Abstract

本发明涉及一种蜗轮甩油润滑轴承的减速机,包括壳体、蜗轮和蜗杆,蜗杆经轴承座支承于壳体内,对应轴承座上方的蜗轮旋转切线位置下方的壳体内壁设有油槽,油槽经壳体、轴承座上相互连通的油路连通至轴承座内支撑蜗杆的轴承。在对应轴承座上方的蜗轮旋转切线位置下方的壳体内壁设置油槽集油,再经连通壳体、轴承座的油路对轴承进行润滑,蜗轮转动同时切线方向甩出壳体内的润滑油进入其下方的油槽或油路中,无须增设动力设备,在蜗轮工作时能持续保持润滑,确保蜗杆支承轴承的持续润滑,有利于延长使用寿命。

本发明涉及一种减速机,具体说是一种蜗轮甩油润滑轴承的减速机。
背景技术
现有的蜗轮蜗杆减速机,通常采用箱体内的润滑油在蜗杆、蜗轮转动下自身润滑,但蜗杆支撑的轴承座内不能得到有效润滑,影响整机的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种结构简单,能有效润滑蜗杆支承轴承的蜗轮甩油润滑轴承的减速机。
本发明采用的技术方案:一种蜗轮甩油润滑轴承的减速机,包括壳体、蜗轮和蜗杆,蜗杆经轴承座支承于壳体内,其特征在于:对应轴承座上方的蜗轮旋转切线位置下方的壳体内壁设有油槽,油槽经壳体、轴承座上相互连通的油路连通至轴承座内支撑蜗杆的轴承。
一种蜗轮甩油润滑轴承的减速机,包括壳体、蜗轮和蜗杆,蜗杆经轴承座支承于壳体内,其特征在于:对应轴承座上方的蜗轮旋转切线位置下方的壳体内壁设有多个经壳体、轴承座上相互连通的油路,油路连通至轴承座内支撑蜗杆的轴承外壁。
所述壳体上设有油位视镜。
本发明通过在对应轴承座上方的蜗轮旋转切线位置下方的壳体内壁设置油槽集油,再经连通壳体、轴承座的油路对轴承进行润滑,蜗轮转动同时切线方向甩出壳体内的润滑油进入其下方的油槽或油路中,无须增设动力设备,在蜗轮工作时能持续保持润滑,确保蜗杆支承轴承的持续润滑,有利于延长使用寿命。

以下结合附图和实施例作进一步说明。
图1所示:一种蜗轮甩油润滑轴承的减速机包括壳体1、蜗轮2和蜗杆3,蜗杆3经轴承座4支承于壳体内,对应轴承座上方的蜗轮旋转切线位置下方的壳体内壁设有多个经壳体、轴承座上相互连通的油路7,油路连通至轴承座内支撑蜗杆的轴承6外壁。
上述实施例中油路的润滑油,还可通过在其上壳体内壁设置油槽收集后分多油路进行轴承的多点同时润滑,提高润滑效果。

1.一种蜗轮甩油润滑轴承的减速机,包括壳体、蜗轮和蜗杆,蜗杆经轴承座支承于壳体内,其特征在于:对应轴承座上方的蜗轮旋转切线位置下方的壳体内壁设有油槽,油槽经壳体、轴承座上相互连通的油路连通至轴承座内支撑蜗杆的轴承。
2.一种蜗轮甩油润滑轴承的减速机,包括壳体、蜗轮和蜗杆,蜗杆经轴承座支承于壳体内,其特征在于:对应轴承座上方的蜗轮旋转切线位置下方的壳体内壁设有多个经壳体、轴承座上相互连通的油路,油路连通至轴承座内支撑蜗杆的轴承外壁。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种蜗轮甩油润滑轴承的减速机,其特征是:所述壳体上设有油位视镜。
