本实用新型涉及一种抽油机减速箱的润滑机构，尤其是一种减速箱润滑装置。提供了一种结构简单、安装简便、节油的减速箱润滑装置。减速箱润滑装置包括减速箱5、齿轮7，还包括机油泵1和输油管线2，输油管线2上设有喷淋头3。减速箱底部设有凹陷的集油腔4，集油腔4内设有机油泵1。在齿轮轴承和齿轮相摩擦的润滑点处分别设有与之位置相应的喷淋头3。采用上述结构以后，只需在集油腔4内装入少量的润滑油通过喷淋头3对润滑点进行不断的喷淋而达到润滑的目的。通过喷淋润滑方式进行润滑可节约70％的润滑油而达到充分润滑效果。

一、技术领域：
本实用新型涉及一种抽油机减速箱的润滑机构，尤其是一种减速箱润滑装置。
二、背景技术：
大型减速箱的润滑方式一般采用油浴式润滑。这种润滑方式因箱体较大，又必须让润滑油充分润滑齿轮等机械零件，所以需要大量的润滑油才能将机械零件浸没在其中达到润滑的目的。通常需要2501-5001的润滑油。
三、发明内容：
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单、安装简便、节油的减速箱润滑装置。减速箱润滑装置包括减速箱5、齿轮7，其特征在于：还包括机油泵1和输油管线2，输油管线2上设有喷淋头3。减速箱底部设有集油腔4，集油腔4内设有机油泵1。输油管线2上还分别在齿轮的轴承或者齿轮与齿轮相摩擦的润滑点处设有与之位置相应的喷淋头3。采用上述结构以后，由于设有机油泵1和输油管线2，输油管线2上设有喷淋头3。可以不必用大量的润滑油浸没机械零件，只需在集油腔4内装入少量的润滑油通过喷淋头3对润滑点进行不断的喷淋而达到润滑的目的。通过喷淋润滑方式进行润滑可节约70％的润滑油而达到充分润滑效果。同时，采用喷淋式润滑较油浴式润滑还可解决输入、输出轴渗油漏油的问题并降低齿轮转动时的搅油损失。

2.根据权利要求1所述的减速箱润滑装置，其特征在于：减速箱底部设有集油腔(4)，集油腔(4)内设有机油泵(1)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的减速箱润滑装置，其特征在于：输油管线(2)上还分别在齿轮的轴承或者齿轮与齿轮相摩擦的润滑点处设有与之位置相应的喷淋头(3)。
