面粉类食品是人类生活和生存的最主要的必备食物,面制食品种类繁多,其包含的营养价值能提供人体赖以生存的必需营养元素,其中以小麦面粉的食用、应用范围最为广泛,例如我们生活中常食的面包、馒头、饼干等,主要是由小麦面粉制作。
目前,绝大多数面制品均需要将小麦面粉经过繁杂的加工工序后才可食用,例如和面、醒面、发面、揉面、以及蒸、煮、煎炸等工序,并且,在加工过程中为了使面粉具备一定的工艺特性,例如拉伸、蓬松等特性,不可避免地要加入各种化学添加剂。一方面,经加工后的面制品虽然在口感和感官上满足了人们的需求,但是经高温、压力、拉伸以及化学添加剂的影响,造成面粉本身所含有的碳水化合物、膳食纤维等养分受到破坏、流失,以及面粉的组织结构发生变化,进而降低了面粉本身的营养价值和食用品质;这对于追求饮食绿色、健康的现代人来说是极不可取的。另一方面,繁杂的加工制作工序,对于生活节奏较快的现代人来说也是不可取的。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种防辐射可冲食杂粮面粉及其制作方法,避免了繁杂的制作工序和化学添加剂的使用,有效保全了面粉本身的营养成分,将多种杂粮以及具有防辐射功效的中药制剂进行有效、合理复配,使得营养全面、丰富,食用方便、营养、安全。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
一种防辐射可冲食杂粮面粉,包括以下重量份的原料:玉米面粉30-50份、黑米粉20-40份、黄豆粉15-30份、小麦粉10-20份、荞麦粉20-30份、燕麦粉10-15份、薏仁粉10-20份、营养复合粉剂15-30份、麦芽糖醇15-30份、奶粉10-20份;
所述营养复合粉剂由以下重量份的原料制成:麦冬15-20份、白菊花10-15份、决明子10-15份、绿茶10-20份、枸杞5-10份、蜂蜜10-15份。
作为本案的优化方案,所述营养复合粉剂的制作方法,具体包括以下步骤:
a、将麦冬、白菊花、决明子、绿茶、枸杞用2-3倍量的灭菌蒸馏水文火煎煮10-15 min,过滤除渣,提取药汁;
b、向上述药汁中加入蜂蜜,搅拌至充分溶解,将药汁冷却、浓缩、结晶、造粒后得到营养复合粉剂。
作为本案的优化方案,所述营养复合粉剂的粒度为200-300目。

一种防辐射可冲食杂粮面粉的制作方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
a 、炒锅置于火上预热后,倒入玉米面粉、小麦粉、荞麦粉进行不停地翻炒,期间控制温度在40-60℃,待面粉变色后加入黑米粉、黄豆粉、燕麦粉、薏仁粉进行不停翻炒,期间控制温度在30-40℃,直至混合面粉的颜色为焦黄色时盛出;
b、将营养复合粉剂、麦芽糖醇、奶粉依次缓慢的加入上述混合面粉中,不停地翻炒至溶解充分,利用炒锅和混合面粉的余温进行溶解,冷却至室温即得低糖低脂可冲食面粉。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、可作为主食、副食直接冲食,避免了面粉繁杂的加工制作工序以及化学添加剂的使用,冲食方便、安全,保全了面粉本身的膳食纤维和碳水化合物;
2、将多种杂粮进行有效、合理的复配,营养丰富、全面,提升了人们的食欲,同时兼具食补的作用;
3、对多种中药成分进行熬汁、造粒,并与混合面粉进行有效、合理复配,具备防辐射功效,同时还具有其他治病保健养生等功效。
具体实施方式
下面将结合实施例对本发明及其效果作进一步阐述。
一种防辐射可冲食杂粮面粉,包括以下重量份的原料:玉米面粉30-50份、黑米粉20-40份、黄豆粉15-30份、小麦粉10-20份、荞麦粉20-30份、燕麦粉10-15份、薏仁粉10-20份、营养复合粉剂15-30份、麦芽糖醇15-30份、奶粉10-20份;所述营养复合粉剂由以下重量份的原料制成:麦冬15-20份、白菊花10-15份、决明子10-15份、绿茶10-20份、枸杞5-10份、蜂蜜10-15份。优选地,玉米面粉40份、黑米粉30份、黄豆粉20份、小麦粉15份、荞麦粉30份、燕麦粉15份、薏仁粉10份、营养复合粉剂20份、麦芽糖醇20份、奶粉15份;营养复合粉剂中:麦冬20份、白菊花12份、决明子12份、绿茶15份、枸杞8份、蜂蜜15份。
进一步地,所述营养复合粉剂的粒度为200-300目,其制作方法具体包括以下步骤:
a、将麦冬、白菊花、决明子、绿茶、枸杞用2-3倍量的灭菌蒸馏水文火煎煮10-15 min,过滤除渣,提取药汁;
b、向上述药汁中加入蜂蜜,搅拌至充分溶解,将药汁冷却、浓缩、结晶、造粒后得到营养复合粉剂。
其中,麦冬:性味甘,微苦,微寒。归心、肺、胃经;功能与主治:养阴生津,润肺清心;用于肺燥干咳,阴虚痨嗽,喉痹咽痛,津伤口渴,内热消渴,心烦失眠,肠燥便秘。白菊花为菊科植物菊的根,性甘、味寒,具有散风热、平肝明目之功效;现代药理表明,菊花里含有丰富的维生素A,是维护眼睛健康的重要物质;白菊花还具有防辐射作用,是通过促进造血过程,刺激淋巴组织,增强人体免疫性而实现。即白菊花清肝明目,麦冬滋阴、利咽,将二者配合在一起,适用于长期受电脑、手机、电视等电器辐射的人群,无暇保养者,两目干涩、眩晕者。决明子为豆科一年生草本植物决明或小决明的干燥成熟种子;味苦、甘、咸,性微寒,入肝、肾、大肠经;润肠通便,降脂明目。绿茶中含有的维生素C、维生素E,特别是茶多酚,具有很强的抗氧化活性,可以清除人体内的氧自由基,从而起到抗辐射、增强机体免疫力的作用。此外,绿茶中还含有胡萝卜素,它在肠壁和肝脏的作用下,可以转变为维生素A;而维生素A具有滋养眼睛、缓解眼睛疲劳、预防夜盲症的作用。枸杞味甘,性平,归肝、肾经,具有滋补肝肾,益精明目之功效。采用天然中药为原料,各中药按比例配合之间发生协同作用,共同发挥益气养血,补阳生津的功效,能有效改善人体防辐射状态,加入蜂王浆缓和味道,口感较好。将上述多种中药成分进行熬汁、造粒,与混合面粉进行有效、合理复配,在发挥单一作用的同时协同,具备防辐射功效,同时还具有其他治病保健养生等功效。
本发明将多种杂粮进行有效、合理的复配,使得营养丰富、而全面。原料中,玉米是世界公认的"黄金作物",其脂肪、磷元素、维生素B2的含量居谷类食物之首,含有亚油酸和维生素E,能使人体内胆固醇水平降低,从而减少动脉硬化的发生;玉米面中含钙、铁质较多,可防止高血压、冠心病玉米面还含有微量元素硒,硒能加速人体内氧化物分解,抑制恶性肿瘤。黑米含粗蛋白质8.5-12.5%,粗脂肪2.7-3.8%,碳水化合物75-84%,粗灰分1.7-2%,能补血补气。荞麦粉含有丰富的维生素E和可溶性膳食纤维,同时还含有烟酸和芦丁(芸香甙),芦丁能降低人体血脂和胆固醇、软化血管、保护视力和预防脑血管出血的作用;荞麦蛋白质中含有丰富的赖氨酸成分,铁、锰、锌等微量元素比一般谷物丰富,而且含有丰富膳食纤维,是一般精制大米的10倍,所以荞麦具有很好的营养保健作用;荞麦中的某些黄酮成分还具有抗菌、消炎、止咳、平喘、祛痰的作用,因此,荞麦还有“消炎粮食”的美称,另外这些成分还具有降低血糖的功效;荞麦含有的烟酸成分能促进机体的新陈代谢,增强解毒能力,还具有扩张小血管和降低血液胆固醇的作用。燕麦可以有效地降低人体中的胆固醇,经常食用,即可对中老年人的主要威胁――心脑血管病起到一定的预防作用;经常食用燕麦对糖尿病患者也有非常好的降糖、减肥的功效。红枣粉平胃气、通九窍助十二经、补少气、少津液和身中不足、补血降压、补肾健脑、增强肌力。奶粉和麦芽糖醇用于增加面粉的甜味,调节面粉口味,使其适于大多数人群食用。

a 、炒锅置于火上预热后,倒入玉米面粉、小麦粉、荞麦粉进行不停地翻炒,期间控制温度在40-60℃,待面粉变色后加入黑米粉、黄豆粉、燕麦粉、薏仁粉进行不停翻炒,期间控制温度在30-40℃,直至混合面粉的颜色为焦黄色时盛出;
b、将营养复合粉剂、麦芽糖醇、奶粉依次缓慢的加入上述混合面粉中,不停地翻炒至溶解充分,利用炒锅和混合面粉的余温进行溶解,冷却至室温即得低糖低脂可冲食面粉。

1.一种防辐射可冲食杂粮面粉,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:玉米面粉30-50份、黑米粉20-40份、黄豆粉15-30份、小麦粉10-20份、荞麦粉20-30份、燕麦粉10-15份、薏仁粉10-20份、营养复合粉剂15-30份、麦芽糖醇15-30份、奶粉10-20份;
所述营养复合粉剂由以下重量份的原料制成:麦冬15-20份、白菊花10-15份、决明子10-15份、绿茶10-20份、枸杞5-10份、蜂蜜10-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防辐射可冲食杂粮面粉,其特征在于:所述营养复合粉剂的制作方法,具体包括以下步骤:
a、将麦冬、白菊花、决明子、绿茶、枸杞用2-3倍量的灭菌蒸馏水文火煎煮10-15 min,过滤除渣,提取药汁;
b、向上述药汁中加入蜂蜜,搅拌至充分溶解,将药汁冷却、浓缩、结晶、造粒后得到营养复合粉剂。
