s5, sticking bar code labels on the garbage bags for classified delivery, scanning the bar code labels on the garbage bags through a bar code scanning device of a classified garbage can when delivering the garbage bags in a classified mode, identifying garbage type information parts of the bar code labels, opening an electric control lock corresponding to the classification, opening an opening/closing part corresponding to a cover plate, and correctly placing the garbage bags in a separate box;
s6, when the cleaners recycle the garbage, scanning bar code labels of garbage bags in the classified garbage cans by using special code scanning equipment for the cleaners, obtaining user personal information and garbage type information associated with the bar code labels, checking whether each garbage in the garbage bags is classified correctly (such as purchasing special degradable environment-friendly garbage bags of the integrated shopping device, facilitating the cleaners to check due to the transparent shape), inputting checking results into the special code scanning equipment for the cleaners, uploading the checking results to a remote server through the special code scanning equipment for the cleaners, and updating user points and cleaner industry points;
s7, after the user obtains the points, logging in the user mobile terminal, the user PC end or the garbage classification terminal, the user mobile terminal, the user PC end or the garbage classification terminal can inquire the point information of the user, the points can be converted into corresponding commodities in a point mall or an integrated shopping device of the garbage classification terminal, and discount coupons, cash coupons and the like can be converted through the points so as to correspond to the consumption behaviors in daily life.
