Abstract

本发明涉及一种真空干式清洗复膜机,包括依次设置的真空放卷室、真空清洁通道、真空复膜室和真空收卷室,真空清洁通道内布置有毛刷辊和等离子清洗装置,从真空放卷室出来的待复膜板材行经至真空清洁通道,经过毛刷辊和等离子清洗装置对板材表面清洗,真空清洁通道上开设有真空抽气口;真空复膜室内布置有复膜机构,从真空清洁通道内出来的板材经由复膜机构完成表面复膜;复膜后的板材收卷于真空收卷室内。实现了真空等离子清洗在金属复膜生产线上用于板材的清洗应用,结构紧凑,显著提高了板材清洗复膜生产效率,提高了膜在板材表面的附着力,缩短了作业流程,无排放,节能环保。

Description

一种真空干式清洗板材复膜机
技术领域
本发明属于板材复膜生产技术领域,具体涉及板材在线清洗复膜设备。
背景技术
镀层板材是在板材表面使用镀层技术复盖上金属薄层,使该物品具有金属光泽或达到某种功能特征。功能性金属镀层的功能包括防腐蚀/反射/抗磨蚀磨损/保护/导电/抗菌/改变表面物理及化学特性等。
常规板材在复膜前需要对其表面进行清洗,去除表面粘附的悬浮杂质以及金属氧化物钝化层。目前,板材表面清理还是以常压下化学湿法清洗为主,而化学清洗又存在排放污染的环保问题,此外,化学清洗具有生产线长,操作环境恶劣以及能耗高等缺陷。
等离子体和固体、液体或气体一样是物质的一种状态,当对气体施加足够的能量使之离化时便成为等离子状态。等离子体的活性组分包括:离子、电子、活性基团、激发态的核素(亚稳态)、光子等。等离子体表面处理技术就是利用离子体中活性粒子的“活化作用”来处理样品表面,从而达到去除物体表面污渍的目的。
对待复膜的板材进行表面等离子清洗,提高清洁和复膜效果,实现等离子清洗在复膜技术领域新的应用。开发相应的真空等离子清洗复膜设备以实现等离子在复膜领域的应用是本领域技术人员需要努力的方向。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种真空干式清洗复膜机,结构简单,在真空复膜生产线上实现板材表面在线等离子清洗,提高复膜效果,控制生产污染排放。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案为:一种真空干式清洗复膜机,包括依次设置的真空放卷室、真空清洁通道、真空复膜室和真空收卷室,所述真空清洁通道内布置有等离子清洗装置,从真空放卷室出来的待复膜板材行经至真空清洁通道,所述等离子清洗装置对板材表面发射等离子束进行清洗,所述真空清洁通道上开设有真空抽气口;所述真空复膜室内布置有复膜机构,从真空清洁通道内出来的板材经由复膜机构完成表面复膜;复膜后的板材收卷于真空收卷室内。
上述复膜机构可对板材的一面或双面进行复膜。
优选地,所述真空清洁通道的前端布置有一组以上的对板材表面进行清理的毛刷辊。
优选地,所述真空放卷室出口处设置有对板材加热的高频加热器,对板材表面进行加热,在等离子清洁前对板材表面加热,不仅有助于更好的清除金属表面杂质而且有助于清洁后膜的复合,使膜平整贴覆到板材表面。
具体地,所述复膜机构包括放膜卷、导膜辊、吸放膜辊、复合压辊和转向辊,从放膜卷放出来的膜经导膜辊导向后传至吸放膜辊上,所述吸放膜辊能够在开机复膜前将膜可靠吸附住,在开机作业后将膜贴覆到板材表面,由复合压辊将膜压紧于板材表面,最后复膜后的板材经转向辊导向进入真空收卷室内完成收卷。
上述吸放膜辊包括芯轴和套设在该芯轴上的外辊套,所述外辊套能够相对芯轴旋转,所述芯轴内具有相互独立的吸附心室和吹气心室,芯轴边缘对应所述吸附心室开设有若干吸附口,芯轴边缘对应所述吹气心室开设有若干吹气口,所述外辊套的辊面上均匀开设有网孔。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:提供了一种真空干式清洗复膜机,将整个复膜作业线设置在密闭的真空室内,以适应等离子清洗所需要的高真空作业环境,清洗过程中产生的挥发物从真空抽气口放散出去。整个装置结构紧凑,采用等离子清洗板材,无废水排放,符合现代生产的环保作业标准。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1、2所示,本实施例中的真空干式清洗复膜机,包括依次设置的真空放卷室1、真空清洁通道2、真空复膜室3和真空收卷室4,真空放卷室1出口处设置有对板材加热的高频加热器5,用于对板材表面进行加热;真空清洁通道2的前端布置有一组以上的对板材表面进行清理的毛刷辊12。真空清洁通道2内布置有等离子清洗装置6,从真空放卷室1出来的待复膜板材行经至真空清洁通道2,等离子清洗装置6对板材表面发射等离子束进行清洗,真空清洁通道2上开设有真空抽气口2.1;真空复膜室3内布置有复膜机构,从真空清洁通道2内出来的板材经由复膜机构完成表面复膜;复膜后的板材收卷于真空收卷室4内。
复膜机构包括放膜卷7、导膜辊8、吸放膜辊10、复合压辊9和转向辊11,从放膜卷7放出来的膜经导膜辊8导向后传至吸放膜辊10上,吸放膜辊10能够在开机复膜前将膜可靠吸住,在开机作业后将膜吹贴到板材表面,再由复合压辊9将膜压紧于板材表面,复膜后的板材经转向辊11导向进入真空收卷室4内完成收卷。
具体地,吸放膜辊10包括芯轴10.1和套设在该芯轴10.1上的外辊套10.2,外辊套10.2能够相对芯轴10.1旋转,芯轴10.1内具有相互独立的吸附心室10.3和吹气心室10.6,芯轴10.1边缘对应所述吸附心室10.3开设有若干吸附口10.4,芯轴10.1边缘对应所述吹气心室10.6开设有若干吹气口10.5,所述外辊套10.2的辊面上均匀开设有网孔。
上述结构的真空等离子清洗复膜机实现了等离子清洗在金属复膜生产线上用于板材的清洗应用,结构紧凑,提高了板材清洗复膜生产效率,缩短了作业流程,节能环保。
除上述实施例外,本发明还包括有其他实施方式,凡采用等同变换或者等效替换方式形成的技术方案,均应落入本发明权利要求的保护范围之内。

Claims (6)

1.一种真空干式清洗复膜机,其特征在于:包括依次设置的真空放卷室、真空清洁通道、真空复膜室和真空收卷室,所述真空清洁通道内布置有等离子清洗装置,从真空放卷室出来的待复膜板材行经至真空清洁通道,所述等离子清洗装置对板材表面发射等离子束进行清洗,所述真空清洁通道上开设有真空抽气口;
所述真空复膜室内布置有复膜机构,从真空清洁通道内出来的板材经由复膜机构完成表面复膜;复膜后的板材收卷于真空收卷室内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的真空干式清洗复膜机,其特征在于:所述真空放卷室出口处设置有对板材加热的高频加热器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的真空干式清洗复膜机,其特征在于:所述复膜机构包括放膜卷、导膜辊、吸放膜辊、复合压辊和转向辊,从放膜卷放出来的膜经导膜辊导向后传至吸放膜辊上,所述吸放膜辊能够在开机复膜前将膜可靠吸附住,在开机作业后将膜贴覆到板材表面,由复合压辊将膜压紧于板材表面,最后复膜后的板材经转向辊导向进入真空收卷室内完成收卷。
4.根据权利要求3所述的真空干式清洗复膜机,其特征在于:所述吸放膜辊包括芯轴和套设在该芯轴上的外辊套,所述外辊套能够相对芯轴旋转,所述芯轴内具有相互独立的吸附心室和吹气心室,芯轴边缘对应所述吸附心室开设有若干吸附口,芯轴边缘对应所述吹气心室开设有若干吹气口,所述外辊套的辊面上均匀开设有网孔。
5.根据权利要求1所述的真空干式清洗复膜机,其特征在于:所述真空清洁通道的前端布置有一组以上的对板材表面进行清理的毛刷辊。
6.根据权利要求1所述的真空干式清洗复膜机,其特征在于:所述复膜机构对板材的一面或双面进行复膜。
