本发明涉及食品技术领域,具体涉及一种桑葚布丁。
背景技术
桑葚,为桑科落叶乔木桑树的成熟果实,味甜汁多,酸甜适口,是人们常食的水果之一。桑葚汁浓似蜜,甜酸清香,营养丰富,所以桑葚又被称为“民间圣果”。桑葚味甘、性寒,具生津止渴、补肝益肾、滋阴补血、明目安神、黑发、利关节、醒酒等功效。桑葚含有丰富的活性蛋白、维生素、氨基酸、胡萝卜素、矿物质、葡萄糖、蔗糖、果糖、鞣质、苹果酸、钙、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素C、尼克酸等成分,其营养是苹果的5~6倍,是葡萄的4倍。

针对上述,本发明旨在提供一种桑葚布丁。
本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种桑葚布丁,由以下重量份原料制备而成:桑葚果酱100-200份、桑葚50-100份、鲜牛奶50-100份、淡奶油20-30份、吉利丁片3-5份、白砂糖15-25份、薄荷粉1-2份。
优选地,所述的桑葚布丁,由以下重量份原料制备而成:桑葚果酱150份、桑葚75份、鲜牛奶75份、淡奶油25份、吉利丁片4份、白砂糖20份、薄荷粉1.5份。
上述桑葚布丁的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将吉利丁片用凉开水泡软,沥干,隔水加热溶化搅拌均匀备用;
(2)将鲜牛奶倒入容器中,加热至50-60℃,倒入桑葚果酱、淡奶油,搅拌均匀,再加入步骤(1)的吉利丁片、白砂糖,隔热水慢慢搅拌均匀,得桑葚布丁液;
(3)取步骤(2)的桑葚布丁液,加入桑葚、薄荷粉,放入冷冻室,在0-3℃下,冷却1-2小时,即得桑葚布丁。

一种桑葚布丁,由以下重量份原料制备而成:桑葚果酱150份、桑葚75份、鲜牛奶75份、淡奶油25份、吉利丁片4份、白砂糖20份、薄荷粉1.5份。

一种桑葚布丁,由以下重量份原料制备而成:桑葚果酱200份、桑葚100份、鲜牛奶100份、淡奶油30份、吉利丁片5份、白砂糖25份、薄荷粉2份。

实施例1-3所述的桑葚布丁的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将吉利丁片用凉开水泡软,沥干,隔水加热溶化搅拌均匀备用;
(2)将鲜牛奶倒入容器中,加热至50-60℃,倒入桑葚果酱、淡奶油,搅拌均匀,再加入步骤(1)的吉利丁片、白砂糖,隔热水慢慢搅拌均匀,得桑葚布丁液;
(3)取步骤(2)的桑葚布丁液,加入桑葚、薄荷粉,放入冷冻室,在0-3℃下,冷却1-2小时,即得桑葚布丁。

2.根据权利要求1所述的桑葚布丁,其特征在于由以下重量份原料制备而成:桑葚果酱150份、桑葚75份、鲜牛奶75份、淡奶油25份、吉利丁片4份、白砂糖20份、薄荷粉1.5份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的桑葚布丁的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将吉利丁片用凉开水泡软,沥干,隔水加热溶化搅拌均匀备用;
(2)将鲜牛奶倒入容器中,加热至50-60℃,倒入桑葚果酱、淡奶油,搅拌均匀,再加入步骤(1)的吉利丁片、白砂糖,隔热水慢慢搅拌均匀,得桑葚布丁液;
(3)取步骤(2)的桑葚布丁液,加入桑葚、薄荷粉,放入冷冻室,在0-3℃下,冷却1-2小时,即得桑葚布丁。
