本发明公开了一种叉车起升油缸，包括缸筒，缸筒右端缸口连接有缸底，缸底中设有进油孔，缸筒左侧底部连通有管接头，缸筒内右端滑动装配有活塞，活塞侧壁通过环槽安装有U形密封圈，活塞左端中心水平连接有活塞杆，缸筒左端缸口中同轴套接有缸盖，活塞杆左端从缸盖左端穿出，缸盖内左侧与活塞杆之间装配有密封圈，缸筒左端缸口中同轴装配有导向套，导向套内同轴安装有钢背轴承，钢背轴承与活塞杆相对滑动配合。本发明结构稳固，可有效提高活塞杆的运动能力，且整体密封结构合理，提高了工作时的稳定性。

技术领域
本发明涉及油缸领域，具体是一种叉车起升油缸。
背景技术
叉车是工业搬运车辆，其用于对成件托盘货物进行装卸、堆垛和短距离运输作业。叉车中各种动作部件一般是通过油缸进行驱动的，特别是起升动作部件。现有技术叉车中起升动作部件的驱动油缸结构简单，工作不稳定，内部活塞杆运动能力差，无法满足叉车性能需求。
发明内容 本发明的目的是提供一种叉车起升油缸，以解决现有技术叉车中起升驱动油缸工作不稳定，活塞杆运动能力差的问题。
为了达到上述目的，本发明所采用的技术方案为：
一种叉车起升油缸，其特征在于：包括中心轴水平的缸筒，缸筒右端缸口连接有缸底，缸底中设有通入缸筒中的进油孔，缸筒左侧底部连通有管接头，缸筒内右端滑动装配有活塞，活塞侧壁上左、右侧分别设有环槽，其中活塞侧壁右侧环槽中安装有U形密封圈以及限位U形密封圈的挡圈，活塞侧壁左侧环槽中装配有支承架，活塞左端中心水平连接有活塞杆，缸筒左端缸口中同轴套接有缸盖，所述活塞杆左端从缸筒左端缸口连接的缸盖左端穿出，缸盖内左侧与活塞杆之间装配有密封圈，缸筒左端缸口中同轴装配有导向套，导向套内同轴安装有钢背轴承，所述钢背轴承套在活塞杆上并与活塞杆相对滑动配合。
所述的一种叉车起升油缸，其特征在于：所述缸盖内右侧与缸筒之间装配有O形密封圈。
所述的一种叉车起升油缸，其特征在于：所述缸盖内左端与活塞杆之间还装配有防尘圈。
所述的一种叉车起升油缸，其特征在于：所述活塞杆右侧靠近活塞位置还同轴装配有调整套。
所述的一种叉车起升油缸，其特征在于：所述活塞左端中心设有凹槽，活塞杆右端中心成型有凸头，且活塞杆右端凸头安装在活塞左端凹槽中，且凸头侧壁上设有环槽，所述凹槽中设有嵌入凸头环槽中的钢丝挡圈。
所述的一种叉车起升油缸，其特征在于：所述缸底右端插接有圆柱销。
本发明结构稳固，在缸筒左端缸口中钢背轴承，可有效提高活塞杆的运动能力，且整体密封结构合理，提高了工作时的稳定性。

如图1所示，一种叉车起升油缸，包括中心轴水平的缸筒1，缸筒1右端缸口连接有缸底2，缸底2中设有通入缸筒中的进油孔3，缸筒1左侧底部连通有管接头4，缸筒1内右端滑动装配有活塞5，活塞5侧壁上左、右侧分别设有环槽，其中活塞5侧壁右侧环槽中安装有U形密封圈6以及限位U形密封圈6的挡圈7，活塞5侧壁左侧环槽中装配有支承架8，活塞5左端中心水平连接有活塞杆9，缸筒1左端缸口中同轴套接有缸盖10，活塞杆9左端从缸筒1左端缸口连接的缸盖10左端穿出，缸盖10内左侧与活塞杆9之间装配有密封圈11，缸筒1左端缸口中同轴装配有导向套12，导向套12内同轴安装有钢背轴承13，钢背轴承13套在活塞杆9上并与活塞杆9相对滑动配合。
缸盖10内右侧与缸筒之间装配有O形密封圈14。
缸盖10内左端与活塞杆之间还装配有防尘圈15。
活塞杆9右侧靠近活塞5位置还同轴装配有调整套16。
活塞5左端中心设有凹槽，活塞杆9右端中心成型有凸头17，且活塞杆9右端凸头17安装在活塞5左端凹槽中，且凸头17侧壁上设有环槽，凹槽中设有嵌入凸头17环槽中的钢丝挡圈18。
缸底2右端插接有圆柱销19。

1.一种叉车起升油缸，其特征在于：包括中心轴水平的缸筒，缸筒右端缸口连接有缸底，缸底中设有通入缸筒中的进油孔，缸筒左侧底部连通有管接头，缸筒内右端滑动装配有活塞，活塞侧壁上左、右侧分别设有环槽，其中活塞侧壁右侧环槽中安装有U形密封圈以及限位U形密封圈的挡圈，活塞侧壁左侧环槽中装配有支承架，活塞左端中心水平连接有活塞杆，缸筒左端缸口中同轴套接有缸盖，所述活塞杆左端从缸筒左端缸口连接的缸盖左端穿出，缸盖内左侧与活塞杆之间装配有密封圈，缸筒左端缸口中同轴装配有导向套，导向套内同轴安装有钢背轴承，所述钢背轴承套在活塞杆上并与活塞杆相对滑动配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种叉车起升油缸，其特征在于：所述缸盖内右侧与缸筒之间装配有O形密封圈。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种叉车起升油缸，其特征在于：所述缸盖内左端与活塞杆之间还装配有防尘圈。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种叉车起升油缸，其特征在于：所述活塞杆右侧靠近活塞位置还同轴装配有调整套。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种叉车起升油缸，其特征在于：所述活塞左端中心设有凹槽，活塞杆右端中心成型有凸头，且活塞杆右端凸头安装在活塞左端凹槽中，且凸头侧壁上设有环槽，所述凹槽中设有嵌入凸头环槽中的钢丝挡圈。
