本发明涉及菜籽油加工技术领域,尤其是一种调和菜籽油的榨取方法,将油菜籽清洗干净,并在40‑50℃的风中风干,至含水量在3‑4%;然后将油菜籽、花生、核桃按10:2:1的质量比放入榨油机榨油,将得到的油放入容器内,同时加入白醋,白醋的量与油质量的1/20,持续搅拌20‑30min;静置使油与白醋分离,得到调和菜籽油包装即可。本发明所得到的一种调和菜籽油的榨取方法,通过多种原料的配比再进行榨取,能充分的将油混合均匀,而且利用白醋的混合,能充分的使多种油混合均匀,提高保存周期。

技术领域
本发明涉及菜籽油加工技术领域,尤其是一种调和菜籽油的榨取方法。
背景技术
目前对于菜籽油的加工基本就是将油菜籽经过榨油机榨取,得到菜籽油。这类菜籽油的香味度等一般,而且营养成份单一。而人们对于油类中营养成份需求较多,普通的菜籽油已经无法满足人们的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种营养成份丰富,香味浓郁的调和菜籽油的榨取方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所设计的一种调和菜籽油的榨取方法,将油菜籽清洗干净,并在40-50℃的风中风干,至含水量在3-4%;然后将油菜籽、花生、核桃按10:2:1的质量比放入榨油机榨油,将得到的油放入容器内,同时加入白醋,白醋的量与油质量的1/20,持续搅拌20-30min;静置使油与白醋分离,得到调和菜籽油包装即可。
本发明所得到的一种调和菜籽油的榨取方法,通过多种原料的配比再进行榨取,能充分的将油混合均匀,而且利用白醋的混合,能充分的使多种油混合均匀,提高保存周期。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例1:
本实施例描述的一种调和菜籽油的榨取方法,将油菜籽清洗干净,并在45℃的风中风干,至含水量在3.5%;然后将油菜籽、花生、核桃按10:2:1的质量比放入榨油机榨油,将得到的油放入容器内,同时加入白醋,白醋的量与油质量的1/20,持续搅拌25min;静置使油与白醋分离,得到调和菜籽油包装即可。
实施例2:
本实施例描述的一种调和菜籽油的榨取方法,将油菜籽清洗干净,并在48℃的风中风干,至含水量在3.8%;然后将油菜籽、花生、核桃按10:2:1的质量比放入榨油机榨油,将得到的油放入容器内,同时加入白醋,白醋的量与油质量的1/20,持续搅拌22min;静置使油与白醋分离,得到调和菜籽油包装即可。

1.一种调和菜籽油的榨取方法,其特征是:将油菜籽清洗干净,并在40-50℃的风中风干,至含水量在3-4%;然后将油菜籽、花生、核桃按10:2:1的质量比放入榨油机榨油,将得到的油放入容器内,同时加入白醋,白醋的量与油质量的1/20,持续搅拌20-30min;静置使油与白醋分离,得到调和菜籽油包装即可。
