背景技术
    叉车工作时要需要通过门架带动货叉升降,而门架的升降就需要采用到升降油缸,叉车上的升降油缸工作时受到的冲击震动较强,影响油缸的使用寿命;另外,不同的升起高度时需要能够更换使用不同的缸筒和活塞杆,因此,也要便于安装和拆卸,而油缸的密封结构又是尤其重要的,还有防尘结构,才能保证油缸的使用寿命更长。

1.一种起升油缸的密封结构,包括油缸和安装在油缸内的活塞杆,其特征在于:所述的活塞杆上套有钢背轴承,所述的钢背轴承外套有导向套,所述的导向套固定于油缸内壁和活塞杆之间;所述的活塞杆外还套有缸盖,所述的缸盖同时套在所述的油缸外壁上,并且密封连接,所述的缸盖与活塞杆之间设有密封圈和防尘盖。
