图11是本发明的一个实施例的图像,包括用来施加扭矩的1:1的直接驱动。给装置施加压力将齿轮挤压在一起而使得齿轮的齿锁定。
图12是本发明的挤压驱动器的一个实施例的图像。壳体10装有齿轮体8,它包括安装在轴18和19上的驱动齿轮814。可旋转的延伸轴14和手柄12从壳体中向外延伸。扳机26接合齿轮814。
图13是齿轮驱动挤压齿轮体8的顶视图。位于齿轮腔806内的是齿轮组808。齿轮组808包括具有不同的或相似的齿间距和不同的传动比的1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9、10个或更多的齿轮812a、812b、812c和812d、812e、814和815。齿轮组808还可以包括连接至轴18的手柄适配器齿轮814并且与齿轮组808连通来附加于手柄26和传动适配器820。在一个实施例中,齿轮组808包括在周围和/或侧边有齿的7个齿轮。扳机26连接至驱动齿轮814。随着扳机26和手柄12挤压在一起,扳机26将适配齿轮814关于轴18旋转从而旋转齿轮组808。适配齿轮814具有围绕在周围的齿来接合齿轮812b,其关于轴18b旋转。此外,连接于轴18b的是围绕周围有齿的齿轮812a以接合齿轮812c。随着轴18b通过齿轮812b旋转,齿轮812a也将旋转。齿轮812a在轴18c附近接合齿轮812c。轴18c具有2个齿轮,齿轮812d和位于小齿轮815的任一侧的齿轮812e。由于齿轮812c旋转轴18c,齿轮812d和齿轮812e旋转和转动旋转最终的驱动适配器820。可以调整实际的齿轮来提供所需的比例,通过齿轮组808中一个或多个齿轮的直径和数量。驱动适配器820可以包括一个插入孔,其配置为适合花键驱动器、方形的钻或刀头、多边形的钻或刀头等等(未显示)。通过改变齿轮组808的一个或多个轴可以改变驱动适配器820的旋转方向。例如,当齿轮812d与小齿轮815相接触时,可以按压轴18c来移动轴以接合齿轮812e从而来在与驱动方向相反的方向上驱动驱动适配器820。这种配置可用于任何轴及任意组合,也可以用来配置不同的传动比。
图14是本发明的齿轮组的小齿轮设置的视图。小齿轮驱动系统也可以使用带旋转齿的球小齿轮能使其在一端旋转,以便于小齿轮轴可以利用凹面小齿轮来多角度移动。
图15a、15b和15c是轴18的图像,可用在本发明中来切换延伸轴的旋转方向。
图16是图12和13的驱动装置连接到连接的驱动轴的图像。轴驱动手柄(未显示)是向下滑动轴并且从而依次旋转驱动装置多次。
图17是图12和13的驱动装置连接到连接的驱动轴的图像。以扳手或棘轮形式的轴驱动手柄(未显示),其中,轴通过向下滑动扳手或棘轮(未显示)旋转,并且依次旋转驱动装置多次。

Claims (12)

1.一种与用于旋转输出轴的手持式驱动装置一起使用的倍增装置,该输出轴用于旋转从动件,该倍增装置包括:
壳体,限定出装置腔;
穿过装置腔延伸的旋转轴,具有定位成可释放地配合从动件的第一连接端和限定第一滑动端头的第二端;
安装至该旋转轴的第一齿轮部分;
固定设置在装置腔中的环形齿轮,具有限定内环牙的内孔;
多个行星齿轮,设置在内孔中以接触内环牙和第一齿轮部分;
所述壳体具有第二连接端,该第二连接端具有定位成可释放地配合手持式驱动装置的连接孔,该第二连接端具有用于与第一滑动端头相协作的第二滑动端头。
2.根据权利要求l所述的倍增装置,还包括附接至壳体的第二连接端的拇指旋轮。
3.根据权利要求1所述的倍增装置,其中,第一连接端配合刀头或钻头。
4.根据权利要求l所述的倍增装置,其中,第二连接端配合插座、棘轮、扳手或工具头。
5.根据权利要求l所述的倍增装置,其中,所述行星齿轮包括具有不同齿间隙的两个或更多个齿轮。
6.根据权利要求l所述的倍增装置,其中,所述行星齿轮定位成允许移除和插入多个可互换的轴,每个可互换的轴具有与所述行星齿轮配合的第一齿轮部分和安装在可互换的轴上的第一连接端。
7.根据权利要求6所述的倍增装置,其中,所述多个可互换的轴的所述连接端限定多个第一连接端头部。
8.一种与用于旋转输出轴的手持式驱动装置一起使用的倍增装置,该输出轴用于旋转从动件,该倍增装置包括:
壳体,限定出装置腔;
穿过装置腔延伸的旋转轴,其具有定位成可释放地配合从动件的第一连接端,附接至旋转轴的第一太阳轮;
设置成装置腔中转动的第一环形齿轮,第一环形齿轮具有限定内环牙的内孔;
第一行星齿轮组,设置在内孔中以接触第一环形齿轮的内环牙和第一太阳轮;
固定附接至第一环形齿轮的第二太阳轮;
第二行星齿轮组,设置在第二环形齿轮的内孔中以接触第二环形齿轮的内环牙和第二太阳轮;
所述壳体具有第二连接端,该第二连接端具有定位成可释放地配合手持式驱动装置的连接孔,该第一行星齿轮组和第二行星齿轮组提供用于该倍增装置的输入到输出传动的倍增比;
其中,所述第一行星齿轮组定位成允许移除和插入多个可互换的轴,每个可互换的轴具有与所述第一行星齿轮组配合的第一太阳轮和安装在可互换的轴上的第一连接端。
9.根据权利要求8所述的倍增装置,其中,第一连接端配合刀头或钻头。
10.根据权利要求8所述的倍增装置,其中,第二连接端配合插座、棘轮、扳手或工具头。
11.根据权利要求8所述的倍增装置,其中,所述第一行星齿轮组或第二行星齿轮组的行星齿轮包括具有不同齿间隙的两个或更多个齿轮。
12.根据权利要求8所述的倍增装置,其中,第一行星齿轮组和第二行星齿轮组提供的输入到输出传动的倍增比为10:1,12:1,15:1,20:1,25:1或50:1。
