[0003]本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种专用精压机,它结构简单,成本低,结构性能良好,能够满足生产需要,机构可长时间工作,稳定性好,生产效率高。

[0027]如图1、2所示,所述动力传动部分包括动力源、带轮副11、齿轮组副8、上模传动机构和推板曲柄14,所述齿轮组副8包括啮合在一起的主动齿轮81、第一从动齿轮82和第二从动齿轮83,所述动力源通过带轮副11驱动主动齿轮81旋转,所述第一从动齿轮82通过上模传动机构与上模4相连,所述推板曲柄14的一端铰接在第二从动齿轮83的非中心处,所述推板曲柄14的另一端与推板5铰接。
[0028]如图1、2所示,所述上模传动机构包括上模曲柄15、上模摇杆9和上模连杆17,上模曲柄15的一端铰接在第一从动齿轮82上,上模曲柄15的另一端通过滑块10可滑动地套在上模摇杆9的一端部上,所述上模摇杆9的中部铰接在机体12上,所述上模摇杆9的另一端与上模连杆17的一端铰接,上模连杆17的另一端与上模7铰接。
[0029]如图1、2所示,专用精压机还包括传送机构,所述传送机构位于下模4的下方,并且所述动力传动部分与所述传送机构相连,以便所述动力传动部分驱动所述传送机构动作,当从拉延孔压出的成型件落至传送机构上时,所述传送机构将成型件输送至指定位置。
[0030]如图1、2所示,所述传送机构包括滚筒组和传送带3,所述传送带3连接在滚筒组上,所述滚筒组中的滚筒可旋转地支承在机体12上,所述动力传动部分驱动滚筒组中的主滚筒2旋转。
[0031]如图1、2所示,所述动力传动部分包括动力源和皮带轮副16,所述动力源通过皮带轮副16与滚筒组中的主滚筒2传动连接,以便动力源通过皮带轮副16驱动主滚筒2在机体12上旋转。

[0033]如图2所示,本发明的主要的工艺过程有以下几个过程:(一)、推板5送料,即在动力传动部分动作时,通过推板曲柄14带动推板5在下模4上滑动,从而将坏料13推送至拉延工位(待加工位置);(二)、上模7、下模4对坏料13进行静压深冲,即动力传动部分对位于待加工位置的坏料13进行冲压加工,由于下模4固定不动,上模7先以逐渐下降的速度接近坏料13,然后以匀速对坏料13进行静压深冲;(三)、上模7从固定不动的下模7上退出,即对已经加工好的坏料13,上模7继续下行将成型件推出拉延孔,推至传送带3上,然后快速返回;(四)、将新的坏料13推至待加工位置并将成品运出,即待成品推至下一工作台后,上模7快速返回以后,推板5将新的坏料13推至待加工位置,传送带3将加工好的产品运送出下工作台,从而完成一个工作循环。
