根据空间限制和具体应用,齿轮组808可具有多种配置(增加比、降低比、强度、尺寸等)。例如,齿轮的配置可以用来提供传动比的增加或减少。齿轮的齿数的组合和齿轮设置可以用来使得输入和输出值之间的转矩和转速的改变。例如,8齿齿轮8A、8B和8C和40齿齿轮40A、40B及40C的组合使得齿轮比大幅降低。例如,8齿齿轮8A和40齿齿轮40A之间的最终传动比为125:1。这是通过以5:1驱动40齿齿轮40B的8齿齿轮8A、驱动40齿齿轮40C的8齿齿轮8B和驱动40齿齿轮40A的8齿齿轮8C的组合来使得100rpm的输入转换为0.8rpm的输出(反过来也可完成,0.8rpm的输入转换为100rpm的输出)。另一个实施例中,包括40齿的驱动齿轮40A连接到8齿齿轮8A以形成1:5的比例,将5rpm转换为驱动齿轮40A的1rpm。20齿齿轮20A和40齿驱动齿轮40B连接至40齿齿轮40A,以形成1:2和1:1.66的比例以分别将2rpm和1.66rpm转换为驱动齿轮的1rpm。

图13是齿轮驱动挤压齿轮体8的顶视图。位于齿轮腔806内的是齿轮组808。齿轮组808包括具有不同的或相似的齿间距和不同的传动比的1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9、10个或更多的齿轮812a、812b、812c和812d、812e、814和815。齿轮组808还可以包括连接至轴18的手柄适配器齿轮814并且与齿轮组808连通来附加于手柄26和传动适配器820。在一个实施例中,齿轮组808包括在周围和/或侧边有齿的7个齿轮。扳机26连接至驱动齿轮814。随着扳机26和手柄12挤压在一起,扳机26将适配齿轮814关于轴18旋转从而旋转齿轮组808。适配齿轮814具有围绕在周围的齿来接合齿轮812b,其关于轴18b旋转。此外,连接于轴18b的是围绕周围有齿的齿轮812a以接合齿轮812c。随着轴18b通过齿轮812b旋转,齿轮812a也将旋转。齿轮812a在轴18c附近接合齿轮812c。轴18c具有2个齿轮,齿轮812d和位于小齿轮815的任一侧的齿轮812e。由于齿轮812c旋转轴18c,齿轮812d和齿轮812e旋转和转动旋转最终的驱动适配器820。可以调整实际的齿轮来提供所需的比例,通过齿轮组808中一个或多个齿轮的直径和数量。驱动适配器820可以包括一个插入孔,其配置为适合花键驱动器、方形的位、多边形的位等等(未显示)。通过改变齿轮组808的一个或多个轴可以改变驱动适配器820的旋转方向。例如,当齿轮812d与小齿轮815相接触时,可以按压轴18c来移动轴以接合齿轮812e从而来在与驱动方向相反的方向上驱动驱动适配器820。这种配置可用于任何轴及任意组合,也可以用来配置不同的传动比。
图14是本发明的齿轮组的小齿轮设置的视图。小齿轮驱动系统也可以使用带旋转齿的球小齿轮能使其在一端旋转,以便于小齿轮轴可以利用凹面小齿轮来多角度移动。
图15a、15b和15c是轴18的图像,可用在本发明中来切换延伸轴的旋转方向。
图16是图12和13的驱动装置连接到连接的驱动轴的图像。轴驱动手柄(未显示)是向下滑动轴并且从而依次旋转驱动装置多次。

Claims (19)

1.用于旋转驱动轴的手持式装置,包括:
一个壳体,包括从齿轮外壳延伸的手柄;
第一轴,穿过所述壳体可旋转地延伸且构造成凸出轴;
固定于所述第一轴的第一驱动齿轮,包括底部齿轮和顶部齿轮;
枢转地连接到所述第一轴的扳机,来将扳机定位于邻近手柄,其中,所述扳机的运动旋转第一轴和第一驱动齿轮;
与所述第一驱动齿轮接触的第二轴齿轮,其支承在穿过壳体可旋转地延伸的第二轴上;
定位在第二轴上的第二驱动齿轮;
与第二驱动齿轮接触的第三轴齿轮,其支承在一个可滑动的第三轴上,该第三轴穿过壳体可旋转地延伸并且在壳体中是可滑动的,当滑动时,所述第三轴齿轮保持与第二驱动齿轮接触;
在第三轴齿轮的一侧上连接到可滑动的第三轴的第三正向齿轮;
在第三轴齿轮的另一侧上连接到可滑动的第三轴的第三逆转齿轮;
定位在第三正向齿轮和第三逆转齿轮之间的小齿轮可选择地接合第三正向齿轮或第三逆转齿轮,其结果定位了可滑动的第三轴的位置;及
从小齿轮穿过壳体向外延伸的小齿轮轴,其中,扳机的运动旋转第一驱动齿轮以旋转小齿轮轴;
其中,所述第一轴、第二轴、第三轴和小齿轮轴中任意或全部构造成双锁定轴;
其中,所述凸出轴可选地通过顺时针或逆时针旋转底部齿轮或顶部齿轮锁定底部齿轮或顶部齿轮。
2.根据权利要求l所述的装置,其特征在于,所述壳体构造自金属、塑料、复合材料或它们的任意组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述小齿轮轴包括一个头以适应座。
4.根据权利要求l所述的装置,其特征在于,所述小齿轮轴包括一个头以适应六角。
5.根据权利要求l所述的装置,其特征在于,所述小齿轮轴包括一个头以适应钻或刀头。
6.根据权利要求l所述的装置,其特征在于,当与扳机运动相比时,所述小齿轮轴以1.5:1,2.5:1,3.5:1,4.5:1,5.5:1,6.5:1,7.5:1,8.5:1,9.5:1,10.5:1,1:1,2:1,3:1,4:1,5:1,6:1,7:1,8:1,9:1,10:1,11:1,12:1,13:1,14:1,15:1,20:1,25:1,50:1,60:1,70:1,80:1,90:1,100:1,125:1,150:1,175:1,200:1,225:1,250:1,275:1,300:1,325:1,350:1,375:1,400:1,450:1,475:1,500:1或更大的比例来旋转。
7.根据权利要求l所述的装置,其特征在于,所述小齿轮轴还包括用于锁定小齿轮轴的直接驱动齿轮。
8.用于旋转驱动轴的一种手持式装置,包括:
一个壳体,包括从齿轮外壳延伸的手柄;
穿过壳体可旋转地延伸的第一轴且构造成凸出轴;
固定到第一轴的第一驱动齿轮,包括底部齿轮和顶部齿轮;
可枢转地连接到第一轴的扳机以将扳机定位于邻近手柄,其中,所述扳机的运动旋转第一轴和第一驱动齿轮;
第二轴齿轮与第一驱动齿轮接触,并支承在可滑动的第二轴上,该第二轴穿过壳体可旋转地延伸并在壳体中是滑动的,当滑动时,第二轴齿轮保持与第一驱动齿轮接触;
第二正向齿轮在所述齿轮的一侧连接到可滑动的第二轴上;
第二逆转齿轮在第二轴齿轮的另一侧连接到可滑动的第二轴上;
位于第二正向齿轮和第二逆转齿轮之间的小齿轮可选择地接合第二正向齿轮或第二逆转齿轮,其结果定位了可滑动的第二轴的位置,及
穿过壳体从小齿轮向外延伸的小齿轮轴,其中,所述扳机的运动旋转第一驱动齿轮以旋转小齿轮轴;
其中,所述第一轴、第二轴和小齿轮轴中任意或全部构造成双锁定轴;
其中,所述凸出轴可选地通过顺时针或逆时针旋转底部齿轮或顶部齿轮锁定底部齿轮或顶部齿轮。
9.根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述壳体构造自金属、塑料、复合材料或它们的任意组合。
10.根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述小齿轮轴包括一个头以适应座。
11.根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述小齿轮轴包括一个头以适应六角。

15.一种用于拉出或推入螺钉的装置,包括:
一个壳体;
设置在壳体中的齿轮体,其中凸出轴可移动地固定垂直于底部齿轮和顶部齿轮;
接合底部齿轮和顶部齿轮的扳机,其中所述扳机移动顶部齿轮和底部齿轮;
扳机选择性地接合底部齿轮,其中底部齿轮在第一旋转方向的旋转旋转顶部齿轮,而底部齿轮在第二旋转方向的旋转在相反方向上旋转顶部齿轮;
从壳体主体向外延伸的旋转轴;
一个或多个圆筒形件,包括小齿轮和设置在旋转轴的与小齿轮相对的螺钉;
旋转轴选择性地在第一旋转方向或与第一旋转方向相反的第二旋转方向上旋转小齿轮;
握持手柄,扳机设置成使底部齿轮和顶部齿轮和一个或多个圆筒形件和所述螺钉运动;
其中,所述凸出轴可选地通过顺时针或逆时针旋转底部齿轮或顶部齿轮锁定底部齿轮或顶部齿轮。
16.根据权利要求15所述的装置,其特征在于,所述壳体构造自金属、塑料、复合材料或它们的任意组合。
17.根据权利要求15所述的装置,其特征在于,锥齿轮、内齿轮和外齿轮结合成第一圆盘,正齿轮、第二内齿轮和冠状齿轮结合成第二圆盘,且所述第一和第二圆盘结合成最终的圆盘以构成所述顶部或底部齿轮。
18.根据权利要求15所述的装置,其特征在于,所述扳机通过顺时针或逆时针旋转底部齿轮或顶部齿轮而接合。
19.根据权利要求15所述的装置,其特征在于,所述一个或多个圆筒形件构成自金属、塑料、复合材料或它们的任意组合。
