Description

腐蚀抑制组合物
本发明涉及由N-甲基-N-酰基葡糖胺、脂肪酸或其盐和烷醇胺的组合物及其作为腐蚀抑制剂的用途。
在不同应用中寻求具有腐蚀抑制作用的试剂,例如用于制备含水金属处理液和金属加工液,特别是防腐蚀乳液、清洁乳液和冷润滑剂乳液。在金属部件的技术加工步骤的过程中腐蚀抑制剂应当保护金属(例如铁、铝、锌、铜或其合金)免于腐蚀并且防止生锈。
作为水溶性腐蚀抑制剂,已知大量无机和有机化合物。无机腐蚀抑制剂可以例如基于铬酸盐、亚硝酸盐或磷酸盐,但是它们出于毒物学原因和环境原因是或多或少不利的。有机腐蚀抑制剂通常基于羧酸盐、胺、酰胺或含氮杂环化合物。
大量专利文献中描述了多羟基脂肪酸酰胺及其在洗涤剂和清洁剂中作为非离子型表面活性剂的用途。
WO 9412609教导了特别相对于织物或餐厨器具上的脂渍具有良好清洁作用的包含多羟基脂肪酸酰胺的洗涤剂和清洁剂。
WO 9841601教导了包含多羟基脂肪酸酰胺的清洁剂,所述清洁剂除去厨具上的脂渍和油渍并且不具腐蚀性。
WO 9523840教导了包含多羟基脂肪酸酰胺的洗涤剂,其特征在于良好的护色性。
EP0745719描述了碳水化合物的用途,包括多羟基脂肪酸酰胺作为助剂从而用纤维反应性着色剂着色或印刷纤维材料。
本发明的目的在于提供水溶性腐蚀抑制剂,所述水溶性腐蚀抑制剂特别是在环境相容性方面优于已知的腐蚀抑制剂并且显示出极好的腐蚀抑制作用。
出人意料地发现,包含至少一种N-甲基-N-酰基葡糖胺、一种或多种有机酸和一种或多种烷醇胺的组合物在金属表面上显示出显著的腐蚀抑制作用并且特征还在于良好的环境相容性和安全的用途。

优选地,M为Li+、Na+、K+、Mg++、Ca++、Al+++、NH4 +、单烷基铵离子、二烷基铵离子、三烷基铵离子和/或四烷基铵离子。铵离子的烷基取代基彼此独立地为(C1-C22)烷基,所述烷基任选可以具有至多3个(C2-C10)羟基烷基。
根据本发明的组合物有效地保护金属表面免于腐蚀,是表面活性的并且具有高的水溶性,高的水溶性对于配制金属处理液和金属加工液的含水浓缩物来说是不可或缺的。

c)0.1至30重量%的至少一种烷醇胺。

对于高压下的用途,AW添加剂是无效的并且需要使用极压添加剂(EP添加剂)。
作为EP添加剂,通常使用含硫和含磷化合物。不再使用或几乎不使用有问题的含氯化合物。在铁材料的情况下,含硫添加剂在上述吸附和化学吸收之后在金属表面上形成硫化铁层。

为了制备金属处理液和金属加工液,在一个实施方案中混合5至40重量%,优选10至30重量%,特别优选15至25重量%的“性能包”与60至95重量%,优选70至90重量%,特别优选75至85重量%的量的一种或多种油,基于由上述组合物和一种或多种油制成的混合物计。所获得的混合物被本领域技术人员称为乳液浓缩物。乳液浓缩物被使用者优选以一份乳液浓缩物/10至50份水的体积比例稀释并且例如用作金属处理液和金属加工液。
由于乳液浓缩物的自乳化性能,在与水混合时自发形成或者在轻微的机械运动(例如搅拌)之后形成即用型乳液,例如金属处理液和金属加工液。乳液可以例如作为清洁乳液、防腐蚀乳液或冷润滑剂乳液用于金属加工。
本发明的另一个主题因此是根据本发明的组分a)至c)或a)至d)的组合物用于制备乳液浓缩物的用途,其中混合5至40重量%,优选10至30重量%,特别优选15至25重量%的根据本发明的组分a)至c)或a)至d)的组合物与60至95重量%,优选70至90重量%,特别优选75至85重量%的量的一种或多种油,基于包含根据本发明的组分a)至c)或a)至d)的组合物和一种或多种油的总量计。
在一个同样优选的实施方案中,混合40至70重量%,优选45至60重量%,特别优选50至55重量%的上述根据本发明的包含组分a)至c)或a)至d)的组合物(性能包)与30至60重量%,优选40至55重量%,特别优选45至50重量%的量的一种或多种油,基于由上述组合物和一种或多种油制成的混合物计。
作为所述一种或多种油,可以考虑矿物油,特别是在40℃下测得的运动粘度为5至1000,优选10至100,特别优选5至50mm2/s的矿物油,链烷烃、异链烷烃、环链烷烃(环烷烃,饱和的环状烃)、芳烃、合成油、例如聚-α-烯烃、聚亚烷基二醇(PAG)和酯油。

实施例
除非另有说明,所有百分比数据被理解为重量百分比(重量%)。
在妥尔油脂肪酸(TOFA)、椰子油脂肪酸(CC)和单乙醇胺或二乙醇胺或三乙醇胺的存在下,测定N-甲基-N-C12-酰基葡糖胺和N-甲基-N-C14-酰基葡糖胺的混合物(Glu1)和N-甲基-N-C16-酰基葡糖胺和N-甲基-N-C18-酰基葡糖胺的混合物(Glu2)在铁上的腐蚀抑制作用。
根据DIN 51360-2进行防腐蚀测试,其中分别用根据表1的测试制剂1至9在具有20德国硬度(20°dH)的水中的2%的溶液润湿圆形过滤器上的灰口铸铁切屑(GG25型),并且评估滤纸上形成的腐蚀残渣。
根据DIN 51 360-2如下评估腐蚀:
0无腐蚀/未变化
1痕量腐蚀/最高3个腐蚀标记
2轻微腐蚀/不多于1%的表面变色
3大量腐蚀/不多于5%的表面变色
4剧烈腐蚀/超过5%的表面变色
表1:测试制剂:
在妥尔油脂肪酸和单乙醇胺或二乙醇胺或三乙醇胺的存在下,测定(Glu2)在铝上的腐蚀抑制作用。
根据EEH1020-AA-1049用铝合金AlZnMgCu1.5和AlMgSi 1进行防腐蚀测试。在此分别用具有20德国硬度(20°dH)的水制备表1的2%的测试制剂,并且将上述合金的试样的一半分别浸入加热至40℃的溶液中并且在溶液中静置24小时。然后从溶液中取出试样,用去离子水冲洗然后用丙酮冲洗并且干燥。根据上文针对DIN 51 360提到的标准评估浸入溶液的部分(溶液)以及伸出的部分(大气)。

Claims (18)

1.组合物,包含
a)至少一种式(I)的N-甲基-N-酰基葡糖胺
其中R1表示具有7至21个碳原子的直链或支链,饱和或不饱和烃链,
b)一种或多种式(II)的有机酸或其盐,
R2–COOM (II)
其中
R2表示具有5至29个碳原子的直链或支链烷基或直链或支链,单不饱和或多不饱和烯基,和
M表示氢或表示一个或多个阳离子,其中所述阳离子以电荷平衡的量存在,
c)一种或多种式(III)的烷醇胺
NR1R2R3 (III)
其中
R1、R2和R3表示氢,具有1至4个碳原子的直链或支链烷基,具有5至7个碳原子的环烷基,具有2至5个碳原子和1或2个羟基的直链或支链羟基烷基或具有2至6个碳原子的羟基醚基,条件是,所述基团的至少一个为羟基烷基或羟基醚基。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,包含至少一种式(I)的N-甲基-N-酰基葡糖胺,其中R1表示具有11至17个碳原子的直链或支链,饱和或不饱和烃链。
3.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其中式(I)的化合物为N-甲基-N-C12-酰基葡糖胺和N-甲基-N-C14-酰基葡糖胺的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其中式(I)的化合物为N-甲基-N-C16-酰基葡糖胺和N-甲基-N-C18-酰基葡糖胺的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项或多项所述的组合物,其包含一种或多种式(II)的有机酸或其盐,其中R2包含7至21个碳原子。
6.根据权利要求5所述的组合物,其包含一种或多种式(II)的有机酸或其盐,其中R2包含11至17个碳原子。
7.根据权利要求1至4中任一项或多项所述的组合物,包含妥尔油脂肪酸、菜籽油脂肪酸和/或大豆油脂肪酸或其盐作为成分b)。
8.根据权利要求1至7中任一项或多项所述的组合物,构成成分c)的烷醇胺选自单乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、二甘醇胺、单异丙醇胺和2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇。
9.根据权利要求1至8中任一项或多项所述的组合物,其包含
a)1至50重量%的一种或多种根据式(I)的甲基葡糖胺,
b)0.1至23重量%的至少一种根据式(II)的有机酸或其盐,和
c)0.05至42重量%的至少一种根据式(III)的烷醇胺。
10.根据权利要求1至9中任一项或多项所述的组合物,其包含一种或多种选自如下的成分作为另外的组分d):一种或多种乳化剂,一种或多种杀生物剂,一种或多种其它腐蚀抑制剂,一种或多种AW添加剂,一种或多种EP添加剂,一种或多种消泡剂,一种或多种抗氧化剂,一种或多种偶联剂,一种或多种碱金属或碱土金属,一种或多种增溶剂,一种或多种pH调节剂,和水。
11.根据权利要求1至10中任一项或多项所述的组合物,其包含0.5重量%至50重量%的量的一种或多种阴离子型、非离子型、阳离子型或两性乳化剂,基于由组分a)至d)组成的组合物计。
12.根据权利要求1至11中任一项或多项所述的组合物,包含0.001至5重量%的一种或多种选自如下的杀生物剂:硼酸、1,2-苯并异噻唑-3-(2H)-酮(BIT)、3(2H)-异噻唑啉酮、2-甲基,甲醇,[1,2-乙烷二基双(氧)双-(乙二醛单乙二缩醛)、钠-2-吡啶硫酮-1-氧化物(吡啶硫酮钠)、1,3,5-三嗪-1,3,5(2H,4H,6H)-三乙醇、吗啉、4,4’-亚甲基双(1H,3H,5H)-噁唑并[3,4-c]噁唑、5-乙基-3,7-二氧杂-1-氮杂双环[3.3.0]辛烷、3-碘-2-丙炔基-丁基-氨基甲酸盐(IPBC)。
13.根据权利要求1至12中任一项或多项所述的组合物,其中M选自Li+、Na+、K+、Mg++、Ca++、Al+++、NH4 +、单烷基铵离子、二烷基铵离子、三烷基铵离子和/或四烷基铵离子,并且其中这些铵离子的烷基取代基彼此独立地为(C1-C22)烷基。
14.根据权利要求13所述的组合物,其中所述烷基取代基带有至多3个(C2-C10)羟基烷基。
15.根据权利要求1至14中任一项或多项所述的组合物,其中R1表示烷基或烯基。
16.根据权利要求1至15中任一项或多项所述的组合物,其中其pH在7和12之间。
17.乳液浓缩物,其包含5至40重量%的根据权利要求1至16中任一项或多项所述的组合物和60至95重量%的一种或多种油。
18.根据权利要求17所述的乳液浓缩物,其中所述油选自在40℃测量的运动粘度为5至1000mm2/s的矿物油、链烷烃、异链烷烃、环烷烃、芳族烃、聚-α-烯烃、聚亚烷基二醇(PAG)和酯油。
