Description
技术领域
本发明涉及涂布机技术领域,具体是一种隔膜双面涂布机。
背景技术
涂布机主要用于薄膜、纸张等的表面涂布工艺生产,此机是将成卷的基材涂上一层特定功能的胶、涂料或油墨等,并烘干后收卷。它采用专用的多功能涂布头,能实现多种形式的表面涂布产生,涂布机的收放卷均配置全速自动接膜机构,PLC程序张力闭环自动控制。刷式涂布机是最古老的涂布设备,最初于19世纪50年代用于使用瓷土涂料生产涂布墙壁纸。刷式涂布头有3种不同的类型:圆刷涂布头、毯辊涂布头和毯套涂布头。辊式涂布是用涂布辊向涂布面施以涂料,机内涂布以此类涂布机为主。涂布量可通过计量辊间压力进行调节,压力加强,涂料的通过量减少,涂布量也就减少。
但是现有的隔膜涂布机不便于进行双面涂布或喷涂,而且不能根据需要调节不同面的喷涂方式,降低了涂布工作的灵活性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种隔膜双面涂布机,以解决现有技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种隔膜双面涂布机,包括放卷辊和基材,所述放卷辊一侧安装有入料牵引辊一,所述入料牵引辊一出料端安装有正面喷涂单元和正面微凹涂布单元,所述正面喷涂单元和正面微凹涂布单元出料端安装有入料牵引辊二,所述入料牵引辊二出料端安装有干燥风箱一,所述干燥风箱一的出料端安装有含水量检测装置一和涂层厚度测量装置一,所述涂层厚度测量装置一出料端通过导向辊安装有反面喷涂单元和反面微凹涂布单元,所述反面喷涂单元和反面微凹涂布单元的出料端安装有入料牵引辊三,所述入料牵引辊三出料端安装有干燥风箱二,所述干燥风箱二的出料端安装有含水量检测装置二和涂层厚度测量装置二,所述涂层厚度测量装置二的出料端安装有出料牵引辊,所述出料牵引辊的出料端安装有收卷辊。
进一步的,所述入料牵引辊一进料端安装有张力检测器一。
进一步的,所述出料牵引辊两侧进出料端分别安装有张力检测器二和张力检测器三。
进一步的,所述放卷辊、入料牵引辊一、入料牵引辊二、入料牵引辊三、出料牵引辊和收卷辊均由辊筒和减速电机组成,辊筒通过支架与减速电机传动连接,且入料牵引辊一、入料牵引辊二、入料牵引辊三、出料牵引辊可采用真空吸附辊。
进一步的,所述干燥风箱一和干燥风箱二包括罩设在外部的烘干箱体,且烘干箱体两侧分别开设有进料口和出料口,烘干箱体一侧通过管道连接有风机,且风机的出风端安装有电加热器。
进一步的,所述放卷辊和收卷辊均采用双工位交接料。
进一步的,所述正面喷涂单元和反面喷涂单元由喷涂头、储液箱和加压泵组成,且喷涂头、储液箱和加压泵通过输液管和电控阀连接。
进一步的,所述正面微凹涂布单元和反面微凹涂布单元均由料盒、供料泵和凹版辊组成,且料盒、供料泵和凹版辊之间通过输液管和电控阀连接。
进一步的,所述放卷辊和收卷辊上侧均安装有切刀装置一和切刀装置二。
进一步的,所述切刀装置一和切刀装置二均由冲压气缸、刀座和切刀组成,且切刀通过刀座安装在冲压气缸下侧出料端。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明用于锂电池隔膜双面涂布及喷涂,能够实现双面喷涂及微凹逆向吻涂,可以多种工艺组合:①双面吻涂;②双面喷涂;③、正面吻涂+反面喷涂;④正面喷涂+反面吻涂,涂布效率高。
(2)而且通过放卷辊和收卷辊均采用双工位交接料,便于进行交接料,不停机连续生产。
(3)干燥风箱之后设有含水量检测装置,检测出数值后与干燥温度、干燥风速闭环控制。
(4)在干燥风箱之后设有涂层厚度检测装置,检测出厚度值后反馈到PLC经处理后自动调整微凹辊转速或喷头喷量,从而精确控制涂层厚度。

优选的,入料牵引辊一5进料端安装有张力检测器一4,用于检测入料牵引辊一5一侧基材3的牵引张力,并采用浮动辊式张力反馈进行调节控制张力大小。
优选的,出料牵引辊19两侧进出料端分别安装有张力检测器二18和张力检测器三20,用于出料牵引辊19两侧基材3的牵引张力,并进行调节控制张力大小。
优选的,放卷辊1、入料牵引辊一5、入料牵引辊二8、入料牵引辊三14、出料牵引辊19和收卷辊22均由辊筒和减速电机组成,辊筒通过支架与减速电机传动连接,且入料牵引辊一5、入料牵引辊二8、入料牵引辊三14、出料牵引辊19可采用真空吸附辊,使薄膜受力均匀的吸附在辊筒表面,基材进入真空吸附辊筒后不会划伤,而且稳定性好,工作效率。
优选的,干燥风箱一9和干燥风箱二15包括罩设在外部的烘干箱体,且烘干箱体两侧分别开设有进料口和出料口,烘干箱体一侧通过管道连接有风机,且风机的出风端安装有电加热器,便于对喷涂完成材料进行风干处理。
优选的,放卷辊1和收卷辊22均采用双工位交接料,便于进行交接料,不停机连续生产。
优选的,正面喷涂单元6和反面喷涂单元12由喷涂头、储液箱和加压泵组成,且喷涂头、储液箱和加压泵通过输液管和电控阀连接,用于对锂电池隔膜基材3的正反两面进行喷涂处理。
优选的,正面微凹涂布单元7和反面微凹涂布单元13均由料盒、供料泵和凹版辊组成,且料盒、供料泵和凹版辊之间通过输液管和电控阀连接,便于进行微凹吻合喷涂处理。
优选的,放卷辊1和收卷辊22上侧均安装有切刀装置一2和切刀装置二21,用于对基材3进行分切处理。
优选的,切刀装置一2和切刀装置二21均由冲压气缸201、刀座202和切刀203组成,且切刀203通过刀座202安装在冲压气缸201下侧出料端,冲压气缸201驱动切刀203往复一端进行冲切锂电池隔膜基材3。
工作原理及操作流程:首先在装置空闲处安装一个可编辑控制器,以PLC的控制器为例,控制器输出端通过导线与各控制电路,通过放卷辊1的放卷电机驱动进行放卷待喷涂的基材3,基材3经过入料牵引辊一5送料至正面喷涂单元6或正面微凹涂布单元7进行正面凹涂或反面喷涂,随后经过干燥风箱一9进行干燥处理,然后通过含水量检测装置一10和涂层厚度测量装置一11,检测出数值后与干燥温度、干燥风速闭环控制,进行反馈修正操作过程,干燥后进入反面喷涂单元12或反面微凹涂布单元13对基材3进行反面凹涂或正面喷涂,随后通过干燥风箱二15、出料牵引辊19和收卷辊22进行烘干收卷处理,从而能够实现双面喷涂及微凹逆向吻涂,可以多种工艺组合:①双面吻涂;②双面喷涂;③、正面吻涂+反面喷涂;④正面喷涂+反面吻涂,涂布效率高。
