实施例一:酸性粒子元青20份、蛹酪素90份、间苯二甲酸二辛酯15份、柠檬酸乙酯5份、尼泊金酯12份、硼砂6份、氨水5份、水120份、炭黑30份、苯甲酸高碳醇酯3份、二甲基对氨基苯甲酸辛酯5份、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌盐0.5份、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷0.2份、聚乙烯醇0.5份、焦磷酸钠0.5份。
实施例二:酸性粒子元青25份、蛹酪素100份、间苯二甲酸二辛酯10份、柠檬酸乙酯8份、尼泊金酯15份、硼砂3份、氨水6份、水150份、炭黑12份、苯甲酸高碳醇酯4份、二甲基对氨基苯甲酸辛酯4份、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌盐0.2份、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷0.4份、聚乙烯醇0.6份、焦磷酸钠0.2份。
实施例三:酸性粒子元青30份、蛹酪素80份、间苯二甲酸二辛酯12份、柠檬酸乙酯10份、尼泊金酯10份、硼砂4份、氨水8份、水80份、炭黑24份、苯甲酸高碳醇酯5份、二甲基对氨基苯甲酸辛酯6份、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌盐0.3份、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷0.5份、聚乙烯醇0.3份、焦磷酸钠0.3份。
所述的止滑增涩膜层的由下述实施例的重量份原料组成:
实施例一:水性聚氨酯树脂30 份、二甲基甲酰胺15份、粒径小于10μm的颜料2.0份、二氧化钛0.2份、聚丙烯酸酯1.0份、有机硅弹性体4份、Al(OH)3 0.2份、2-甲基-5-硝基咪唑-1-乙醇0.5份、(1-萘基)-N-甲基氨基甲酸酯0.5份。
实施例二:水性聚氨酯树脂40 份、二甲基甲酰胺20份、粒径小于10μm的颜料0.2份、二氧化钛0.7份、聚丙烯酸酯1.5份、有机硅弹性体1份、Al(OH)3 0.3份、2-甲基-5-硝基咪唑-1-乙醇0.3份、(1-萘基)-N-甲基氨基甲酸酯0.2份。
实施例三:水性聚氨酯树脂60 份、二甲基甲酰胺10份、粒径小于10μm的颜料1.0份、二氧化钛1.0份、聚丙烯酸酯0.5份、有机硅弹性体3份、Al(OH)3 0.4份、2-甲基-5-硝基咪唑-1-乙醇0.2份、(1-萘基)-N-甲基氨基甲酸酯0.3份。
所述的涂饰剂,由下述步骤的方法制成:①将水分成按照重量比45%、45%和10%分成三份,备用;②将蛹酪素用重量比45%的清水调成糊,升温至60℃,保温搅拌并加入氨水和硼砂,保温搅拌1-2h,在加入重量比45%的清水、尼泊金酯、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌盐、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷,保温搅拌15min,冷去至室温,用150目筛过滤,得到蛋白浆;③将间苯二甲酸二辛酯、柠檬酸乙酯、炭黑、苯甲酸高碳醇酯、二甲基对氨基苯甲酸辛酯、聚乙烯醇、焦磷酸钠混合均匀,用三辊研磨机研磨均匀,制备得到黑浆料;④用重量比10%的清水熔化酸性粒子元青,加热至45℃,加入步骤③制备的黑浆料和步骤②制备的蛋白浆,搅拌均匀后停止加热,冷却到室温,即得。
一种高弹性耐磨球革的制作方法,包括下述步骤
①将无纺布的基布进行打磨拉毛处理,处理后的基布进行进行浸渍处理10-15min,浸渍后使用轧压辊去除基布中的水分;②将步骤①处理后的基布进行覆浆,将覆浆的浆液使用辊筒刀涂机刮凃平整涂覆在基
布上,上浆量为200-500g/ ㎡;③将涂覆后的基布放入烘干定型机进行烘干,烘干温度设定为130℃-150℃,烘干时间设定为5-10min;再均匀涂覆300g/㎡的涂饰剂后自然干燥1天;④将止滑增涩膜层的原料加入至混炼机中混炼,加热至50℃,涂抹在基层表面,涂抹量为100g/㎡,加入烘干机中80℃烘干0.5h,自然晾干后即得。

Claims (8)

1.一种高弹性耐磨球革,其特征在于:包括皮革基层、涂覆在皮革基层上的涂饰剂和止滑增涩膜层,所述皮革基层为经过覆浆处理的无纺布,无纺布为涤纶纤维和尼龙纤维进行混棉,再经梳棉、叠棉、针刺、定型制得,涤纶纤维和尼龙纤维的重量份为:尼龙纤维10-20份、涤纶纤维30-50份;涂饰剂由下述重量份的原料制成:酸性粒子元青20-30份、蛹酪素80-100份、间苯二甲酸二辛酯10-15份、柠檬酸乙酯5-10份、尼泊金酯10-15份、硼砂3-6份、氨水5-8份、水80-150份、炭黑12-30份、苯甲酸高碳醇酯3-5份、二甲基对氨基苯甲酸辛酯4-6份、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌盐0.2-0.5份、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷0.2-0.5份、聚乙烯醇0.3-0.6份、焦磷酸钠0.2-0.5份;止滑增涩膜层的由下述重量份原料组成:水性聚氨酯树脂30-60 份、二甲基甲酰胺10-20份、粒径小于10μm的颜料0.2-2.0份、二氧化钛0.2-1.0份、聚丙烯酸酯0.5-1.5份、有机硅弹性体1-4份、Al(OH)3 0.2-0.4份、2-甲基-5-硝基咪唑-1-乙醇0.2-0.5份、(1-萘基)-N-甲基氨基甲酸酯0.2-0.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高弹性耐磨球革,其特征在于:所述的涂饰剂由下述重量份的原料制成:酸性粒子元青20份、蛹酪素90份、间苯二甲酸二辛酯15份、柠檬酸乙酯5份、尼泊金酯12份、硼砂6份、氨水5份、水120份、炭黑30份、苯甲酸高碳醇酯3份、二甲基对氨基苯甲酸辛酯5份、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌盐0.5份、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷0.2份、聚乙烯醇0.5份、焦磷酸钠0.5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高弹性耐磨球革,其特征在于:所述的涂饰剂由下述重量份的原料制成:酸性粒子元青25份、蛹酪素100份、间苯二甲酸二辛酯10份、柠檬酸乙酯8份、尼泊金酯15份、硼砂3份、氨水6份、水150份、炭黑12份、苯甲酸高碳醇酯4份、二甲基对氨基苯甲酸辛酯4份、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌盐0.2份、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷0.4份、聚乙烯醇0.6份、焦磷酸钠0.2份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高弹性耐磨球革,其特征在于:所述的涂饰剂由下述重量份的原料制成:酸性粒子元青30份、蛹酪素80份、间苯二甲酸二辛酯12份、柠檬酸乙酯10份、尼泊金酯10份、硼砂4份、氨水8份、水80份、炭黑24份、苯甲酸高碳醇酯5份、二甲基对氨基苯甲酸辛酯6份、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌盐0.3份、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷0.5份、聚乙烯醇0.3份、焦磷酸钠0.3份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高弹性耐磨球革,其特征在于:所述的止滑增涩膜层的由下述重量份原料组成:水性聚氨酯树脂30 份、二甲基甲酰胺15份、粒径小于10μm的颜料2.0份、二氧化钛0.2份、聚丙烯酸酯1.0份、有机硅弹性体4份、Al(OH)3 0.2份、2-甲基-5-硝基咪唑-1-乙醇0.5份、(1-萘基)-N-甲基氨基甲酸酯0.5份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高弹性耐磨球革,其特征在于:所述的止滑增涩膜层的由下述重量份原料组成:水性聚氨酯树脂40 份、二甲基甲酰胺20份、粒径小于10μm的颜料0.2份、二氧化钛0.7份、聚丙烯酸酯1.5份、有机硅弹性体1份、Al(OH)3 0.3份、2-甲基-5-硝基咪唑-1-乙醇0.3份、(1-萘基)-N-甲基氨基甲酸酯0.2份。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种高弹性耐磨球革,其特征在于:所述的止滑增涩膜层的由下述重量份原料组成:水性聚氨酯树脂60 份、二甲基甲酰胺10份、粒径小于10μm的颜料1.0份、二氧化钛1.0份、聚丙烯酸酯0.5份、有机硅弹性体3份、Al(OH)3 0.4份、2-甲基-5-硝基咪唑-1-乙醇0.2份、(1-萘基)-N-甲基氨基甲酸酯0.3份。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种高弹性耐磨球革,其特征在于:所述的涂饰剂,由下述步骤的方法制成:
①将水分成按照重量比45%、45%和10%分成三份,备用;
②将蛹酪素用重量比45%的清水调成糊,升温至60℃,保温搅拌并加入氨水和硼砂,保温搅拌1-2h,在加入重量比45%的清水、尼泊金酯、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌盐、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷,保温搅拌15min,冷去至室温,用150目筛过滤,得到蛋白浆;
③将间苯二甲酸二辛酯、柠檬酸乙酯、炭黑、苯甲酸高碳醇酯、二甲基对氨基苯甲酸辛酯、聚乙烯醇、焦磷酸钠混合均匀,用三辊研磨机研磨均匀,制备得到黑浆料;
④用重量比10%的清水熔化酸性粒子元青,加热至45℃,加入步骤③制备的黑浆料和步骤②制备的蛋白浆,搅拌均匀后停止加热,冷却到室温,即得。
