添加剂及步骤(1)的生浆混合搅拌均匀,得到混合物浆糊,备用;
(3)蒸制:将步骤(2)的混合浆糊倒入蒸盘内抹平,将混合浆糊倒入蒸盘前,整盘四周预先刷上一层食用油,所述食用油为橄榄油,之后放入80-100℃的蒸炉中,蒸制15-25分钟至糕体呈透明状,即得到蒸熟的美容养颜马蹄糕;
(4)冷却:将步骤(3)蒸熟的美容养颜马蹄糕冷却至室温,之后切块,灭菌,装袋,抽真空,即得成品。
进一步地,所述的步骤(3)中将混合浆糊倒入蒸盘前,整盘四周预先刷上一层食用油。

本发明中部分原料的相关特性如下:
山楂,又被人们称为山里红,是一种可以食用的植物,果实的果肉薄,味道有些酸涩,含枸橼酸、苹果酸、抗坏血酸、醣和蛋白质、碳水化合物;有降血压,有利健脾行气,散淤化痰,消食磨积,促进胃肠消化的作用,可以保健,美容,经常食用可以软化血管,保护心脏,防治人体坏血病,增强食欲,还具有往痘、美容、抗朽迈的养颜功效。
苹果,其味道酸甜适口,营养丰富,富含果糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖,还含有微量元素锌、钙、磷、铁、钾及维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素C和胡萝卜素等。能够促使积存于人体内的脂肪分解,经常食用苹果汁可以防止肥胖,还能增加血色素,使皮肤变得细白红嫩,还具有利尿美容的功效,可以有助于防止老化。
杨桃,肉厚汁多,果味清甜,有蜜味,含有胡萝卜素,硫胺素、核黄素、尼克酸和抗坏血酸,对肠胃、呼吸系统疾病有一定辅助疗效;其具有清热生津,利水解毒,下气和中,利尿通淋,生津消烦、醒酒、助消化等功效;同时其含有特别多的果酸,能够抑制黑色素的沉淀,能有效的去除或淡化黑斑,并且有保湿的作用,可以让肌肤变得滋润、有光泽,对改善干性或油性肌肤组织也有显著的功效。

(一)制作添加剂:
a.将葛根、杏仁、枸杞子、灵芝,洗净晾干,之后将四者置于烘干箱中干燥后取出放在干燥处自然冷却至室温,再倒入打粉机中机械粉碎后过30目筛,得到混合粉末备用;
b.将芦荟洗净,去皮,用水均匀喷淋1分钟,然后进行切块放入榨汁机里榨成汁,榨完后用80-100目的滤网过滤2次,去除残渣,得到滤液备用;
c.将艾草洗净,然后置于研砵中,加入适量水,研制成艾草汁,研制完成后用80目的滤网过滤2次,去除残渣,得到滤液备用;
d.将步骤a所得混合粉末和步骤b及步骤c所得滤液合并,然后搅拌均匀使其成浆状,即得到添加剂。
(二)制作美容养颜马蹄糕:
(1)制浆:按上述重量份称取马蹄糕粉、绿豆粉、山楂粉搅拌均匀,加入蜂蜜及1倍的水搅拌成浆状,用3层200目的医用纱布过滤2次,去除残渣粉粒,得到生浆备用;
(2)混合:将制得的苹果汁、杨桃汁和添加剂及步骤(1)的生浆混合搅拌均匀,得到混合物浆糊,备用;
(3)蒸制:在蒸盘四周刷上一层橄榄油,之后将步骤(2)的混合浆糊倒入蒸盘内抹平,放入80℃的蒸炉中,蒸制25分钟至糕体呈透明状,即得到蒸熟的美容养颜马蹄糕;
(4)冷却:将步骤(3)蒸熟的美容养颜马蹄糕冷却至室温,之后切块,灭菌,装袋,抽真空,即得成品。
实施例2一种美容养颜马蹄糕,主要由以下重量份的原料制成:马蹄糕粉75份,绿豆粉21份,山楂粉21份,苹果汁11份,杨桃汁11份,蜂蜜23份,食用油11份,添加剂30份,水550份;所述保健性添加剂主要由以下重量份的原料制成:芦荟8份,葛根6份,杏仁4份,枸杞子4,艾草5份,灵芝3。制作方法,包括如下步骤:

实施例3一种美容养颜马蹄糕,主要由以下重量份的原料制成:马蹄糕粉90份,绿豆粉28份,山楂粉28份,苹果汁12份,杨桃汁12份,蜂蜜28份,食用油12份,添加剂36份,水650份;所述添加剂主要由以下重量份的原料制成:芦荟9份,葛根7份,杏仁5份,枸杞子5份,艾草6份,灵芝4份。
(一)制作添加剂:

(1)制浆:按上述重量份称取马蹄糕粉、绿豆粉、山楂粉搅拌均匀,加入蜂蜜及3倍的水搅拌成浆状,用3层300目的医用纱布过滤4次,去除残渣粉粒,得到生浆备用;
(2)混合:将制得的苹果汁、杨桃汁和添加剂及步骤(1)的生浆混合搅拌均匀,得到混合物浆糊,备用;
(3)蒸制:在蒸盘四周刷上一层橄榄油,之后将步骤(2)的混合浆糊倒入蒸盘内抹平,放入100℃的蒸炉中,蒸制15分钟至糕体呈透明状,即得到蒸熟的美容养颜马蹄糕;
(4)冷却:将步骤(3)蒸熟的美容养颜马蹄糕冷却至室温,之后切块,灭菌,装袋,抽真空,即得成品。

(1)制浆:按上述重量份称取马蹄糕粉、绿豆粉、山楂粉搅拌均匀,加入蜂蜜及1-3倍的水搅拌成浆状,用3层200-300目的医用纱布过滤2-4次,去除残渣粉粒,得到生浆备用;
(2)混合:将制得的苹果汁、杨桃汁和添加剂及步骤(1)的生浆混合搅拌均匀,得到混合物浆糊,备用;
(3)蒸制:将步骤(2)的混合浆糊倒入蒸盘内抹平,放入80-100℃的蒸炉中,蒸制15-25分钟至糕体呈透明状,即得到蒸熟的美容养颜马蹄糕;
